أعلنت "سويت هومز القابضة" (SHH)، شركة التطوير الرائدة في مجال توفير الحلول العقارية المتكاملة والتي تتّخذ من الإمارات مقراً لها، عن إستكمال مشروع أبراج "بارادايس ليكس" (Paradise Lakes)، ليكون بذلك أوّل مشروع بنظام التملّك الحرّ يتم تطويره من قبل شركة تطوير خاصة في الإمارة. ويحظى المشروع بشهادات ترخيص من قبل دائرة البلدية والتخطيط والإدارة العامة للدفاع المدني في عجمان. ومن المقرر البدء بعملية تسليم الوحدات السكنية (B5 وB6 وB9) إلى الدفعة الأولى من المستثمرين خلال الأسابيع القليلة المقبلة.
