Cairo, Egypt, 08 January 2015: Michael Rauterkus (47) has been appointed by the Supervisory Board of Grohe AG to the position of CEO with effect from 1 January 2015. The announcement was made following the last Supervisory Board meeting. Rauterkus takes over this function from David J. Haines, Chairman and CEO of the GROHE Group S.à r.l. and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grohe AG.
Michael Rauterkus has served as Chief Sales Officer of Grohe AG since October 2011, and has been responsible for the regions EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) as well as North and South America. He also has held the position of Managing Director of Grohe Deutschland Vertriebs GmbH since 2006. Ever since, he was also in charge of the Central Europe sales region, and from 2009 of the entire Europe sales region.
Since joining GROHE, Michael Rauterkus has focused particularly on professionalising sales and has been instrumental in promoting the company’s positive performance. Alongside his position as CEO of Grohe AG, he will from April 2015 also serve as Regional CEO in the new LIXIL Water Technology Group business unit, where he will be responsible for the EMEA region and for the GROHE brand globally.
تعيين مايكل روتركوس بمنصب المدير التنفيذي لشركة "غروهي أج"
القاهرة- مصر8يناير 2015: عَيَن المجلس المشرف لشركة "غروهي أج" السيد مايكل روتركوس (البالغ 47 عاماّ) في منصب الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة اعتباراً من الأوّل من يناير 2015. وجاء هذا الإعلان عقب آخر اجتماع عقده المجلس، حيث أسند إلى روتركوس مهامه على أن يستلمها من ديفيد ج. هاينز، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة غروهي (ش.م.م) ورئيس المجلس المشرف لشركة "غروهي أج".
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن مايكل روتركوس شغل منذ أكتوبر 2011 منصب رئيس المبيعات التنفيذي لشركة "غروهي أج" في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا وأفريقيا إضافة إلى أمريكا الشمالية والجنوبية. وقبلها، كان المدير التنفيذي لشركة "غروهي دويتشلاند فيرتريبز" منذ العام 2006 حيث تولّى مذاك مسؤولية المبيعات في منطقة وسط أوروبا، ثم أصبح مسؤولاً عن كامل مبيعات القارة الأوروبية ابتداءً من العام 2009.
ومنذ انضمامه إلى شركة "غروهي أج"، صبّ مايكل روتركوس تركيزه على إضفاء طابع الإحترافية في مجال المبيعات. وكان له الدور الأبرز في تعزيز الأداء الإيجابي للشركة. وإلى جانب منصبه كرئيس تنفيذي لشركة "غروهي أج"، سيشغل روتركوس منصب الرئيس التنفيذي الإقليمي لمجموعة LIXIL لتكنولوجيا المياه الجديدة ابتداءً من أبريل 2015، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا وأفريقيا وعن علامة "غروهي" التجارية على الصعيد العالمي.
