Llyod’s Register Quality Assurance recommends renewal after rigorous audit for ISO 9001:2008

Alfardan Properties has announced that the ISO 9001:2008 certification on its Quality Management System (QMS) was recently renewed following a successful audit conducted by Llyod’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), a world leading independent provider of Business Assurance Services. The achievement demonstrates the company’s exceptional ability to deliver excellent project developments and offer quality leasing and property management services to its valued customers.
All the departments of Alfardan Properties and their operations cooperated in a rigorous audit process which was conducted from November 9 to 12, 2014. LRQA was satisfied with the effectiveness of Alfardan Properties’ Quality Management System and recommended the renewal of the certification.
Mohamed Sleiman, General Manager, Alfardan Properties, said: “Alfardan Properties was initially certified to ISO 9001:2008 standard three years ago and has since continued to establish effective management policies and practices in all its business processes. These procedures ensure that our products and services not only upheld our brand, but also consistently meet the needs and expectations of our clients. The renewal of the certification is yet another accomplishment for Alfardan Properties and is a testimony to our leadership and commitment as we embrace the benefits of our Quality Management System within the various divisions of our organization.”

The renewal of the ISO certification is the result of the commitment and dedication of all the employees of Alfardan Properties alongside the quality team who strictly followed its framework in all their business processes and operations. Over the last three years, the company has regularly reviewed its policies and ensured that the employees undergo regular competency training in line with the Quality Management System.

"الفردان العقارية" تجدّد شهادة الآيزو العالمية في نظم إدارة الجودة

جدّدت شركة "الفردان العقارية" حصولها على شهادة الآيزو العالمية لنظم إدارة الجودة "آيزو 9001:2008"، وذلك عقب نجاحها في إجتياز مرحلة التدقيق الشامل التي أجرتها هيئة "لويدز ريجستر كوالتي أشورانس" (LRQA) الرائدة في مجال خدمات التدقيق والمراجعة الدورية للشركات. ويأتي هذا الإنجاز ليؤكّد على إلتزام "الفردان العقارية" في الإمتثال لأعلى معايير الجودة والكفاءة في مجال التطوير العقاري وتقديم خدمات التأجير وإدارة العقارات للعملاء.
وشملت عملية التدقيق التي استمرت من 9 إلى 12 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني الماضي جميع الأقسام في "الفردان العقارية" حيث نجحت جميع الأقسام في إستيفاء كافة الشروط والمعايير المعتمدة للحصول على شهادة الآيزو في مجال نظم إدارة الجودة.

وإختتم محمد سليمان بأن تجديد الحصول على شهادة الآيزو هو ثمرة التعاون والجهود بين الموظفين وفريق إدارة الجودة الذي إلتزم باتّباع جميع المعايير والممارسات اللازمة في مجال عمله. وبدورها، عزمت "الفردان العقارية" خلال السنوات الثلاث الأخيرة على مراجعة جميع سياساتها بشكل منتظم وإعداد الدورات التدريبية المكثّفة لتنمية كفاءات الموظفين بما يتماشى مع نظام إدارة الجودة المتّبع لديها.
