new alliance to work in close cooperation across USD 1.5 million worth of
current and future BEC projects

World Industries LLC (RWI), the leading manufacturer of closed-cell rubber
insulation 'Gulf-O-Flex' in the Gulf and South East Asia, and part of the
international business conglomerate, the Shaikhani Group of Companies, has
revealed the signing of a landmark agreement with Bahwan Engineering Company
(BEC), a leading engineering construction company executing integrated
multi-disciplinary construction projects and facilities management projects in
Oman and UAE. Under the terms of the first-ever partnership, BEC will be using
RWI’s diverse range of rubber insulation products, particularly its
‘Gulf-O-Flex’ line, across all its projects. In line with this, RWI will be
leveraging its portfolio of products across USD 1.5 million worth of current
and future BEC projects in the UAE and the rest of the Middle East region.
Industry
analysts have expressed confidence in the timeliness of the new alliance, which
will prove to be an advantage for BEC and its ongoing line of projects. In
fact, the region’s construction segment continues to demonstrate rapid growth.
Oman in particular, is currently witnessing a large influx of projects wherein
RWI’s ‘Gulf-O-Flex’ line can address the demand for elastomeric rubber insulated building materials. Recent
industry reports show that the Omani Government is investing heavily into the
construction of both residential and commercial developments—thereby showing
the country’s consolidated property market. In addition, the local government
is looking to position Oman as a prime tourist destination with the
implementation of tourism based projects like new hotels, airports, resorts and
the like.

The signing of the landmark agreement
between RWI and BEC falls in line with the future strategic plans—to develop
effective marketing alliances with industry leaders; help play a part in the
move to promote green buildings and adhere to set green building codes and
promote ‘Gulf-O-Flex’ products across the GCC and Middle East region.

كشفت "رابر وورلد
للصناعة"، الشركة المتخصصة في مجال تصنيع منتجات المطاط العازل بتقنية
الخلايا المغلقة "جلف- أو- فليكس"
(Gulf-O-Flex) في منطقة الخليج وجنوب شرق آسيا والتابعة
للإئتلاف التجاري الدولي "مجموعة شركات شيخاني"، عن توقيعها إتفاقية شراكة مع شركة "بهوان
الهندسية"، إحدى شركات الإنشاءات الهندسية الرائدة والتي تنفذ مشاريع إنشائية متكاملة
متعددة التخصصات ومشاريع إدارة المرافق في كل من سلطنة عُمان ودولة الإمارات.
وبموجب شروط إتفاقية الشراكة الأولى من نوعها، ستقوم "بهوان الهندسية"
بإستخدام مجموعة متنوعة من منتجات المطاط العازل التي تنتجها "رابر وورلد
للصناعة"، وخاصةً مجموعة منتجات المطاط العازل بتقنية الخلايا المغلقة
"جلف- أو- فليكس"، وذلك
في كافة مشاريعها. وفي هذا الإطار، ستستفيد "رابر
وورلد للصناعة" من توفير مجموعة منتجاتها في مشاريع "بهوان
الهندسية" الحالية والمستقبلية والبالغة قيمتها 1.5 مليون دولار والتي يتم
تنفيذها في دولة الإمارات وبقية أنحاء منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
وأعرب محلّلون في قطاع
الإنشاءات عن ثقتهم في استمرارية هذه الشراكة الجديدة، ما يُعدّ ميزة لشركة
"بهوان الهندسية" ومجموعة مشاريعها المستمرة في ظل مواصلة قطاع
الإنشاءات في المنطقة لنموه السريع، إذ تشهد سلطنة عُمان على وجه الخصوص تدفقاً
كبيراً للمشاريع، ما يتيح لشركة "رابر وورلد للصناعة" تلبية الطلب
المتزايد على مواد البناء من المطاط الصناعي العازل من خلال مجموعة منتجاتها
"غلف- أو- فليكس". كما تظهر تقارير متخصصة صدرت حديثاً قيام الحكومة
العُمانية بإستثمارات كبيرة في مشاريع الإنشاءات السكنية والتجارية، ما يعكس
بالتالي تماسك السوق العقاري في السلطنة. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، تتطلع الحكومة
المحلية من خلال تنفيذها لمشاريع سياحية مثل بناء الفنادق والمطارات والمنتجعات
الجديدة إلى جعل سلطنة عُمان وجهة سياحية رئيسية.

ويأتي توقيع هذه الإتفاقية
الهامة بين "رابر وورلد للصناعة" وشركة "بهوان الهندسية" في
إطار الخطط الإستراتيجية المستقبلية لتطوير تحالفات تسويقية فعالة مع أبرز شركات
قطاع الإنشاءات والمساعدة على لعب دور في التحرّك نحو الترويج للأبنية الخضراء
والإلتزام بوضع شروط ومواصفات
لها، وتسويق منتجات "غلف- أو- فليكس" في جميع أنحاء دول مجلس التعاون
الخليجي ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط.
