YORK – October 6, 2014: RLTY NYC has officially launched its operations
in New York City. The full-service real estate company will be led by
Co-Founders and Principals Emir Bahadir, a multi-generational real
estate professional, and Benjamin Benalloul, a developer and real estate
executive who is well-known in the New York City marketplace.
The
firm will specialize in brokerage, property management and development
of luxury and extraordinary properties. Both principals, Bahadir and
Benalloul, have extensive industry experience with current operations in
New York City, including involvement in the first resale at the coveted
One57 residential development located at 157 West 57th Street – a $34 million condo.
Through
Bahadir, RLTY NYC has arranged global alliances with European and
Middle Eastern investors. “The intention of this new entity is to reach
the influx of investors seeking to leverage their capital in the
thriving New York real estate market. New York is the most
international city in the world.” He continued, “This is a terrific
opportunity for our joint venture, and we have quickly demonstrated our
expertise.”
The
firm is proactively hiring and expanding its team to include some of
the industry’s most successful and forward-thinking agents. “We plan to
attract and foster visionary talent and are seeking innovative real
estate professionals who have a deep-seated desire for success,” said
Benalloul. “This is an exciting turn in my career and I am looking
forward to developing this platform, which is centered on long-standing
partnerships with our clients and their goals.”
Bahadir
was educated at the prestigious American School in Switzerland and
ultimately earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in technology
management and business management from New York University. Along with
his work in real estate, Bahadir is a shareholder at Magnises,
a VIP membership-only community focusing on enhancing the social lives
of its New York City members. Through Bahadir, RLTY NYC has arranged an
international alliance with BHDR, one of the oldest and most established
real estate firms in Turkey, specializing in property development and
construction.
Benalloul
entered the real estate market in 2009 with many great successes,
including the $95 million sale of The Electra on East 91st
Street. A native of Long Island’s ”Gold Coast,” he is a benefactor of
The Metropolitan Museum of Art, which highlights the art collection of
his great-grandparents, Jack and Belle Linksy, the founders of Swingline
Staplers. Benalloul is also affiliated with The Beth Israel Hospital,
