According to Master Chef Pascal Tepper, one of the
first-ever Waffle recipes was penned in an anonymous manuscript entitled Le
Ménagier de Paris in the late 14th century, after it was discovered that batter
or dough could be cooked between two plates.
Over the centuries, the recipe has been perfected time and
again and now Chef Pascal brings his version to Dubai, available only at

Deliveries increase by 50 Per
Cent at Pascal Tepper
Pascal Tepper French Bakery has reported a 50 per cent
increase in its delivery sales as the summer season sets in, according to
General Manager Michel Saab. “As the Emirates heats up, so has the demand for
our delivery service to offices and homes in the neighbourhood,” he said.
The delivery arm of the business has expanded to meet higher
demands and currently delivers in Tecom, JLT, Marina and Greens. Order between
