DWC Business Park partners with key business groups to highlight world-class features & facilities

Aerotropolis continues to reinforce relations with UAE’s growing business community to promote its rapidly expanding Business Park

[UAE, July 06, 2014] - Dubai World Central (DWC), the world's first purpose-built aerotropolis, has partnered with major business organizations in the UAE in a bid to promote its rapidly expanding Business Park Free Zone to the country’s growing business community. Under its recent collaborations, DWC Business Park hosted various key business activities and functions as well as sponsored different main events of reputable business groups such as German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Trade, Australian Business Council, Russian Business Council, Benelux Business Council, and South African Business Council.

Recently, DWC-Business Park supported the Inter Business Council Networking Evening 2014 as one of the event’s main sponsors. Held at the Hotel Sofitel down town Dubai, the event gathered more than 400 members of 21 international business councils to recognize their contributions to Dubai’s exponential growth over the past years. The activities provided a platform for DWC Business Park to network with leaders and decision makers and showcase its world-class facilities that meet the unique requirements of various business entities. Moreover, the DWC Business Park – as the bronze sponsor – served as the key partner of Canadian Business Council in their latter’s recent activities.

The Business Park Free Zone also organized networking events attended by its partners, clients, and members of different international business councils and chambers, giving all the attendees the venue to discuss the latest developments and explore the numerous opportunities at the Business Park. The DWC-led activities also provided insights about UAE’s business landscape and DWC Business Park’s competitive edge.

The Business Park has first-rate commercial buildings and offices that offer unmatched scalability and flexibility. الإمارات، 6 يوليو ، 2014 - أعلن "دبي ورلد سنترال"، المشروع المصمّم خصيصاً ليكون أول مدينة مطار متكاملة في العالم، عن عقد شراكات مع أهم مؤسسات الأعمال في دولة الإمارات في إطار سعيه للترويج لـ "مجمع الأعمال" بين مجتمع الأعمال في دولة الإمارات. وبموجب علاقات التعاون الأخيرة، إستضاف "مجمع الأعمال"، الذي يشهد إتساعاً مطرداً، مجموعة من نشاطات الأعمال الهامة، وقدم الرعاية الرسمية للفعاليات الرئيسية ولعدد من أبرز مجموعات الأعمال مثل "المجلس الألماني الإماراتي المشترك للصناعة والتجارة" و"مجلس الأعمال الاسترالي" و"مجلس الأعمال الروسي" و"مجلس أعمال دول بينيلوكس" و"مجلس أعمال جنوب أفريقيا".

كما قام "مجمع الأعمال" في "دبي ورلد سنترال" بدعم ورعاية "لقاء مجلس الأعمال المشترك 2014" (Inter Business Council Networking Evening 2014). وإستقطب الحدث، الذي أقيم في فندق "سوفيتيل داون تاون"، أكثر من 400 عضو من 21 مجلس أعمال دولي وذلك لتكريم إسهاماتهم ودورهم في النمو الكبير الذي شهدته دبي على مدى السنوات الماضية. ووفر الحدث فرصة لـ "مجمع الأعمال" للتواصل مع القادة وصناع القرار وإستعراض المزايا التنافسية التي تتميز بها مرافقه، التي تلبي الاحتياجات الفريدة لمختلف القطاعات التجارية. وعلاوة على ذلك، لعب "مجمع الأعمال" دوراً فاعلاً بإعتباره الشريك الرئيسي والراعي البرونزي لمجلس الأعمال الكندي في نشاطاته الأخيرة.

ونظم مجمع الأعمال أيضاً العديد من الندوات التعريفية حضرها شركاء وعملاء وأعضاء من مختلف مجالس الأعمال والغرف الدولية، حيث تمت مناقشة الفرص المتاحة وآخر التطورات في "مجمّع الأعمال". كما وفرت الأنشطة التي أجراها "دبي ورلد سنترال" أفكاراً ورؤىً حول واقع الأعمال في دولة الإمارات والمزايا التنافسية التي يتيحها مجمع الأعمال.

ويضم "مجمّع الأعمال" أبنية تجارية ومكتبية من الدرجة الأولى توفر مزايا لا مثيل لها من حيث مرونة عقود التأجير وقابلية التوسع. وتتوفّر المكاتب في ثلاثة أحجام مختلفة، هي المكاتب الصغيرة الجاهزة للعمل وتتراوح مساحتها من 45 إلى 90 متر مربع ويمكن إستخدامها إعتباراً من شهر نوفمبر المقبل؛ والمكاتب متوسطّة الحجم المجهّزة بالكامل والتي تمتد مساحتها من 100 إلى 400 متر مربع وتوفّر شروط إيجار مرنة، بالإضافة إلى المكاتب كبيرة الحجم التي تبلغ مساحتها 500 متر مربع وما فوق. ويوفر المجمع مواقف للسيارات وكافة التسهيلات التكنولوجية المطلوبة للمساحات المؤجرة بما يجعلها جاهزة لمباشرة الأعمال ومواتية لإجراء التعاملات التجارية بسرعة وسهولة. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، يوفر المجمع شروط تأجير مرنة ويوفر تراخيص المنطقة الحرة لتسهيل تركيز الشركات على استراتيجيات نموها وعملياتها الأساسية.

ويمكن الوصول إلى "مجمّع الأعمال"، الذي يقع عند مدخل مشروع "دبي ورلد سنترال"، بكل سهولة، حيث لا يبعد سوى 45 دقيقة عن العاصمة أبوظبي و 25 دقيقة عن "دبي الجديدة"، و 10 دقائق عن "مطار آل مكتوم الدولي". ويمكن الوصول إليه من خلال شارع الشيخ زايد وشارع محمد بن زايد و شارع الإمارات.
