The game-changing Aspire Switch 10 features four unique modes, giving consumers a better way to use a mobile companion. With notebook, tablet, display and tent modes, the 2-in-1 notebook adapts to the way people want to use it instead of forcing people to adapt to a single usage pattern. The device features a magnetic detachable Acer Snap Hinge™ design for easy transition between modes and latch-free keyboard docking with optional additional storage capabilities. From youngsters and students who want a device for study and play, to business travelers needing multi-functional methods of working and staying socially connected on the go, the Acer Aspire Switch 10 fits smartly anywhere with four modes of usage – notebook, tablet, display, and tent.

Sturdy Acer Snap Hinge™ design

The Acer Snap Hinge™ allows users to switch smoothly between the four modes. It features a magnetic detachable design for latch-free docking that is neater and smoother than any other dock hinges on the market. The Acer Snap Hinge™ includes two hooks to hold the tablet firmly connected to the keyboard, plus a 2-way connector enables the tablet for convenient dual position viewing. The tablet can easily be connected or released from the hinge with a magnetic force capable of holding up to 2.8 kg in weight.

Elegant design and delightful productivity

The durable and thin aluminum back-cover of the tablet features an architectonic cross-brush pattern achieved through nano imprint lithography technology giving it the right elegance, durability and profile.

The Aspire Switch 10 is one of the thinnest 2-in-1 devices on the market – less than 8.9 mm thick in tablet mode and 20.2 mm with keyboard docking. Weighing up to 1.17 kg, the light and ultra-thin design is ideal to take on the road.

The 10.1-inch HD touch display (1366 x 768) with IPS¹ technology provides wide viewing angles of up to 178-degrees, and richer colors. Zero Air Gap technology delivers more vibrant and crisp images, while Acer LumiFlex™ solution further optimizes screen visibility during outdoor activities, even under strong sunlight.

The Acer Aspire Switch 10 with up to 64GB of onboard storage and 2GB of RAM is powered by Intel’s^® Atom™ (Bay Trail T) quad-core processor for fast performance and multitasking in all modes. Microsoft Windows 8.1 includes several intuitive features, such as InstantGo that keeps data and apps up-to-date even when the screen is off by maintaining an internet connection along with an efficient power-saving feature. It comes pre-loaded with Microsoft Office Home and Student Edition at no additional expense so users can create and edit Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents virtually anywhere.

The Precision Touchpad enhances sensitivity and accuracy for the same visual experience as using a touch screen, and supports 6-core Windows 8 touch gestures. The full-size keyboard ensures comfy and productive typing, while the optional integrated hard-disk offers additional storage of up to 500GB.

With built-in AcerCloud™ it means users will never be unprepared as they can easily always access and manage their data anywhere. AcerCloud apps offer real time information, data management, data security across multiple devices for immediate synchronizing.

"إيسر" تطرح الجهاز المحمول "أسباير سويتش 10"

أماطت اليوم شركة "إيسر" اللثام عن أحدث أجهزة الحاسوب المحمولة؛ "أسباير سويتش 10"، الذي يتيح للمستخدم طرقاً عمل متعددة تشمل اللمس والطباعة على لوحة المفاتيح، إلى جانب هيئات عرض واستخدام أربعة هي الحاسوب الدفتري، والحاسوب اللوحي، والعرض بنمط الخيمة والعرض بنمط الشاشة، ما يمنح المستخدم طريقة أفضل ذات خيارات أوسع للتعامل مع جهازه المتنقل.

ويتلاءم "أسباير سويتش 10"، الذي يُعتبر جهازين في جهاز واحد، مع احتياجات المستخدم، على عكس ما هو معتاد من تكيّف المستخدم مع نمط وحيد لجهاز ما. ويشتمل الجهاز الجديد على آلية مفصلية مغناطيسية مبتكرة بلا مزلاج تتيح فصل الشاشة عن لوحة المفاتيح، أطلقت عليها "إيسر" اسم "سناپ هينج". ويمكن بفضل هذه الآلية التحوّل بين أنماط الحاسوب بسهولة، كما أن لوحة المفاتيح تقدّم خيار تخزين إضافي.

نمط العرض – وفيه يتحول الجهاز إلى شاشة عرض تقبع لوحة المفاتيح خلفها، وهو وضع مثالي لعرض المحتوى والعروض التقديمية أمام زملاء العمل أو استعراض الصور بين الأصدقاء وأفراد الأسرة.

نمط الخيمة – هذا النمط مثالي لمشاهدة الأفلام في الأماكن الضيقة، مثل مقاعد الطائرات أو على طاولة جانبية صغيرة.

تصميم "سناب هينج" المفصلي المبتكر

يتيح تصميم آلية "سناپ هينج" المفصلية للمستخدمين التغيير بين أنماط الاستخدام والعرض الأربعة بسهولة تامة. وتتألف هذه الآلية من مفصلين مغناطيسيين بلا مزلاج يعملان على تثبيت الشاشة مع لوحة المفاتيح بإحكام ويُسهلان فصلهما عند الحاجة، وهي تتسم بكونها أكثر سلاسة وإتقاناً من أية آلية مفصلية للتثبيت متاحة في الأسواق. وتتيح الوصلة ثنائية الاتجاه تركيب الشاشة بوضعيتي مشاهدة. وتعادل قوة التثبيت المغناطيسية للآلية المفصلية وزناً قدره 2.8 كغم.

تصميم أنيق وإنتاجية مُرضية

ويتسم سطح الغلاف الخلفي الرقيق والمتين للحاسوب اللوحي المصنوع من الألمنيوم، بنمط تصميمي تمّ إنجازه عبر تقنية الطباعة الحجرية النانوية، مانحاً سطح الجهاز أناقة مستحقّة ومتانة يُعتمد عليها وسِمة متميزة.

ويُعتبر "أسباير سويتش 10" أحد أكثر أجهزة "اثنين في واحد" نحافة في السوق، إذ يقلّ سَمْك الجهاز اللوحي عن 8.9 ملم، فيما يبلغ سمك الجهاز بالنمط الكامل مع لوحة المفاتيح 20.2 ملم. ويتيح وزن الجهاز البلاغ 1.17 كغم حمله إلى أي مكان.

أما شاشة الكريستال السائل عالية الوضوح العاملة باللمس والبالغ قياسها 10.1 بوصات (1366×768) والمزودة بتقنية "آي پي إس" IPS، فتمنح المستخدم زاوية عرض واسعة تصل إلى 178 درجة، وألواناً أكثر ثراء، فيما تمنح تقنية "الفجوة الخالية تماماً من الهواء" Zero Air Gap المستخدم صورة أنقى تضجّ بالحياة. كذلك تقوم تقنية "ليومي فليكس" LumiFlex™ من "إيسر" بإضفاء مزيد من النقاء والوضوح على الشاشة خلال الاستخدام الخارجي حتى تحت شمس قوية.

يعمل الجهاز "أسباير سويتش 10" بمعالج "أتوم باي ترايل تي" Atom™ (Bay Trail T) رباعي النواة من "إنتل"، كما يأتي مزوّداً بمساحة تخزين قدرها 64 غيغابايت وذاكرة عشوائية حجمها 2 غيغابايت، ما يجعله يتمتع بالأداء السريع والقدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة ومتزامنة بجميع أنماط العمل. ويشتمل نظام "ويندوز 8.1" على مزايا متقدمة، مثل "إنستانت غو" InstantGo التي تتيح تحديث البيانات والتطبيقات حتى عند كون الشاشة مغلقة، نظراً لحفاظه على اتصال دائم بالإنترنت مع خاصية حفظ الطاقة بكفاءة. ويأتي الجهاز مزوّداً كذلك بنسخة من إصدارة "المنزل والطالب" من "أوفيس" من "مايكروسوفت" Microsoft Office Home and Student Edition دون تكلفة إضافية، ما يُمكّن المستخدم من العمل على تطبيقات "وورد" و"إكسل" و"پاورپوينت" أينما كان.

أما لوحة اللمس "بريسيجن" Precision فتعزز حساسية اللمس ودقته للتجربة البصرية نفسها المماثلة لاستخدام شاشة تعمل باللمس، كما تدعم حركات اللمس الخاصة بالتحكّم بـ"ويندوز 8" سداسية النواة. وفي المقابل تضمن لوحة المفاتيح كاملة الحجم طباعة مريحة وإنتاجية عالية، في حين يتيح القرص الصلب المدمج الاختياري سعة تخزين إضافية تصل إلى 500 غيغابايت.

ويمكن للمستخدم الوصول إلى بياناته ومستنداته وملفاته والعمل عليها أينما كان وبسهولة بفضل تقنية "إيسر كلاود" AcerCloud™ المدمجة في الجهاز. وتقدّم تطبيقات "إيسر كلاود" المعلومات فوراً وتتيح إدارة البيانات وتضمن أمنها بتزامن لحظي على أجهزة المستخدم المتعددة.

وتقدّم "إيسر" ملحقات متنوعة للجهاز الجديد، منها "سناپ كيس" Snap Case، الذي يحميه ويسهل حمله، وكابل HDMI-VGA الدقيق الذي يتيح ربط الحاسوب اللوحي بشاشة خارجية أو جهاز إسقاط ضوئي (بروجكتر) أو تلفزيون، وهو يدعم الكثافة النقطية بثلاثة أنماط هي 720p و1080i و1080p، فيما يعمل كابل USB كناقل للبيانات وكشاحن للطاقة.
