island of St Barths, French West Indies.
Oetker
Collection, with its iconic properties and its incredible following of
well-travelled international clientele will manage the core hotel
business and assist in further developing the Eden Rock Villa Rental
business (ERVR). Additionally a property design and construction firm
‘Propco’ will be enhanced.
David Matthews
remains Executive Chairman of the Eden Rock Group of companies in St

Built 70 years

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 15 أبريل 2014: أعلنت اليوم «مجموعة أوتكر»Oetker Collection، المجموعة الفندقية الأوروبية التي تشتهر بمفهوم الفخامة النخبوية وتدير نخبة من أشهر الفنادق الفخمة في العالم، عن تعاون مع فندق «إيدن روك – سانت بارتس»، أحد أشهر الفنادق الفخمة في العالم وأحد أبرز معالم جزيرة سانت بارتس الواقعة ضمن جزر الهند الغربية الفرنسية.
وفي إطار التعاون بين الجانبين، ستقوم «مجموعة أوتكر» بخبرتها الثرية في صناعة الفندقة الفخمة التي جعلت الفنادق التي تديرها الاختيار الأول لنخبة المصطافين ورجال الأعمال حول العالم، بإدارة فندق «إيدن روك – سانت بارتس» وتحفيز نظام استئجار «فلل إيدن روك».

يُذكر أن فندق «إيدن روك – سانت بارتس» تأسَّس قبل سبعين عاماً، وتحيط به الشطآن الرملية ومياه البحر الصافية والشعاب المرجانية، وطوال العقد المنصرم رُشّح فندق «إيدن روك – سانت بارتس» مراراً لألقاب مرموقة ونال العديد منها ضمن تصنيفات المجلات المتخصصة وترشيحات قرائها على السواء.
ويهتم فندق «إيدن روك – سانت بارتس» بأدق تفاصيل إقامة ضيوفه، بما في ذلك مستويات الخدمة الفائقة وتوضيب الغرف وطواقم الخدمة الودودة، مع التزام بأن يظل الفندق وُجهة فريدة للنخبة ممَّن يقصدون سانت بارتس لقضاء عطلة استجمامية.

وأما رئيس الطهاة بفندق «إيدن روك – سانت بارتس» فهو الشيف المعروف عالمياً جان-جورج فونجيريختن الذي يُعِدُّ ما لذ وطاب من الأطباق في مطعم On The Rocks في العشاء. وأما قائمة طعام الغداء فيتلاءم مع الهواء الطَّلق في «ذي ساند بار» وسحر الكاريبي.
