Region’s
demand for high-value international real estate expanding

Estate Development, a leading Saudi Arabian real estate investment
and development firm based in Riyadh, has said that many investors
from the GCC region are now keen on purchasing high-value overseas
properties based on the number of inquiries it has been receiving.
This has prompted key collaborations with international developers;
allowing Best Choice to promote and sell their properties to GCC
investors. The company is targeting the booming international real
estate sector particularly opportunities present in the Maldives,
Turkey, Spain, Italy, and other key areas in Asia.
The company will
soon unveil some of its new partnerships, particularly in Turkey
where numerous investors are planning of buying and investing in the
country’s real estate sector. Industry reports showed that property
sales to buyers from over 80 countries doubled in Turkey in the first
six months of 2013.

in purchasing high-value overseas properties especially in Europe. We
attribute this to the region’s financial stability, strategic
location, and young population. Property prices are also starting to
go up in the European market, which further attract investors’

The company plans to
exclusively represent major developers and properties around the
world, particularly from the dynamic markets of Saudi Arabia, Italy,
Spain and Turkey, in the near future. A 5-star resort is currently in
the works in the Maldives as well. Its founders have a combined
industry experience of more than 30 years in Saudi Arabia and across
the Arabian Gulf.
Best Choice is
developing USD 100 million Vadinolhu Island located in Laamu Atoll in
the Maldives to be ready in 2017 as a premier resort. Aside from
developing the isle as a tourist destination, the international
developer plans to offer lucrative investment opportunities to
investors.

كشفت "الاختيار

في الرياض، عن توجّه العديد من المستثمرين
في دول الخليج العربي بصورة متزايدة نحو
شراء العقارات مرتفعة القيمة في الأسواق
الدولية. وفي

الدوليين القادمين من أكثر من 80
دولة تضاعفت في
تركيا خلال الأشهر الستة الأولى من العام
الماضي.

أسعار العقارات تسجل ارتفاعاً ملحوظاً
في السوق الأوروبية، الأمر الذي يوفر
عوامل جاذبة للمستثمرين من مختلف أنحاء
العالم. ونقدّم

للمستثمرين الذي يتطلعون إلى شراء هذه

أن تكون الممثل الحصري لمجموعة من شركات
التطوير العقاري حول العالم، لا سيما في
الأسواق الواعدة مثل السعودية وإيطاليا
واسبانيا وتركيا. ويتمتع
مؤسسو الشركة بخبرة طويلة تمتد على مدى
أكثر من 30
عاماً ضمن القطاع
العقاري في كل من المملكة العربية السعودية
ودول الخليج العربي.
وتقوم "الاختيار
الأفضل للتطوير العقاري"
حالياً بتطوير
جزيرة "فادينولهو"،
وهي عبارة عن منتجع من فئة الخمس نجوم في
جزر المالديف. ويتم
تنفيذ المشروع، الواقع ضمن منطقة "لامو
أتول"،
بتكلفة 100
مليون دولار أمريكي
على أن يتم استكماله بحلول العام 2017.
وتتطلّع الشركة،
من خلال تحويل الجزيرة إلى وجهة سياحية
رائدة، إلى توفير فرص استثمارية واعدة
أمام المستثمرين الدوليين.
