De Waele will
further strengthen the firm’s expertise in the Middle East financial sector

Bain & Company, the
global business consultancy, has appointed Tom De Waele to the partner team in
the firm’s Dubai office. De Waele will to continue to provide financial
services expertise to clients in the Middle East
De Waele advises the
management teams of leading global and regional financial institutions across
all segments of banking, including retail, corporate banking, asset management
and capital markets in the Middle East. He advises clients on growth
strategy, distribution and sales, customer experience and loyalty, and
organization. In addition, he has been involved in several major
post-acquisition buildups of European private equity-owned corporations. De Waele
oversees Bain’s Customer Strategy and Marketing Practice for the region with an
emphasis on enhancing channel and customer experiences. He will also have
responsibility for several internal roles.

essential. Tom, with a wealth of experience across the financial services
sector, has made many valuable contributions to the firm and to businesses

De Waele has been at
Bain for more than a decade and has worked in the firm’s Brussels office.
His perspectives have been quoted in business and banking outlets in the Middle
East and Asia. De Waele holds an MBA from INSEAD and master’s degree, magna
cum laude, in engineering from the University of Antwerp in Belgium.

شركاء الشركة في مكتبها بدبي، حيث سيواصل دي وايل تقديم خبراته في مجال الخدمات
المالية للعملاء في الشرق الأوسط.
وسيقدم دي وايل المشورة لفرق الإدارة في المؤسسات
المالية العالمية والإقليمية في كافة قطاعات العمل المصرفي، بما في ذلك خدمات
الأفراد والخدمات المصرفية للشركات وإدارة الأصول وأسواق رأس المال في منطقة الشرق
الأوسط. ويقدم دي وايل استشاراته للعملاء حول استراتيجية النمو والتوزيع والمبيعات
وتجربة وولاء العملاء والتنظيم. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، شارك دي وايل في العديد من عمليات

عقد من الزمان، كما عمل أيضاً في مكتب الشركة في بروكسل.
تم طرح آراء وأفكار دي وايل في مطبوعات الأعمال والخدمات
المصرفية في كل من الشرق الأوسط وآسيا.
يحمل دي وايل شهادة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من معهد
"أنسياد"، بالإضافة إلى درجة الماجستير بامتياز في الهندسة من جامعة
آنتويرب في بلجيكا.
