Bain & Company bests Twitter & Linkedin as ‘Best Place to Work in 2014’

Bain & Company, the global business consulting firm, has been named as the ‘Best Company to Work for in 2014’ by Glassdoor, an online job and career community, at the latter’s 6^th Annual Employees’ Choice Awards held recently. The firm tops the list of ‘50 Best Places to Work in the Coming Year,’ leading other well-known multinational companies such as Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, and Google.

The ranking was recently determined based on the response given by the US-based employees of various companies between. Almost half a million employees replied to an 18-question survey during this period. The respondents were asked to rate criteria such as career opportunities, work-life balance, compensation and benefits, and cultures and values, among others. 

Bain & Company has been recognized in the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards for the sixth consecutive year. The company ranked as the top employer for the second time, with an overall company rating of 4.6 out of five. It has received the highest rating in 2012.

حصلت "بين آند كومباني" (Bain & Company)، الشركة العالمية في مجال توفير خدمات الاستشارات الإدارية، على لقب "أفضل مكان للعمل للعام 2014" (Best Company to Work for in 2014) وذلك من قبل "غلاسدور" (Glassdoor)، وهو موقع إلكتروني اجتماعي يُعنى بالوظائف والمهن. وجاء ذلك خلال الدورة السنوية السادسة لجوائز "خيار الموظفين" (6^th Annual Employees’ Choice)، التي نظمها "غلاسدور" مؤخراً. وتصدرت الشركة قائمة "أفضل 50 مكان عمل خلال السنة المقبلة" (50 Best Places to Work in the Coming Year) متفوقة على غيرها من الشركات العالمية المعروفة مثل "تويتر" (Twitter) و"لينكد إن" (Linkedin) و"فيسبوك" (Facebook) و"غوغل" (Google).

وتم تحديد الترتيب استناداً إلى الردود المقدمة من قبل موظفي مختلف الشركات في الولايات المتحدة، حيث أجاب ما يقارب النصف المليون موظف على استبيان من 18 سؤالاً خلال هذه الفترة. وطلب من المستطلعة آراؤهم أن يقوموا بتقدير معايير مثل الفرص الوظيفية والتوازن بين العمل والحياة الشخصية، التعويضات والمزايا، الثقافات و القيم، والعديد من المعايير الأخرى.

للسنة السادسة على التوالي، تم تكريم "بين آند كومباني" في جوائز "خيار الموظفين" التي ينظمها "غلاسدور"، حيث تم تصنيف الشركة في المرتبة الأولى كأفضل مكان عمل للمرة الثانية وبتقدير وصل إلى 4.6 من أصل 5. كما وحصلت الشركة على أعلى تقدير في العام 2012.
