]UAE, October 1, 2013[ - Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) has announced that it has gained approval for a 120 Mega Watt (MW) power grid for Phase A of the development from the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA). Seven-11KV substations under this grid are already supplying an aggregate of 12 MW to the Whispering Pines community of the luxury residential golf community arising along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in Dubai. This puts JGE on track to fulfill its commitment of handing over the initial 160 villas of the Whispering Pines portion of Phase A’s ‘Earth’ zone in coming few days.
JGE features four world-class golf courses with different environmental themes –Fire, Earth, Water and Wind. Phase A of the development covers 13 residential communities of 1,100 villas adjacent to the 18-hole for each Fire and Earth courses – designed by golfing legend Greg Norman. The Earth Course serves as the annual venue for the DP World and Tour to Dubai Championships.
JGE’s contractor has installed LV (Low Voltage) cables for Whispering Pines Villas and MV (Medium Voltage) cables for the entire Phase A grid at a total cost of over AED 130 million. Of this amount, more than AED 130 million was spent on laying the cables and installation of the substations at Whispering Pines and other infrastructure facilities. With the newly-built DEWA substations already supplying power to the Whispering Pines community, handover of the initial batch of villas from this community is set to commence shortly. Moreover, JGE revealed that villas in the Lime Tree Valley, Olive Point and Sienna Lakes communities will also be provided with electricity during same period and will also handover villas to their customers soon.
The Whispering Pines community includes 3 and 4-bedroom villas constructed from authentic Tuscan-inspired materials. Each European country-styled villa comes with two-car garages and an exterior swimming pool. Customized Poggenpohl kitchens with Miele appliances, smart home solutions and Bang & Olufsen audio-video equipment also come as standards. The entire community is lined with secluded gardens and various water features. Unlike other regular flat-landed property developments in the country, the villas of JGE are spread around and on hills - a first of its kind in the UAE.

JGE is the Master Developer for Phase A, which includes the Fireside, Flame Tree Ridge and Whispering Pines communities; the other communities are being built by JGE’s various sub-developers. It also offers plots in the Juniper Way and Wild flower districts. Seventy-five per cent of all properties front the golf courses, with the rest facing lakes and greenery.
Jumeirah Golf Estates is located between Green Community and Dubai Sports City off the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Its Fire zone includes Orange Lake, Fireside, Sienna Lakes, Sienna Views, Juniper Way, Valencia Grove and Flame Tree Ridge East and West residential communities, while the Earth zone comprises Sanctuary Falls, Whispering Pines, Wildflower, Olive Point, Lime Tree Valley, and The Sundials communities.

"عقارات جميرا للغولف" تقترب من تسليم فلل مجمع "ويسبيرينغ باينز"
[الامارات في 1 أكتوبر 2013 ] - حصلت "عقارات جميرا للغولف" (Jumeirah Golf Estates) على موافقة هيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي على شبكة الكهرباء لديها ذات سعة 120 ميغا واط وذلك لمرحلة التطوير "أ". وتقوم حالياً سبع محطات فرعية ذات الجهد الكهربائي 11 كيلوفولت ضمن هذه الشبكة بتزويد 12 ميغا واط لمجمع الغولف "ويسبيرينغ باينز" (Whispering Pines) السكني الفاخر على طول شارع الشيخ محمد بن زايد في دبي. وتسير شركة "عقارات جميرا للغولف" على المسار الصحيح للوفاء بالتزاماتها في تسليم أول 160 فيلا ضمن مشروع "ويسبيرينغ باينز" من المرحلة "أ" لملعب الغولف "الأرض" في الأيام المقبلة.
ويضم مشروع "عقارات جميرا للغولف" أربعة ملاعب عالمية المستوى تحمل أسماء لها ارتباط بالبيئة وهي؛ النار والأرض والماء والرياح. وتشمل المرحلة "أ" من هذا المشروع 13 مجمع سكني تضم 1.100 فيلا وتقع بالقرب من ملعبي "النار" و"الأرض" من فئة 18 حفرة لكل منهم والتي قام بتصميمهما لاعب الغولف الأسطورة المعروف غريغ نورمان، حيث سيكون ملعب "الأرض" بمثابة المكان السنوي لإقامة بطولتي موانئ دبي العالمية وجولة دبي للجولف.
وقامت الشركة المتعاقدة لتنفيذ مشروع "عقارات جميرا للغولف" بتركيب كابلات الجهد المنخفض في مشروع فلل "ويسبيرينغ باينز" وكابلات الجهد المتوسط لكامل شبكة الكهرباء في المرحلة "أ" وبتكلفة إجمالية بلغت أكثر من 130 مليون درهم إماراتي. ومع تزويد فلل "ويسبيرينغ باينز" بالكهرباء حالياً، ستبدأ عملية تسليم الدفعة الأولى من الفلل قريباً. كما كشفت "عقارات جميرا للغولف" عن أنه سيتم تزويد الفلل في مجمعات "لايم تري فالي" (Lime Tree Valley) و"أوليف بوينت" (Olive Point) و"سينا ليكس" (Sienna Lakes) بالطاقة الكهربائية أيضاً في نفس الفتره وسيتم تسليم الفلل للعملاء فيها قريبآ.
ويشتمل مجمع "ويسبيرينغ باينز" على فلل بثلاث غرف نوم وأخرى بأربع غرف نوم تم بناؤها على الطراز التوسكاني. وتضم كل فيلا من هذه الفلل ذات الطابع الأوروبي الريفي مرآب لسيارتين ومسبح خارجي. كما تحتوي هذه الفلل على مطابخ من طراز "بوغن بول" (Poggenpohl) المزودة بمعدات عالية الجودة من "ميل" (Miele) وحلول المنزل الذكي ومعدات "بانغ آند أولفسن" (Bang & Oulfsen) السمعية البصرية. كما يشتمل هذا المجمع السكني على حدائق ومسطحات مائية. وعلى خلاف مشاريع التطوير العقاري الأخرى ذات الأرض المستوية في الدولة، تنتشر فلل "ويسبيرينغ باينز" على وحول التلال، لتكن بذلك الأولى من نوعها في دولة الإمارات.

وتعتبر شركة "عقارات جميرا للغولف" المطور الرئيسي للمرحلة "أ"، التي تشتمل على مجمعات "فاير سايد" (Fireside) و"فلايم تري ريدج" (Flame Tree Ridge) و" ويسبيرينغ باينز"؛ أما المجمعات الأخرى فيجري بناؤها من قبل مطورين فرعيين آخرين. كما يوفر المشروع قطع أرض في منطقتي " جونيبر واي" (Juniper Way) و"وايلد فلاور" (Wild Flower)، حيث إن 70% من إجمالي هذه العقارات تشرف على ملاعب الغولف، فيما تشرف بقية الوحدات السكنية على البحيرات والمساحات الخضراء.
ويقع مشروع "عقارات جميرا للغولف" بين "غرين كوميونتي" (Green Community) و"مدينة دبي الرياضية (Dubai Sport City) قبالة شارع الشيخ محمد بن زايد. وتضم منطقة "النار" المجمعات السكنية "أورانج ليك" (Orange Lake) و"فاير سايد" و"سينا ليكس" وسينا فيوز" (Sienna Lakes) و"جونيبر واي" و"فالينسيا غروف" (Valencia Grove) و"فليم تري ريدج" (Flame Tree Ridge) الشرقي والغربي، في حين تضم منطقة "النار" المجمعات السكنية "سانكتشري فولز" (Sanctuary Falls) و"ويسبيرينغ باينز" و"وايلد فلاور" و"أوليف بوينت" و"لايم تري فالي" و"ذا سانديالز" (The Sundials).
