Injazat Data Systems will express its full support for government-led efforts to accelerate the level and pace of Emiratization across the country at the 5th Annual Emiratization Forum running from September 30 to October 1, 2013 at the Dusit Thani in Abu Dhabi under the theme ‘Celebrating Emiratization – The Journey to 2013.’
During the forum Injazat and Aleron Partners will deliver a key note speech focused on the challenges faced by organizations to retain their Emirati talent. Using statistical data and research they will present a solution that provides a clear career roadmap through succession planning, assessment and career development plans and implementation through focused learning initiatives. After this presentation both companies will be involved in panel discussions and focus sessions that will enable delegates to ask specific questions focused on implementing an effective and integrated Emiratization solution.

ستقدم شركة "إنجازات لنظم البيانات" (Injazat Data Systems) دعمها الكامل للجهود الحكومية الرامية إلى تسريع معدلات ووتيرة التوطين في الدولة وذلك خلال مشاركتها في منتدى التوطين السنوي الخامس والذي يقام خلال يومي 30 سبتمبر/أيلول الجاري و1 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول المقبل في فندق "دوست ثاني" في أبوظبي تحت شعار "الاحتفاء بالتوطين- رحلة العام 2013"
وستلقي "إنجازات لنظم البيانات" و"أليرون بارتنرز" خلال المنتدى كلمات هامة تركز على التحديات التي تواجهها المؤسسات فيما يتعلق بالإحتفاظ بالمواهب الإماراتية. كما ستقدمان، من خلال الإستعانة بالبيانات الإحصائية والبحوث، حلاً يتيح خارطة طريق واضحة للتوظيف عبر التخطيط لتعاقب الموظفين ووضع خطط التقييم والتطوير الوظيفي وتنفيذها من خلال مبادرات تعليم مركزة. وبعد هذا العرض، ستشارك الشركتان في جلسات حوارية وجلسات متخصصة لإتاحة الفرصة للمندوبين لطرح أسئلة محددة تركز على تنفيذ حل متكامل وفعال في مجال التوطين.
