Launch of MR – Mono and MR – Modulo complements industry forecast that UAE market for air conditioning products will surpass USD 1 billion revenue mark by end of 2018

Aldes Middle East (ME), a leading global solutions provider for fire protection, ventilation and air distribution and the local arm of the Aldes Group, has announced the regional launch of the MR – Mono and the MR – Modulo, the latest additions to the company's growing line of constant airflow regulators (MR). The two new models have been designed to provide optimum air-balancing with precise, constant flow regulation. With the continuing increase of construction development projects in the region, the MR – Mono and the MR – Modulo is being positioned to address the growing need to bring hygienic fresh air into the air conditioning systems being installed into these projects. The launch of the new models also proves to be very timely and strategic as it complements a recent report forecasting that the UAE market for air conditioning products is expected to surpass USD 1 billion in revenues by the end of 2018.
Both the MR – Mono and the MR - Modulo have been designed to fit easily into a section of circular ductwork to maintain a constant and reliable airflow within a wide range of differential pressure--50-250Pa for the standard version and 150-650Pa for the high-pressure version. The MR – Modulo, in particular, offers an innovative concept of having the ability to be easily adjusted on-site and without the need for specific tools. Aldes ME’s latest MR models operate on a unique and innovative principle where the unit’s membrane inflates and deflates depending on the pressure differences between the upstream and downstream flow of the constant air-flow regulator. This later changes the cross-section of the flow and guarantees constant air-flow, regardless of aeraulic variations in the ductwork.

The MR – Mono is factory calibrated, making the throughput guaranteed and controlled as the model can be quickly installed on-site at the desired flow set by the developers. Meanwhile, the MR – Modulo offers flexibility and compactness and a 360-degree mounting feature. With its 8 Reference numbers, the MR - Modulo adapts to all situations and allows for all types of combinations thanks to its Aldes patented rotating ring, which adjusts the diameter and the on-site air-flows.

أطلقت "ألديز الشرق الأوسط" (Aldes ME)، المزود العالمي لحلول الوقاية من الحريق والتهوئة وتوزيع الهواء والذراع المحلية لـ "مجموعة ألديز"، للعملاء في أسواق الشرق الأوسط وحدتي تنظيم تدفق الهواء "أم. آر مونو" و"أم. آر مودولو"، وهما أحدث إضافة إلى محفظة منتجات الشركة من وحدات تنظيم تدفق الهواء. وصمم الطرازان الجديدان لتوفير تدفق مستمر ومنتظم لتيار الهواء. وفي ضوء تنامي وتيرة المشاريع الإنشائية في المنطقة، تم إطلاق وحدتي "أم. آر مونو" و"أم. آر مودولو" لتلبية الطلب المتنامي في المنطقة على وحدات تنظيم تدفق الهواء تتميز بخاصية ضخ الهواء النقي في أنظمة تكييف الهواء التي يتم تركيبها في هذه المشاريع، كما تشير التوقعات إلى تجاوز عائدات سوق منتجات تكييف الهواء في الإمارات حاجز الـ 1 مليار دولار أمريكي بحلول العام 2018.
ويمكن تركيب وحدتي تنظيم تدفق الهواء "أم. آر مونو" و"أم. آر مودولو" ضمن شبكات مجاري الهواء الدائرية والمستطيلة من أجل الحصول على مستوى منتظم من تيار الهواء المتدفق بضغوطات تفاضلية متفاوتة هي 50-250 باسكال للمستوى القياسي، و150-650 باسكال للوحدات ذات الضغط العالي. وتتميز وحدة "أم. آر مودولو" بتصميم مبتكر تتيح تعديل مجرى تدفق الهواء والتحكم به في الموقع دون الحاجة لأدوات محددة. ويعمل الطرازان الجديدان وفق مبدأ هندسي مبتكر هو أنّ الأغشية المطاطية ضمن الوحدة تتضخم وتفرغ اعتماداً على الفروقات في الضغط بين التدفقات الأولية والنهائية لتيارات الهواء ضمن وحدة تنظيم تدفق الهواء. وهذا يؤثر بعد ذلك على تنوع وإنتظام تدفق تيار الهواء بغض النظر عن الفروقات في نقل الطاقة عبر الهواء المضغوط ضمن شبكة مجاري الهواء.

وتتميز وحدة "أم. آر مونو" بسهولة التركيب والإستخدام وقد تمت معايرة تنظيم تدفق الهواء فيها بالمصنع ويمكن تغيير ضبط المعايرة في الموقع بحسب رغبة المطورين. بينما تتميز وحدة "أم. آر مودولو" بمرونة عالية وتصميم مدمج وخاصية تثبيت بزاوية 360 درجة. وبفضل الحلقة الدوارة الحاصلة على براءة إختراع، يمكن تعديل زاوية تدفق تيار الهواء بكل حرية في وحدة "أم. آر مودولو".
