the holiday season swiftly approaching, Dusit International is offering
guests a little extra this summer: Thai Cooking Classes.
Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket offers regular Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Thai Cooking Classes at the Ruen Thai Restaurant to all guests, featuring:
- 2 hour class conducted by Thai Executive Sous Chef Pachon Pakham
- Guidance in the preparation of an appetizer / salad, soup and a main dish
- Recipes for all dishes prepared
- Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket souvenir apron
- Dinner at Ruen Thai Restaurant after the class

Dusit Thani Pattaya offers Thai Cooking Classes every Wednesday
conducted by the Chef and his team at The Bay, overlooking the
picturesque Gulf of Siam, with the option of selecting the course
featuring one, or four dishes. Both courses include a photo, souvenir
apron, certificate and Dusit Cook Book for THB 1,500 or THB3,500 (US$ 50
/ US$120).
At Dusit Thani Hua Hin
the Chef takes all the strain when he shares his knowledge in a
complimentary demonstration class at Benjarong Restaurant every Tuesday
afternoon. One dish is demonstrated weekly, rotating traditional Thai
favorites and offering insights and tips for guests into spices and
techniques used in the professional preparation of popular dishes.
For those interested
in professional classes, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, located next to Dusit
Thani Bangkok, offers 30-week / 3-term courses resulting in a Diplôme de
Cuisine Thaïe. Courses are conducted in English and include the art of
fruit and vegetable carving as well as the more traditional subjects.
Short “Culinary Discovery Programmes” are also offered throughout the
year.
