The International Property Show 2013 (IPS), which kicks off in Dubai on April 30, 2013, announces that the exhibiting spaces at the show is now fully booked by local and foreign companies who are keen to be present at the event. This is yet another clear sign of the full recovery of the show, which enjoys the support and will see the participation of the Government of Dubai Land Department. The IPS is sponsored by Diamond Developers, Damac and Falcon City of Wonders as the event’s strategic partner.
The three-day IPS 2013 will be hosted at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC). It is held in parallel with the third session of the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM), which is held under the patronage of His Highness (HH) Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and hosted by the Ministry of Economy at the DICEC. The AIM is sponsored by Emaar Properties and organized by Strategic Marketing and Exhibition.
The IPS will see dozens of companies participating from various countries including the UAE, UK, Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand, Morocco, Turkey, Cyprus, Egypt and Canada.
Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of Dubai Land Department (LD), said the IPS has succeeded again in attracting leading local and international companies who seek to benefit from the excellent reputation of Dubai as a platform for promoting projects and reaching business deals among the business community and investors.
Bin Mejren noted that the LD is keen to support activities related to the real estate sector and the department is pleased to see this level of professionalism in the arrangement of the new edition of IPS. He hoped that the new edition will add to the prestigious history of the event since its launch in 2006. The IPS has cemented its unique position compared to other similar regional and international events. The show continues to attract major real estate companies from the UAE and abroad; noting that last year’s edition, IPS 2012, had welcomed 18,000 visitors from 70 countries.
Dawood Al Shezawi CEO of Strategic Marketing and Exhibition, the organizer of the show, said the responses and demand for participation in the IPS by developers reflect the full recovery of the property sector internationally. The UAE property market led this progress and saw rapid recovery compared to other markets. The launch of new mega-projects and resumption of stalled projects clearly indicate this healthy recovery
Al Shezawi noted that developers realize the importance of seizing the opportunities available at IPS to reach out for investors. This approach reflects understanding of the importance of promoting projects. The Emirate of Dubai provides quality and international dimension for developers who are keen participate in the show, which attracts major international companies.
Al Shezawi stressed that the IPS, which enjoys the support of Government of Dubai Land Department, is determined to meet the aspirations of the participants and visitors to confirm the event’s importance. He anticipated that the IPS 2013 will see more exhibitors and visitors, thanks to the booming property sector in Dubai, which gears up for new boom supported by the UAE economy’s growth.
The list of companies participating in the IPS from the UAE includes Emaar Properties, Damac, Falcon City of Wonders, Diamond Developers, Al Baraha Land Real Estate, Bright Life, Herald Land, Oasis corner and Al Thuraya City. Leading companies from UK are participating in the event including Advantage Properties, Knight Knox, Sherwoods Property and others. Turkey has strong presence in the show as it is represented by ADAS properties, Ayon Properties, Koyom hotels, Freibd Yaieen properties, Romly properties, Yulia Properties and others. Other participants include Drama Dity of Kuwait, Magnolia and Matrix from Thailand, Mega and Mega World from the Philippines and Provents from Portugal in addition to many other international firms.

معرض العقارات الدولي في دبي يشهد حجوزات بنسبة 100%

أعلنت اللجنة المنظمة لمعرض العقارات الدولي 2013 الذي ينطلق في دبي نهاية شهر أبريل حجز كامل المساحات المتاحة للشركات العقارية الوطنية والأجنبية، في إشارة واضحة على عودة المعرض بقوة في نسخته الجديدة التي تحظى بدعم ومشاركة دائرة اراضي وأملاك دبي وبرعاية شركات دايموند ديفلوبرز وداماك والشريك الإستراتيجي فالكون ستي. وينعقد معرض العقارات الدولي 2013 على أرض مركز دبي الدولي للمعارض والمؤتمرات ويستمر ثلاثة أيام بموازاة الدورة الثالثة لملتقى الاستثمار السنوي الذي يقام برعاية صاحب السمو محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي رعاه الله. وتستضيف الملتقى وزارة الاقتصاد على أرض المركز نفسه وترعاه شركة إعمار العقارية وتنظمه شركة "الاستراتيجي لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات". وتنتمي شركات الدورة الجديدة إلى 10 دول تتقدمهم الإمارات والمملكة المتحدة والبرازيل والفلبين وتايلاند والمغرب وتركيا وقبرص ومصر وكندا.
وقال سلطان بطي بن مجرن، مدير عام دائرة أراضي وأملاك دبي، بأن معرض العقارات الدولي حقق نجاحاً نوعياً بإجتذابه شركات وطنية وأجنبية تسعى من خلال مشاركتها في المعرض إلى إستثمار مكانة دبي وسمعتها العالمية المرموقة في الترويج لمشروعاتها وإبرام الشراكات مع مجتمع رجال الأعمال ونخبة واسعة من المستثمرين.
واضاف بن مجرن بأن اراضي وأملاك دبي حريصة على دعم الأنشطة العقارية التي تمثل قيمة مضافة للسوق العقاري وهو ما لمسته الدائرة في حرفية الترتيبات الجارية لتنظيم معرض العقارات الدولي في دورته الجديدة والتي نأمل أن تشكل إستكمالاً للنجاحات التي سجلها المعرض في دوراته السابقة منذ عام 2006 إذ رسخ المعرض موقعه المميز على خارطة المعارض العقارية الإقليمية والعالمية بعدما إجتذب كبريات الشركات العقارية الوطنية والأجنبية وفاق عدد زائريه في آخر دوراته أكثر من 18 ألف زائر من حوالي 70 دولة حول العالم.
من جهته قال داوود الشيزاوي، رئيس شركة "الاستراتيجي لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات'' المنظمة للمعرض، بأن الإقبال الواسع الذي لمسناه من جانب شركات التطوير العقاري ترسم صورة جلية وواضحة على تعافي السوق العقاري العالمي مع الإشارة إلى تفوق سوق عقارات الإمارات في بلوغ التعافي أسرع من غيره من الأسواق العقارية العالمية وتحوله إلى الإنتعاش النوعي بإطلاق مشروعات ضخمة جديدة غير المشروعات التي عادت إلى حيز التنفيذ. وأكد الشيزاوي بأن شركات التطوير العقاري تعي ضرورة إقتناص الفرصة التي يوفرها المعرض بهدف التواصل مع المستثمرين وتعي مستلزمات النجاح في تسويق مشروعاتها على نطاق واسع لا تستطيع اي مدينة تأمينه بالجودة والعالمية التي تؤمنها دبي، واعتبر انه ليس من الغريب أن يستقطب ''معرض العقارات الدولي'' أبرز شركات التطوير العقاري من مختلف أنحاء العالم في دورته هذا العام.
وأضاف الشيزاوي بأن المعرض وبدعم دائرة اراضي وأملاك دبي، عازم على تلبية طموحات المشاركين والزوار من مختلف شرائح المستثمرين وتنوع ثقافاتهم في تأكيد جديد لمكانته ونجاحه في حجز مقعد مهم في صناعة المعارض المتخصصة. وتوقع الشيزاوي أن تشهد دورة هذا العام والتي تنطلق في 30 ابريل حتى 2 يونيو زيادة في أعداد والزوار بسبب ما يشهده سوق عقارات الإمارة من إزدهار يرسم معالم طفرة عقارية ثالثة مدعومة بنمو إقتصاد الإمارات.
وتضم قائمة الشركات الإماراتية (إعمار وداماك وفالكون سيتي ودايموند ديفلوبرز وأرض البراحة للعقارات وبرايت لايف وهيرالد لاند وواحة الزاوية للتطوير العقاري ومدينة الثريا) فيما تضم قائمة أبرز الشركات البريطانية (أدفانتج للعقارات ونايت نوكس وشيروودز للعقارات وغيرها) في حين تضم قائمة أبرز الشركات التركية (أداس للعقارات وايون للعقارات وكيوم للفنادق وفريبد يايين للعقارات وروملي للعقارات ويوليا للعقارات وغيرها) ودراما ديتي من الكويت وماغنوليا وماتريكس من تايلاند وميغا آند ميغا وورد من الفلبين وبروفنتس من البرتغال وغيرها من الشركات العالمية.
