Sharjah, United Arab Emirates – March 2013: Sharjah National Hotels is pleased to announce the appointment of Paolo Fetz as general manger for Oceanic Resort & Spa Khorfakkan, which is planned to be re-launched in April 2013.
With a solid background in the hospitality industry, Paolo Fetz brings with him a wealth of 25 years of international management experience in luxury hotels and resorts that are members of Leading Hotels of The World (LHW). Before moving to the UAE, Fetz worked in Royal Wing Pattaya, Thailand, Palmeraie Golf Palace Marrakech, Morocco, Siam City Hotel Bangkok, Thailand, The Residence Tunis Tunisia and The American Colony Hotel Jerusalem.
In his new role, Paolo will lead the pre-opening team and will be responsible for the overall operation for Oceanic Resort & Spa Khorfakan.
Commenting on his new appointment Paolo said: “I am delighted to join the Oceanic Resort & Spa team. This is a new and exciting challenge for me and I look forward in moving to the UAE hospitality industry. With my extensive experience in the hotel industry, creativity and vision, we will be taking the brand to new heights”.
