Jotun Paints, one of the world’s leading producers and distributors of paints and coatings, is set to throw the spotlight on its ‘Megayacht Professional’ range during this year’s edition of the Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS), the Middle East region’s largest leisure marine show, which will be held from March 5th to 9th, 2013 at the Dubai International Marine Club at Mina Seyahi. The ‘Megayacht Professional’ range, which consists of anti-fouling, primers, top coats, fillers and paint systems, is being positioned to address the increasing demand for high quality luxury boat and vessel paint protection products. The Jotun booth will be located at Stand No. ESS-P1-2.
Recent industry reports have shown that a large majority of the world’s super yacht owners can be found in Dubai. This is widely attributed to the emirate’s positioning as a regional hub and its large concentration of wealth coming from the GCC region. Over the years, Jotun’s success in the marine industry can be traced to its use of cutting edge technology to develop highly advanced paint products. Proof of this is the ‘Megayacht Professional’ range, which has been specially developed for high end luxury vessels like speedboats and super yachts. Utilizing the range results in a silk glossy finish and a clean underwater hull that help the vessels keep their speed high.

Jotun’s ‘Megayacht Professional’ antifouling products, ‘Megayacht Imperial Antifouling’ and ‘Megayacht Royal Antifouling,’ helps maintain a boat’s desired speed with less friction while at the same time drives in a reduction in fuel consumption. ‘Megayacht Professional’ primers and undercoats prevents the degradation of fiberglass, aluminum, steel and wood. The primers, which can be used on any part of the boat, includes ‘Megacote,’ ‘Megamastic,’ ‘Megasealer,’ ‘Megaprimer’ and ‘Megaspeed Undercoat.’ Jotun also offers a full range of long lasting topcoats with excellent gloss and colour retention together with a demanded wet look effect. The topcoats include 'Megagloss HG' and 'Megamatt Agent.' Lastly, Jotun ‘Megayacht Professional’ fillers can be applied across high film thicknesses. Using the fillers can level out and smooth the ship’s hull surface, provide stronger adhesion and cohesion and enable sanding with minimum loss of thickness. The filler range consists of ‘Megafiller,’ ‘Megafiller hot Climate,’ ‘Megafiller Multi,’ ‘Megafiller Smooth’ and ‘Megafiller Deck.’ Aside from the strong features that each product presents, Jotun also provides key technical support to its clients.

تتحضر شركة "جوتن للدهانات"، إحدى الشركات العالمية المتخصّصة في مجال إنتاج وتوريد الدهانات والطلاء وبودرة الحماية، إلى تسليط الضوء على مجموعة "ميجايخت بروفشنال" (Megayacht Professional) وذلك خلال مشاركتها في دورة هذا العام من "معرض دبي العالمي للقوارب" (DIBS)، وهو الحدث الأكبر من نوعه في القطاع البحري الترفيهي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط والمزمع انعقاده من 5 إلى 9 مارس الحالي في نادي دبي الدولي للرياضات البحرية بالميناء السياحي. ويأتي إستعراض مجموعة "ميجايخت بروفشنال" التي تضم مواد الحماية والأساسات وطلاءات الطبقة العلوية والمعاجين والدهانات، إنطلاقاً من سعي الشركة إلى تلبية الطلب المتزايد على الدهانات العالية الجودة لحماية السفن والقوارب الفاخرة. وستتوفر منصة "جوتن" خلال المعرض تحت رقم "إي. أس. أس. - بي 1 - 2" (ESS-P1-2).
وتشير الإحصاءات الأخيرة إلى أن الأغلبية الكبرى من أصحاب اليخوت الفارهة يتواجدون في إمارة دبي التي اثبتت مكانتها كمركز إقليمي رائد لصناعة القوارب الفاخرة في الخليج العربي. ومن جهتها، نجحت "جوتن للدهانات" في ترسيخ مكانتها في القطاع البحري لإعتمادها أحدث التقنيات في إنتاج الدهانات والطلاءات العالية الجودة. وخير مثال على ذلك مجموعة "ميجايخت بروفشنال" التي تم تصميمها خصيصاً لحماية السفن الفاخرة كالقوارب السريعة واليخوت وتوفير مظهراً لامعاً للسفن وضمان نظافة الهيكل تحت الماء للمساعدة في الحفاظ على سرعتها عالية.

وتشتمل مجموعة "ميجايخت بروفشنال" على منتجات "ميغايخت إمبريال أنتي فولينغ" (Megayacht Imperial Antifouling) و"ميغايخت رويال أنتي فولينغ" (Megayacht Royal Antifouling) التي تساعد في الحفاظ على سرعة القارب وضمان أقل إحتكاك مع المياه، مما يسهم تباعاً في خفض إستهلاك الوقود. وبدورها، تعمل الأساسات والطلاءات الأساسية ضمن مجموعة "ميجايخت بروفشنال" على مقاومة تآكل الألياف الزجاجية والألمنيوم والصلب والخشب. وتشتمل هذه الأساسات الممكن إستخدمها على أي جزء من السفينة على منتجات "ميجاكوت" (Megacote) و"ميجاماستيك" (Megamastic) و"ميجاسيلر" (Megasealer) و"ميجابرايمر" (Megaprimer) و"ميجاسبيد أندركوت" (Megaspeed Undercoat). كما توفر "جوتن" مجموعة كاملة من طلاءات الطبقة العلوية التي توفر مظهراً لامعاً ورطباً وتحافظ على ثبات الألوان لمدة أطول، وتضم منتجات "ميجاغلوس اتش. جي" (Megagloss HG) و"ميجامات ايجنت" (Megamatt Agent). ويمكن إستخدام المعاجين المتوفرة ضمن مجموعة "ميجايخت بروفشنال" على الأسطح السميكة لتسوية وتنعيم الطبقة الخارجية لهيكل السفينة مع ضمان التصاقها وتماسكها لمدة أطول والمحافظة على سماكة الأسطح عند صقلها. وتشمل هذه المعاجين منتجات "ميجافيلر" (Megafiller) و"ميجافيلر هوت كلايمت" (Megafiller hot Climate) و"ميجافيلر ملتي" (Megafiller Multi) و"ميجافيلر سموث" (Megafiller Smooth) و"ميجافيلر دك" (Megafiller Deck). وإلى جانب المزايا والخصائص المتعددة لكل من هذه المنتجات، لا تألو "جوتن" جهداً في سبيل توفير الدعم الفني لعملائها.
