Dubai, 20 March 2012 - Mandarin Oriental, Paris is delighted to announce a delicious seasonal menu available exclusively at Camélia to enjoy with friends and family this Easter.
This unique gourmet menu, created by Michelin star chef Thierry Marx and his team at Camélia, includes mouth-watering dishes using Easter’s best known ingredients such as ‘Asparagus from Mallemort with Hen’s Egg Cooked at 65° and Sauteed Morels’ followed by ‘Roasted “Pascaline” Lamb, with Fava Beans and Mashed Potatoes’. For dessert, guests may enjoy an indulgent Easter egg with crunchy almond biscuit, passion fruit cream, coconut mousse and freshly diced mango.
The three-course Easter menu at Camélia is priced at EUR 65 per person and is available over Easter on Sunday 31 March and Monday 1 April for lunch and dinner.
Also available exclusively at the Cake Shop at Mandarin Oriental, Paris this Easter is Pastry Chef Pierre Mathieu’s beautiful Easter egg which will be sure to seduce chocolate lovers. This edible work of art is fan shaped has eleven delicate segments, reminiscent of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s iconic fan logo. This gold egg is covered with a 70% chocolate shell from Venezuela that will delight the palate with its aromatic and spicy flavours, and inside gourmands will discover a praline heart, completed with an extraordinary finish set on a milk chocolate base from the Ivory Coast.
Chef Pierre Mathieu’s exceptional creation is available exclusively at the Cake Shop at Mandarin Oriental, Paris from 15 April and is priced at EUR 64 per egg.
