مؤسسة مصر الخير تطلق أول حملات الحماية من الفشل الكلوي

في إطار التوجه الاستراتيجي الجديد للمؤسسة

عفاف الجوهري: قطاع الصحة بمؤسسة مصر الخير يعمل ليس فقط على علاج المرضي ولكن أيضا على الوقاية منها، وبعد النجاح الذي حققته المؤسسة في ملف فيروس سي بدءا من توفير الدم الآمن وحتى انشاء أول شبكة اليكترونية لربط بنوك الدم في مصر، نبدأ الآن في اطلاق مبادرة لمحاصرة مرض الفشل الكلوي من خلال الكشف المبكر عن مسببات المرض بهدف الحد من الإصابة بهذا المرض.

القاهرة 5 أغسطس-أطلقت مؤسسة مصر الخير قافلتها الطبية الجديدة (وهي أحد مراحل البرنامج الذي تطلقه المؤسسة للحماية من مرض الفشل الكلوي) بوحدة مؤسسة مصر الخير والشوربجي للغسيل الكلوي في مركز كوم حمادة بمحافظة البحيرة، والتي تعتبر من أكثر المحافظات في مصر إصابة بالفشل الكلوي. والهدف من هذة القافلة هو عمل مسح كامل للكشف عن مرضى محتملين للفشل الكلوي والحد من عددهم على قوائم الأنتظار. 

تقوم مؤسسة مصر الخير برعاية المرضى بدءً من التوعية وحتى سبل الوقاية حتى لا يصلوا إلى مرحلة الفشل الكلوي. وتبدأ القافلة الطبية من إكتشاف الأسباب المؤدية للفشل الكلوي، وتوعية المواطنين بوسائل الحماية (حيث يتم علاج المستحقين الذين تسفر الفحوصات الأولية والمتقدمة عن وجود احتمالات للإصابة، ومن ثم علاجهم، واتخاذ التدخلات بدء الوقاية من توفير مياه شرب نظيفة، والكشف عن مشكلات منظومة الصرف الصحي، ثم التوعية والمسح والفحوصات المتقدمة وأخيراً تقديم خدمات الغسيل الكلوي التي تدعمها المؤسسة في كل محافظات الجمهورية.

وصرحت الأستاذة عفاف الجوهري رئيس قطاع الصحة بمؤسسة مصر الخير: فان 25% من مرضي الفشل الكلوي في مصر يتوفون سنويا وفقاً لأحدث إحصائية للجمعية المصرية للكلي. وهنا يأتي دور مؤسسة مصر الخير في دعم منظومة الوقاية وتسليط الضوء على هذا المرض الخطير. حيث ان تكلفة الفحص للكشف عن مسببات المرض 80 جنيه للفرد في حين أن تكلفة الجلسة الواحدة وصلت في بعض المراكز الخاصة تصل الي 3000-4000 جنية".

كما أضافت الجوهري إن وجود مركز مصر الخير بمحافظة البحيرة يعد بمثابة فرصة لتقديم الشكل المتكامل لخدماتها من أجل التنمية المجتمعية المتكاملة. بالإضافة إلى إن أحد التوجهات الأساسية لاستراتيجية قطاع الصحة الجديدة 2020 هو محاصرة مرض الفشل الكلوي الذي يغزو مصر بقوة وشراسة.

والجدير بالذكر إن مؤسسة مصر الخير كانت من أوائل المؤسسات التي بادرت بالتحرك عام 2012 نحو قضية فيروس سي حتى أصبحت هدف قومي. وتتوجه المؤسسة الآن نحو التعامل مع هذا الهدف للوقاية والحماية من الفشل الكلوي للحد من أضراره للمواطنين المصريين.

AUC PROFESSOR AUTHORS THE 100 MOST ICONIC ISLAMIC HOUSES OF WORSHIP

August 5, 2019, Cairo – Bernard O'Kane, professor of Islamic art and architecture at The American University in Cairo (AUC), has released his latest book Mosques: The 100 Most Iconic Islamic Houses of Worship. O’Kane went on a journey through different centuries and continents to explore 100 of the most iconic and beautifully made architectural designs that are also meant to be home to worshippers in Islam.

"The book is unusual in the field of Islamic art and architecture for the breadth of its coverage. Mosques from four continents are illustrated, from North America to Europe, Africa and Asia," said O'Kane.

In the book, O'Kane looks at some of the most iconic mosques from Indonesia to Spain and identifies how they've become more than just places for prayer, but have also meant to represent great historical architectural and design achievements.

Speaking of golden iconic designs, O'Kane was also keen to highlight many of the mosques that date back to the golden age.

"Although those from the Arab, Turkish and Iranian heartlands receive the greatest attention, this breadth enables the reader to gain a fuller understanding of the worldwide distribution of mosques. In addition, more emphasis is placed than is usual on the 19th and 20th centuries, with 21 out of 100 from those centuries," added O'Kane.

The International Society of Automation created the Global Cybersecurity Alliance to advance cybersecurity readiness and awareness in worldwide manufacturing and critical infrastructure facilities and processes. Bringing together end-user companies, technology and systems vendors, IT infrastructure vendors, services providers, system integrators and other organizations, the Alliance will proactively address growing and emerging cyber threats.

Accelerating standards development and adoption;
Extending the ISA 62443 series of standards to relevant markets and help specific industry verticals apply the standards;
Providing best practice tools to help companies navigate the entire lifecycle of cybersecurity protection.

ISA is the developer of the ANSI/ISA 62443 series of automation and control systems cybersecurity standards, which have been adopted by the International Electrotechnical Commission as IEC 62443 and endorsed by the United Nations. The standards define requirements and procedures for implementing electronically secure automation and control systems and security practices and for assessing electronic security performance.



Multiple industry leaders, including Claroty, Nozomi, Johnson Controls, Rockwell Automation and Honeywell, have also joined the Alliance as Founding Members.

28% of cloud environments may be compromised by Rocke command-and-control domain

More than 28% of cloud environments may be compromised by Rocke, the China-based cybercrime group, according to research from Unit 42, the global threat intelligence team at Palo Alto Networks.

Unit 42 has released high-level results from its investigation of Rocke after spending six months researching the cybercrime group.

Unit 42 concluded that Rocke, which is the best-known threat actor engaged in cryptomining operations targeting the cloud, is able to conduct operations with little interference and limited detection risk.

By analyzing NetFlow data from December 2018 to June 16, 2019, Unit 42 found that 28.1% of the cloud environments it surveyed had at least one fully established network connection with at least one known Rocke command-and-control (C2) domain. Several of those organizations maintained near daily connections. Meanwhile, 20% of the organizations maintained hourly heartbeats consistent with Rocke tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

Rocke has also released a new tool called Godlua, which could function as an agent, allowing the group’s actors to perform additional scripted operations, including denial of service (DoS) attacks, network proxying, and two shell capabilities. Unit 42 also discovered network traffic identification patterns within NetFlow traffic that provide unique insight into Rocke TTPs and how defenders can develop detection capabilities.

The activities of Rocke, which is also known as the Iron Group, SystemTen, Kerberods/Khugepageds, and even ex-Rocke, were originally reported in August 2018.

Rocke was initially associated with ransomware campaigns through the use of its Linux-focused Xbash tool, a data-destruction malware similar in functionality to NotPetya.

عصابة روكي الصينية مسؤولة عن 28% من هجمات اختراق البيئات السحابية

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 6 أغسطس 2019: أشارت دراسة جديدة لشركة بالو ألتو نتوركس، المتخصصة في تطوير الجيل التالي من الحلول الأمنية، إلى أن عصابة روكي الصينية التي تنشط في مجال الجريمة الإلكترونية قد تكون مسؤولة عن أكثر من 28% من الهجمات الخبيثة التي تستهدف البيئات السحابية.

وأصدرت بالو ألتو نتوركس نتائجها الأولية بعد إجراء تحقيق كامل حول نشاط مجموعة روكي الصينية لمدة ستة أشهر كاملة. كما أفضت نتائج البحث إلى أن مجموعة روكي، التي تعتبر من أعتى مجموعات التهديد الإلكتروني التي تنشط في ميدان تشفير العملات الرقمية التي تستهدف البيئات السحابية، قادرة على تنفيذ عمليات الاحتيال من دون تدخل واضح المعالم والانتهاء من هذه العمليات من دون التعرض لخطر اكتشافها. 

ومن خلال تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها باستخدام بروتوكول مراقبة الشبكة في الفترة ما بين ديسمبر 2018 وحتى 16 يونيو 2019، وجدت بالو ألتو نتوركس أن 28.1% من البيئات السحابية التي شملها البحث امتلكت عملية اتصال شبكي واحدة على الأقل مع نطاق الأوامر والتحكم C2 التابع لمجموعة روكي الاحتيالية. وخلصت نتائج البحث أيضاً إلى أن العديد من تلك المؤسسات السحابية كانت على اتصال مع نطاق مجموعة روكي. في الوقت نفسه، حافظت 20% من المؤسسات على اتصال على مدار الساعة بما يتفق مع تكتيكات وتقنيات وإجراءات مجموعة روكي الاحتيالية. 

وقد أطلقت مجموعة روكي أيضاً أداء جديدة تحت اسم جودلوا، والتي يمكن أن تعمل كوكيل مستقل عن المجموعة، بما يسمح بتنفيذ أنشطة مجموعة روكي من خلال عمليات برمجية إضافية بما فيها هجمات الحرمان من الخدمة، وتوليد وكلاء الخادم والاستفادة من قدرات إنشاء واجهات للولوج إلى أنظمة التشغيل على مستويين. كما اكتشفت بالو ألتو نتوركس أيضاً أنماط تعريف خاصة بحركة البيانات داخل الشبكة من خلال بروتوكول NetFlow، والتي توفر قدرة فريدة على مراقبة تكتيكات وإجراءات مجموعة روكي وكيف يمكن للمدافعين تطوير قدراتهم الخاصة بالكشف عن التهديدات الإلكترونية.

وقد تم رصد أنشطة مجموعة روكي أول مرة في أغسطس 2018، وارتبطت أنشطتها في البداية بحملات احتيالية لجمع الفدية من خلال استخدام أداتها الخاصة Xbash التي تستهدف نظام التشغيل لينوكس بشكل أساسي، وهي عبارة عن برمجية ضارة تقوم بتدمير البيانات وتشابه في طريقة عملها أداة NotPetya.
