"ديل إي إم سي" تطرح حلولاً جديدة لدعم عملية التحول الرقمي

منتجات وحلول الجديدة تجمع أفضل تقنيات ديل إي إم سي المتطورة لمساعدة العملاء على الارتقاء بتقنية المعلومات

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 24 أكتوبر 2016: طرحت شركة "ديل إي إم سي" Dell EMC™ هذا الأسبوع حزمة من المنتجات والحلول والنماذج الاستهلاكية المصممة لمساعدة العملاء على الارتقاء بتقنية المعلومات في طريقهم نحو الأعمال الرقمية.

ويعمل الانتشار الرقمي واسع النطاق على زعزعة المؤسسات بكافة أحجامها، وفي جميع الصناعات. فقد أظهرت نتاج دراسة أجرتها شركة Dell Technologies مؤخراً، أن نصف (48 بالمائة) قادة الأعمال في العالم، من فئة الشركات المتوسطة حتى الكبيرة، أفادوا بأنهم لا يملكون أية رؤية عما ستبدو عليه هذه الصناعة خلال السنوات الثلاث القادمة. كما أنهم اتفقوا على أن التحرك نحو النماذج السحابية، وتوسيع قدرات تطوير البرمجيات، وتمكين عمليات الابتكار بوتيرة أسرع، والحصول على رؤى أعمق من البيانات، هي من الاستراتيجيات الرئيسية لعمليات التحول الرقمي. لكن الشركات لاتزال تكافح من أجل تطوير مراكز بياناتها، حيث صرح 69 بالمائة منهم متأخرون عن الركب بسبب الكثير من التطبيقات التقليدية. كما أنهم يواجهون تحديات تتمثل بالحد من تكاليف التوسع ومعدلات الإنفاق، مع الحفاظ على تحديث الأنظمة. وقد تم تصميم المنتجات والحلول الجديدة التي أعلن عنها هذا الأسبوع من على منبر مؤتمر ومعرض Dell EMC World بهدف مساعدة المؤسسات على تسريع عمليات تحولها، ومن أجل إدارة تكاليفها.

في هذا السياق قال ديفيد غولدن، رئيس مجموعة حلول البنى التحتية لدى شركة "ديل إي إم سي": "لضمان عدم ارتباطهم على نطاق شبكات Tesla، أو Airbnb، أو Tesla (شبكات النطاق الضيق) في أسواقهم، ينبغي على المؤسسات في يومنا هذا البدء بعمليات التحول الرقمي. وكي تتمكن من البدء بخطوات فعلية نحو مستقبلها الرقمي، أعتقد بأن الغالبية العظمى من المؤسسات ستقوم بعمليات الارتقاء والتحويل لتقنية المعلومات عن طريق استراتيجية السحابة الهجينة. والخطوة الأولى التي لن يندموا عليها تتمثل في تحديث مراكز بياناتهم، وذلك عن طريق تبني تقنيات البنى التحتية المتقاربة، والسيرفرات، وحلول التخزين، وحماية البيانات، والأمن الالكتروني الأكثر تقدماً، وذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر. وسنقوم خلال هذا الأسبوع بإطلاق موجة من المنتجات والحلول الجديدة التي صممت لتكون اللبنات الأساسية لهذا المسعى".

On this occasion, Mr. Khaled Al-Aboodi, stated: “The aim of the MoU is to cement the relationship with AIFC by joining operations to expand the financial products and services offered to the private sector investors in common member countries and to foster the development of the Islamic financial services industry in ICD member countries”.

Mr. Kairat Kelimbetov, Governor of AIFC said, that the purpose of AIFC is to develop financial and professional services based on the principals of international best practices including fostering the development of Islamic financial services industry in Kazakhstan and the CIS region. JLL strengthens its Hotels and Hospitality business in the MENA region

October 24, 2016 – Dubai, UAE: JLL, the world's leading real estate investment and advisory firm, has announced it is expanding its breadth of services in the Hotels & Hospitality Group (H&HG) in the MENA region.

The expansion will come under the leadership of Gaurav Shivpuri, Head of Capital Markets for the MENA region and Jonathan Hubbard, Head of Investor Services, for the Hotels & Hospitality Group in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Start saving now if you have children – latest figures reveal it can cost over 1.4 million AED to support a child through school and university

Financial solutions provider Old Mutual International is urging expat parents in the UAE to start saving early as latest figures show the cost of a child’s education could reach almost 1.5 million AED.

The latest industry figures, based on sending a child to a UK or US curriculum school in the UAE followed by university in the United States, demonstrate the huge cost that most parents in the UAE will have to consider at some point.

Additional costs such as trips, bus services and uniforms, can cost as much as 15,684 AED** (US$4,262) every year from primary through to high school, this could bring the total cost of school education to approximately 766,437 AED ($208,271).

When it comes to supporting a child through university the figures can become even more eye watering depending on the country the child studies in. If the child studies in the US, industry figures estimate the total cost for a four year course can add up to 681,124 AED (US$185,088)*** which includes university fees, room and board, transport and other living expenses.

If the child studies in the UK, then costs may be slightly cheaper at approximately 323,700 AED ($87,962)**** for a three year course, which includes university fees, rent, transport and other living expenses. If the child studies at a top university in London then costs will rise significantly.

With the cost of living rising all the time, by the time the child reaches university these costs are likely to be significantly higher.
