أمنيات العقارية تكشف عن التفاصيل الأخيرة لمشروعها الرائد في نخلة جميرا



الإمارات العربية المتحدة، دبي 22 أغسطس 2016: بدأت ملامح مشروع "ون بالم" في نخلة جميرا وهو أحد أكثر المشاريع العقارية إبهاراُ في دبي والتابع لأمنيات العقارية، تظهر بوضوح للعيان مع تقدم العمل به بشكل سريع حيث يشكل المشروع اليوم إضافة على المشهد العام لأفق نخلة جميرا.

وقد صدر اليوم آخر تقرير إنشائي للعمل لأمنيات العقارية كشف فيه أنه قد تم الانتهاء من صب وبناء أساسيات المشروع الثلاثة الرئيسية بالاضافة إلى الانتهاء من أساسيات الطابق الأول التي بلغ ارتفاعها 16 مترًا فوق سطح الأرض لمشروع "ون بالم" الرائد والذي يقع في الجذع الأيسر من نخلة جميرا. ومن المتوقع اكتمال وضع أساسيات البناء حتى الطابق 15 من أصل 24 مع نهاية عام 2016  ليصبح "ون بالم" البرج الأطول بين المشاريع التطويرية التى حوله.

ومن المقرر أن يكون المشروع التطويري، التي تبلغ مساحته الإجمالية 910 ألف قدم مربع وبارتفاع 100م، صرحًا معماريًا لافتًا لا يشبه غيره في دبي. كما تتطلع أمنيات العقارية أن يكون البرج السكني ذو الـ 90 شقة والأطول في نخلة جميرا واحدًا من بين العناوين الأكثر تفضيلًا ورغبة في الإمارة.
ويعتبر مشروع "ون بالم" في نخلة جميرا الأفخر من حيث الترف ضمن المنطقة الفخمة التي يقع بها، ويتميز المشروع ، بمجموعة من الخدمات ووسائل الراحة الفريدة التي تلبي جميع احتياجات سكانه إذ يضم المشروع نادي "ون بالم كلوب هاوس" الذي يحتوي على مطعمًا فخمًا، ومسابح داخلية وخارجية، وصالة سينما خارجية، ومكانًا مخصصًا للشوي، ولاونج للسيجار، ونادٍ لليخوت، ومنتجعًا صحيًا، إلى جانب العديد من المرافق الأخرى المتوفرة حصريًا للأشخاص المحظوظين بامتلاك مسكن في هذا البرج.





وصمم هذا العقار الخاص والمقرر انتهاء العمل به في 2018، مهندسون معماريون من شركة "سوما" الذي يقع مقرها في نيويورك. وتعبّر كل شقة عن ذوق أصحابها الذين سيختارون الجهة المسؤولة عن أعمال الديكور الداخلي والتشطبيبات من بين اثنين من أهم المصممين في العالم القادرين على تجسيد الأسلوب الشخصي للزبائن.

وسيتمكن المشترون من اختيار أعمال التصميم الداخلي التي تنفذها "سوبر بوتيتو" اليابانية، والمعروفة بتنفيذ أعمال إكساء أنيقة وعصرية، أو أعمال استوديو التصميم الفاخر "إليسيون" بمقره في لندن المتميز بأسلوبه الراقي، والذي اشتهر بمشاركته في تصميم مبنى "ون هايد بارك" الشهير في منطقة “نايتس بريدج” بلندن.

وفي تعليق له، أفاد مارك فينيكس، المدير الإداري لأمنيات العقارية: "ليس بغريب أن يوصف مشروع ون بالم بالعنوان الحصري الأول في دبي بسبب توفيره لمجموعة كبيرة من المرافق ووسائل الراحة وتمتعه بتصميم فريد وديكور داخلي فاخر مصحوب بإطلالات بمنتهى الروعة".

Hytera’s mobile radio solutions anchor 2016 Rio Olympics’ superior communications system


Dubai, August 22, 2016: Hytera, a leading provider of Professional Mobile Radio solutions, provided critical support to the communications backbone of the 2016 Rio Olympics to optimize coordination among personnel and officials and ensure one of the most connected Games ever.
Hytera’s XPT (Extended Pseudo Trunk) digital trunking system and lightweight PD605 handheld radios formed part of the only radio system to service the entire Olympic Village housing all participating athletes, officials and trainers and to cover all of the Olympic sailing courses. The Hytera PD685 digital mobile radio was also used by the ceremony management staff for the closing and opening activities of the Games of the XXXI Olympiad.

Philippine Department Of Tourism Budget Increased 44 Per Cent From 2015


Dubai, August 23, 2016: THE Philippines’ newly-appointed tourism secretary Wanda Teo has announced to efficiently utilise the resources given to her for the promotion and development of the country’s tourism industry. 
Speaking about the announcement, Secretary of Philippines’ Department of Tourism, Wanda Teo, said: “It has gotten a substantial budget increase this year, up 44 per cent from the 2015 budget of 2.5 billion pesos (US$53 million) to a 3.61 billion pesos (US$76.5 million) sum for 2016.”
No details have been revealed as to how the budget is to be allocated, but Teo added that information on activities and transactions of the tourism ministry can be accessed from its soon-to-relaunch website. 
In the statement, Teo also lauded the country’s president Rodrigo Duterte on his plans to construct new highways and bridges to network major islands and tourist destinations. 
Referring to Duterte’s state of the nation address on last month Teo said: “We are elated and inspired by the president’s announcement that topping his list of priorities is the building of highways and roads that can provide easy access to our tourist sites.” 
The president had further stated in his speech that labour-intensive industries such as tourism will need reforms in order to ensure competitiveness and to promote the ease of conducting such businesses in the Philippines.

Lumify 

Lumify is Philips’ smart device solution, which is set to make ultrasound technology more accessible to licensed healthcare providers or organisations. Children’s Automated Respiration Monitor (ChARM) 

The Philips Children’s Automated Respiration Monitor (ChARM) converts chest movements detected by accelerometers into an accurate breathing count, using specially developed algorithms. The device not only provides quantitative feedback, but also qualitative feedback to the healthcare provider based on the World Health Organization’s Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI)2 guidelines to diagnose fast breathing rates, which is one of the key vital signs to diagnosing pneumonia.

Minicare Acute

The Philips Minicare Acute, is a fully-automated handheld rapid diagnostic testing solution that can measure target molecules in very low concentrations (picomolar) in blood in a matter of minutes. The system offers multiplexing capabilities, making it possible to improve diagnostic and provide multiple marker results, simultaneously, from the same droplet of blood at the same time.

The results it presents are not only immediate, but it also enables doctors to identify high risk patients earlier to reduce the time from diagnosis to treatment or quickly discharge patients not in need of emergency care.

Philips Personal Health Programs empower people to take greater control of their health. These app-based solutions help people establish and maintain healthier habits. The products, sold separately, are made-up of the health watch, which continuously and automatically measures a wide range of health biometrics (including heart rate, activity, and sleep patterns).  The Philips upper arm & wrist blood pressure monitors - allowing measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as the heart rate; a Body Analysis Scale to measure weight, estimate body fat percentage and BMI calculation; and an ear thermometer for taking temperature.

These devices are enabled by the Philips HealthSuite Digital Platform, an open, secure, cloud-based platform that that collects and analyses health and other data from multiple devices and sources.
