‏‏10 خطوات ل‏‏تحسين الوضع الأمني وحماية تطبيقات الموظفين والبيانات الحساسة‏

‏‏أكثر من ثلث عمليات سرقة بيانات الاعتماد تتم عبر البريد الإلكتروني المخترق‏


‏‏دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 30 أكتوبر 2018‏‏: ‏‏أشارت دراسة حديثة صادرة عن ‏‎F5‎‏ نتوركس، الشركة الرائدة في حماية التطبيقات، إلى أن ‏‏أكثر من ثلث عمليات سرقة بيانات الاعتماد ‏‏(34.29%‏‏ منها‏‏)‏‏ ‏‏تتم عبر بريد إلكتروني مخترق‏‏.‏


‏‏وفقاً ‏‏للدراسة‏‏، تشمل خروقات التطبيقات الكبرى التي تطارد الشركات بسرعة متطورة‏‏ حالياً‏‏ سرقات بطاقات ‏‏الدفع وذلك‏‏ عن طريق حقن شبكة الإنترنت (70%) وقرصنة المو‏‏ا‏‏قع الإلكتروني‏‏ة‏‏ (26%)، وقرصنة ‏‏قواعد ‏‏بيانات التطبيقات‏‏ ‏‏(4%). ‏



‏‏وتشير‏‏ التحليلات أيضاً بنحو مخيف‏‏ إلى‏‏ أن نسبة 13% من ‏‏كافة‏‏ خروقات التطبيقات عبر الإنترنت كانت على صلة بإمكانية الوصول‏‏ غير المخوّل أو المسموح‏‏. ‏‏كما تشير إلى أن نسبة ‏‏سرقة بيانات الاعتماد عن طريق بريد إلكتروني مخترق‏‏ قد بلغت‏‏ (34.29%)، ‏‏ونسبة ‏‏تكوين ضبط الوصول بنحو غير صحيح ‏‏قد بلغت ‏‏(22.86%)، ‏‏في حين تمت ‏‏(8.57%)‏‏ من هذه السرؤقات اعتمادا على ‏‏حشو بيانات الاعتماد من كلمات المرور المسروقة،‏‏ و ‏‏(5.71%)‏‏ منها عبر‏‏ هجمات التخمين لكسر كلمات المرور، وسرقات الهندسة الاجتماعية (2.76%). وتظهر هذه الأدلة أيضاً أن التطبيقات والهويات‏‏ الرقمية‏‏ تمثل الأهداف الأولية في 86% من الخروقات.‏



‏‏لذا ‏‏يسيطر‏‏ ‏‏على الشركات حول العالم في الوقت الراهن شعور متزايد بالرعب والاضطراب. ‏‏حيث باتت عرضة أكثر من أي وقت مضى ‏‏للهجمات الإرهابية مثل البرمجيات الخبيثة التي تخترق المتصفحات للتلاعب ببيانات الاعتماد الخاصة بالتحقق من صحة التطبيقات. ثم تأتي سلاسل من البرمجيات الضارة التي تستهدف تسجيلات الدخول المالية لتهديد العملاء على المتصفحات والأجهزة النقالة. ‏



‏‏وبالرغم من عدم وجود طريقة للالتفاف حولها. لكن المحافظة على الوضع الأمني الإلكتروني المناسب الخاص بك سيبقيك في مأمن. وإلا سيسيطر الرعب على حياتك ‏‏على شكل‏‏ تطبيق اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات الصادر عن الاتحاد الأوروبي (‏‎GDPR‎‏). إذ‏‏اً‏‏ ‏‏لا مفر‏‏ ‏‏مطلقاً‏‏ من فيلم الرعب هذا فيما لو ‏‏تعرضت للاختراق ‏‏أو فشلت في ‏‏تنفيذك المحكم‏‏ ‏‏لقواعد‏‏ الامتثال. ‏



‏‏و‏‏يتعين ‏‏على المؤسسات‏‏ اتخاذ التدابير الوقائية اللازمة لحماية الأصول الحيوية ذات الأهمية. ‏‏و‏‏قد ترسم ‏‏دراسة‏‏ "‏‎F5‎‏ نتوركس" صورة قاتمة‏‏ عن الوضع‏‏، لكنها في الوقت نفسه توفر الكثير من التدابير الوقائية‏‏ المفيدة، وهذه قائمة بالخطوات ‏‏التي يمكن من خلالها ‏‏تحسين ‏‏الوضع‏‏ الأمني وحماية تطبيقات الموظفين والبيانات الحساسة‏‏:‏


‏‏1.‏‏افهم طبيعة البيئة المهددة وحدد الأولويات الدفاعية لمواجهة المخاوف الجسيمة. حدد التطبيقات الهامة وقلل من سطح الهجوم الخاص بك. وتذكر أن سطح التطبيقات يتوسع طوال الوقت ليشمل طبقات متعددة وليزيد من استخدام واجهات برمجة التطبيقات لمشاركة البيانات مع الأطراف الثالثة. ‏‎ ‎


‏‏2.‏‏استخدم البيانات لقيادة استراتيجية المخاطر الخاصة بك وتحديد ما قد يستهدفه المهاجمون بنحو رئيسي. وتنبه إلى أن ظهور أي جزء من خدمة التطبيق على الإنترنت قد يكتشفه المتسللون ويستغلونه. ‏



‏‏3.‏‏هيئ نظم الشبكة الخاصة بك بنحو صحيح وإلا ستعاني من عواقب تسريب التطبيقات لمعلوماتك الداخلية ومعلومات البنية التحتية، بما في ذلك أسماء الخادم، وعناوين الشبكة الخاصة، وعناوين البريد الإلكتروني، وحتى أسماء المستخدمين. فهذه جميعها تشكل ذخيرة قيمة ‏‏للمتسلل لتنفيذ الهجوم. ‏


‏‏4.‏‏احذر من التهديدات الشائعة مثل هجمات الحرمان من الخدمة، والبرامج الضارة، والتصيد الاحتيالي، وغيرها من الهجمات الخبيثة. وتأكد من وضع استراتيجيات الاستجابة الخاصة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات للتكيف مع نقاط الضعف والهجمات الجديدة وتحديثها وبالتالي تحسين معدلات البقاء بأمان. ‏


‏‏5.‏‏نفذ مجموعة قوية من الحلول الأمنية سهلة الإدارة مثل جدران حماية التطبيقات المتقدمة (‏‎AWAF‎‏). إذ إن هذا النوع من التكنولوجيا قابل للتطوير ويمكنه توفير الحماية ضد الموجة الأخيرة من الهجمات باستخدام التحليلات السلوكية، والدفاعات الآلية الاستباقية، وتشفير طبقات البيانات الحساسة مثل بيانات الاعتماد الشخصية.‏


‏‏6.‏‏احرص على فرض الشركة لثقافة أمنية وقائية وتوعية الموظفين في مسائل سياسة العمل وإدارة الأجهزة فضلاً عن الاستخدام الآمن للإنترنت والسحابة.‏


‏‏7.‏‏عند السفر في رحلة عمل، تأكد من عدم إجراء الموظفين لأي معاملة مالية تتطلب بطاقة ائتمان أو خصم عند استخدام خدمات الواي فاي العامة أو المجانية. لا تفترض أبداً سلامة الأجهزة النقالة والمحمولة حتى في المقاهي المحلية.‏


‏‏8.‏‏غير كلمات المرور بانتظام (أي كل شهر). هذا أمر مهم جداً لاسيما بعد السفر. إذ من الممكن ‏‏تعرض الأجهزة للاختراق ‏‏أثناء النقل.‏


‏‏9.‏‏نفذ النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات دوماً على أجهزة معتمدة و/أو منصات سحابية آمنة لضمان عدم خسارة المعلومات الحساسة أو سرقتها واستردادها بسرعة في حال التعرض لأي هجوم.‏



‏‏10.‏‏تذكر دوماً أن الموظف المهمل الذي لا يشعر بمسؤوليته عن فقدان أجهزة العمل قد يلحق الضرر بسمعة الشركة.‏

TIME Hotels to launch its first beach resort hotel in Egypt

The four-star hotel, located in Ras Sudr, is UAE-headquartered TIME Hotels’ latest property to launch in the Middle East as hotel chain continues its expansion

UAE-headquartered TIME Hotels Management is set to launch its first beach resort hotel in Egypt, TIME Nozha Aqua Park Hotel & Resort, a four-star property located in Ras Sudr, on Egypt’s Red Sea coast.

Due to open its doors in December 2018, TIME Nozha Aqua Park Hotel & Resort will feature 52 rooms, four suites and 14 chalets – with an additional 33 units to be added to the resort in 2019.

Located along a 945 metre stretch of white sand beach, the resort will feature the largest aqua entertainment complex in Ras Sudr, complete with various water slides, wave pools and water sport activities.

TIME Hotels CEO, Mohamed Awadalla, said: “This is a very exciting chapter in TIME Hotels’ history as we open TIME Nozha Aqua Park & Resort, our first beach resort and first property in Egypt. TIME Nozha Aqua Park Hotel & Resort is located 20km from the new airport planned for Ras Sudr, 86km from Abu Rudeis Airport and 165km from Cairo International Airport.

The resort will feature four F&B outlets, including a 24-hour all-day dining restaurant where guests can select from buffet and a la carte meals; an Aqua Park Café offering pizzas and burgers; a beach restaurant and a lobby lounge which will serve afternoon tea.

The hotel offers guests a 24-hour fitness and leisure centre as well as a separate private pool for ladies and children with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym.

The hotel will also offer two large and well-equipped conference rooms suitable for a range of different events. The 2,000 sqm banquet facility, fitted with dynamic and flexible audio systems, can host up to 800 guests making it the ideal venue for large gatherings such as weddings.

The opening of TIME Nozha Aqua Park Hotel & Resort is part of a huge expansion programme, with the company set to open six new properties across the Middle East, including another hotel in Eygpt, by the end of 2020.

According to Colliers International, Egypt’s tourism industry recorded a strong performance in 2017, welcoming 7.2 million visitors, predominately from Saudi Arabia and the rest of the GGC, after many years of muted growth.

Russia, as well as Europe, have been long-standing major source markets for resorts located on the Red Sea coast. The expected resurgence in visitors from these locations will see both leisure and corporate travel in Egypt increase over the coming years.

Supporting both segments, the government is set to pursue a number of tourism investments including a new national museum and a series of new airports across the country.

Awadalla said: “With a resurgence in tourists in recent years, Egypt presents new opportunities for TIME Hotels to expand its presence. أعلنت تايم لإدارة الفنادق عن افتتاح فندق ومنتجع تايم نزهة آكوا بارك في ديسمبر القادم، وهو أول فندق ومنتجع شاطئي لها في مصر في منطقة رأس سدر على ساحل البحر الأحمر. ويضم الفندق الجديد من فئة الـ 4 نجوم 52 غرفة وأربع أجنحة و14 شاليه، ومن المقرر افتتاح 33 وحدة إضافية في المنتجع في عام 2019.

يتميز المنتجع بشاطئه الرملي الذي يمتد لحوالي 945 متراً، وسيضم أكبر مجمّع ترفيهي مائي في رأس سدر يضم العديد من المنزلقات المائية والمسابح الكبيرة ذات الأمواج ومجموعة من أنشطة الرياضات المائية.

Arab Bank Group reported net income after tax for the nine month period ended 30 September 2018 of $643 million compared to $601 million in the prior period, recording a growth of 7%. The Group’s net income before tax grew by 8% to reach $865 million with net operating income reaching $ 988 million and recording a growth of 9%.

Mr. Sabih Masri, Chairman of the Board of Directors stated that the strong operating performance of Arab Bank Group confirms the success of the Group, with its diversified business model regionally and globally, in dealing with the challenging operating environment.

Mr. Nemeh Sabbagh, Chief Executive Officer, stated that the strong underlying performance of Arab Bank Group is reflected in the growth in net operating income during the nine month period which was driven by core banking income generated from interest and fees coupled with effective cost management. Net operating income grew by 9% and net interest income went up by 11% as a result of yield improvement and the effective management of cost of funds. Loans reached $25.4 billion while customer deposits reached $33.2 billion.

Mr. Sabbagh stated that the Bank’s main lines of business; corporate banking, consumer and private banking, and treasury have performed well despite the challenging conditions, benefiting from clear business focus and the bank’s strong platform in its home market and the extensive network regionally and globally. He further added that the Group’s core revenues are well diversified geographically between Jordan, GCC, Levant and North Africa, in addition to international operations which leverage the synergies with the Group’s business in the Arab World. Mr. Sabbagh stated that the Bank obtained Chinese regulatory approvals and will open its branch in Shanghai early 2019 to finance the increasing trade and commercial links between China and the Arab world.

Mr. Sabbagh commented that the Bank’s healthy returns have been understated over the past few years by one off unusual year-end provisions relating to the New York legal cases which were put to finality early in the year. He added that there will not be any legal provisions to be booked in the fourth quarter of this year, and that the Group is on a clear path to deliver sustainable growth.

Mr. Sabbagh continued that the Bank enjoys a strong balance sheet and solid fundamentals in terms of liquidity, capital strength, asset quality, and operating efficiency. He remarked that Arab Bank Group enjoys strong liquidity in the form of a granular deposit base and robust capitalization comprised of Tier 1 capital. Capital Adequacy Ratio as at 30 September stood at 15.9%. Liquidity remains high with a loan to deposit ratio of 77% and Basel 3 liquidity ratios well in excess of what is required. Mr. Sabbagh also highlighted that the Group has healthy asset quality metrics with credit provisions held against non-performing loans exceeding 100%.

Mr. Sabbagh concluded that while he anticipates the environment to continue to be challenging, he expects the Bank to perform well.

Mr. Masri remarked that the broad diversification of the business model and the geographical profile of Arab Bank will continue to support the strong financial performance of the Group and its position in its markets. He added that the strength of Arab Bank’s large and unrivalled Arab banking network with a presence in 5 continents has given the Group a robust platform to deliver strong results.

Mr. Masri concluded that Arab Bank has a solid and resilient business franchise and that it is in a strong position to capitalize on regional opportunities. He said that the Bank is committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in financial services and will continue to build on its core strengths and create value for its customers, employees, and shareholders.



Arab Bank was named for the third year in a row “Best Bank in the Middle East for 2018” by Global Finance, New York, and was named “Bank of the Year in the Middle East for 2017” by The Banker – Financial Times, London.

نمو أرباح مجموعة البنك العربي بنسبة 7% لتصل الى 643 مليون دولار للتسعة أشهر من العام 2018

حققت مجموعة البنك العربي نمواً في الأرباح بنسبة 7% للتسعة أشهر من العام 2018، حيث بلغ صافي أرباح المجموعة بعد الضرائب والمخصصات 643 مليون دولار مقارنة مع 601 مليون دولار لنفس الفترة من العام السابق، في حين بلغت الارباح قبل الضرائب 865 مليون دولار وبنسبة نمو 8% مما يعزز قدرة البنك بالوصول الى افضل مستويات الاداء واستمراره في تحقيق الارباح وتعزيز مركزه المالي حيث بلغ اجمالي حقوق الملكية 8.3 مليار دولار أميركي كما في نهاية أيلول 2018.

هذا وقد حققت المجموعة نمواً في الأرباح التشغيلية بنسبة 9% لتصل الى 988 مليون دولار أميركي، في حين بلغت التسهيلات الائتمانية 25.4 مليار دولار أميركي وودائع العملاء 33.2 مليار دولار اميركي كما في 30 أيلول 2018.

وفي تعليقه على النتائج الايجابية للبنك، أشاد السيد صبيح المصري – رئيس مجلس الادارة بالاداء القوي والمتميز لمجموعة البنك العربي في تحقيق افضل النتائج وعلى قدرة البنك على مواصلة مسيرة أدائه الايجابي في مؤشر واضح على قوة وفعالية نموذج عمل البنك القائم على تنويع الأعمال اقليمياً وعالمياً وعلى التعامل والتأقلم مع التحديات المحيطة.

ومن جهته، أوضح السيد نعمه صباغ – المدير العام التنفيذي للبنك العربي أن البنك استطاع ان ينمو بصافي أرباح تشغيلية بنسبة 9% لتصل الى 988 مليون دولار من خلال كفاءة توظيفاته والتنوع في منتجاته وخدماته المصرفية التي يقدمها بالاضافة الى كفاءة ضبط مصاريفه التشغيلية، حيث نمت صافي الفوائد من الأعمال البنكية الرئيسية بنسبة 11% نتيجة لتحسين العائد و الادارة الجيدة لتكلفة مصادر الاموال.

وبين السيد نعمة صباغ الى ان قطاعات الاعمال متمثلة بقطاع الشركات والافراد وادارة الثروات والخزينة حققت اداءا جيدا مستفيدة من التركيز على النشاطات البنكية الرئيسية ومن مزايا التواجد النشط والإمتداد الواسع لشبكة البنك المصرفية محلياً وخارجياً، واضاف السيد صباغ الى ان الايرادات الرئيسية للبنك متنوعة جغرافيا ما بين الاردن ومنطقة الخليج وشمال افريقيا بالاضافة الى تواجدات البنك في الدول الاجنبية والتي عززت من تكامل اعمال البنك مع العالم العربي. 

واشار السيد صباغ الى ان البنك حصل على موافقات الجهات الرقابية اللازمة في الصين لافتتاح فرعه في شنغاهاي اوائل العام 2019 من اجل تمويل العمليات التجارية المتزايدة بين الصين والعالم العربي.

واضاف السيد نعمة صباغ الى ان الارباح التي تم تحقيقها بنهاية الاعوام القليلة الماضية قد تاثرت نتيجة لاخذ مخصصات غير اعتيادية متعلقة بالقضية التي كانت مرفوعة ضده في نيويورك والتي انتهت لصالحه، مؤكداً انه لن تكون هنالك أية مخصصات قضائية خلال الربع الرابع من هذا العام وأن البنك يسير بخطى واضحة لتحقيق المزيد من النمو المستدام.

واكد السيد نعمه صباغ على متانة المركز المالي للبنك نتيجة لقوة موجوداته وسيولته المرتفعة بالاضافة الى كفاءته التشغيلية، حيث استمر البنك بالحفاظ على معدل سيولة مرتفع وبلغت نسبة القروض الى الودائع 77% وكذلك احتفاظه بنسب سيولة تفوق النسب المعتمدة حسب تعليمات بازل 3، هذا وقد التزم البنك بتطبيق تعليمات المعيار الدولي للتقارير المالية رقم 9 ابتداءً من 1/1/2018 ويحتفظ بمعدل تغطية للديون المتعثرة يصل الى اكثر من 100%، كما يحتفظ البنك بقاعدة رأسمالية قوية حيث بلغت نسبة كفاية رأس المال 15.9% حسب تعليمات بازل 3. 

وختاما، أشار السيد صبيح المصري الى أن تمتع البنك بالقوة والثبات مكنه من الاستفادة من الفرص الإقليمية المواتية لتحقيق نتائج قوية، واكد على ان البنك ملتزم باعلى معايير العمل المصرفي وتقديم الخدمات المالية وسوف يستمر في تعزيز نقاط قوته من اجل تحقيق افضل النتائج والسير قدماً نحو مزيدا من التقدم والنجاح وبما يدعم المركز المالي للمجموعة ويعزز ثقة العملاء والمساهمين.

وتجدر الاشارة هنا الى أن البنك العربي حصل على العديد من الجوائز من جهات عالمية مرموقة كان من أبرزها جائزة أفضل بنك في الشرق الأوسط للعام 2018، وللعام الثالث على التوالي، من مجلة غلوبال فاينانس (Global Finance) – نيويورك، الى جانب جائزة بنك العام في الشرق الأوسط 2017 من مجلة ذا بانكر (The Banker)، التابعة لمجموعة الفايننشال تايمز العالمية ومقرها لندن.
