Inaugural Abu Dhabi Global Sustainable Security Summit to take place in emirate
Abu Dhabi, 12 May 2026: Abu Dhabi will host the inaugural Abu Dhabi Global Sustainable Security Summit 2026, accompanying the International Exhibition for National Security and Resilience (ISNR 2026). The summit is organised by the Ministry of Interior and Rabdan Academy, in collaboration with ADNEC Group, and will take place from 19 to 21 May 2026 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.
The summit represents a new international platform launched in response to the rapidly evolving global security landscape and the growing need to strengthen international cooperation and build more resilient and sustainable security systems. It aims to bring together decision-makers, security leaders, and experts from around the world to discuss the future of security, explore emerging challenges, and develop innovative solutions that enhance institutional readiness and long-term resilience.
The summit will feature a comprehensive programme including keynote speeches by senior officials and international experts, strategic panel discussions, closed-door roundtables, research presentations, and interactive workshops, providing a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and enhanced cooperation among governments, international organisations, academic institutions, and the private sector.
The summit is expected to attract wide international participation from government officials, security leaders, subject matter experts, international organisations, and academic institutions, reflecting its global scope and its role in strengthening dialogue and cooperation to address shared security challenges.
His Excellency Major General Dr Ahmed Naser Al Raisi, Inspector General of the Ministry of Interior and Chairman of the ISNR Higher Organising Committee, said: “The Abu Dhabi Global Sustainable Security Summit reflects the UAE’s vision to strengthen international cooperation and adopt a proactive approach to addressing evolving security challenges. The first day of the summit will focus on Resilient Technology-Driven Governance and National Emergency Preparedness, exploring the integration of advanced technologies, data analytics, and digital platforms to enhance decision-making, mitigate risks, and strengthen resilience in the face of crises.
The second day will address the Future of Policing and Public Trust, examining the intersection of innovative policing technologies, community engagement strategies, and ethical considerations. Discussions will delve into building trust, fairness, and inclusivity in law enforcement practices.
The final day will focus on Innovation in Capacity Building of Emergency Systems, which will look at modernising emergency response frameworks, training first responders with advanced tools, and incorporating emerging technologies to optimise resource allocation and adapt to evolving global challenges.
The summit reflects Abu Dhabi’s growing role as a global hub for dialogue and cooperation in security and resilience, and highlights Rabdan Academy’s role as a specialized academic institution contributing to knowledge development, capacity building, and leadership preparation in security, defence, emergency preparedness, and crisis management.

النسخة الأولى من قمة أبوظبي العالمية للأمن المستدام تعقد فعالياتها في الإمارة
أبوظبي، 12 مايو 2026: تنظم وزارة الداخلية وأكاديمية ربدان بالتعاون مع مجموعة أدنيك النسخة الأولى من قمة أبوظبي العالمية للأمن المستدام 2026، المصاحبة للمعرض الدولي للأمن الوطني ودرء المخاطر (آيسنار 2026)، خلال الفترة من 19 إلى 21 مايو 2026 في مركز أدنيك أبوظبي.
وتمثل القمة منصة دولية جديدة أُطلقت استجابة للتحولات المتسارعة التي يشهدها المشهد الأمني العالمي، والحاجة المتزايدة إلى تعزيز التعاون الدولي وبناء منظومات أمنية أكثر مرونة واستدامة. وتهدف القمة إلى جمع نخبة من صُنّاع القرار وقادة الأمن والخبراء في العالم لمناقشة مستقبل الأمن واستشراف التحديات الناشئة، وتطوير حلول مبتكرة تدعم الجاهزية المؤسسية والاستدامة الأمنية.
وتتضمن القمة برنامجاً متكاملاً يشمل كلمات رئيسية لمسؤولين وخبراء دوليين، وجلسات نقاشية استراتيجية، وطاولات مستديرة مغلقة، وأوراقاً بحثية، وورش عمل تطبيقية، ما يوفر منصة شاملة للحوار وتبادل المعرفة وتعزيز التعاون بين الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية والمؤسسات الأكاديمية والقطاع الخاص.

وقال سعادة اللواء الدكتور أحمد ناصر الريسي، مفتش عام وزارة الداخلية، رئيس اللجنة المنظمة العليا لمعرض «آيسنار»: «تجسد قمة أبوظبي العالمية للأمن المستدام رؤية دولة الإمارات في تعزيز التعاون الدولي وتبني نهج استباقي لمواجهة التحديات الأمنية المتغيرة. وتوفر منصة مهمة تجمع القيادات والخبراء من مختلف أنحاء العالم لتبادل المعرفة وتعزيز التكامل وتطوير منظومات أمنية أكثر جاهزية واستدامة».
وأشار سعادة الريسي أن قمة أبوظبي العالمية للأمن المستدام تعكس التزام وزارة الداخلية بتعزيز الشراكات الدولية والاستثمار في المعرفة والابتكار كركيزة أساسية لضمان أمن المجتمعات واستقرارها.
وأكّد سعادة جيمس مورس، رئيس أكاديمية ربدان، أن إطلاق قمة أبوظبي العالمية للأمن المستدام خطوة استراتيجية نحو توفير منصة دولية للحوار وتبادل الخبرات في مجالات الأمن والجاهزية.
وأضاف سعادة مورس: «تعكس هذه القمة التزام دولة الإمارات بتعزيز التعاون الدولي ودعم تطوير منظومات أمنية قادرة على مواكبة التحديات المتغيرة، بما يسهم في تعزيز الجاهزية والاستدامة على المستويين الوطني والدولي».
وقال سعادة حميد مطر الظاهري، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة أدنيك: «يواصل معرض (آيسنار) ترسيخ مكانته بوصفه المنصة الأكثر موثوقية في المنطقة لرسم ملامح مستقبل الأمن. ويتوقع أن تسهم قمة أبوظبي العالمية للأمن المستدام في استكمال دور معرض (آيسنار 2026) من خلال توفير منصة تجمع القيادات الأمنية من مختلف أنحاء العالم لمناقشة أبرز التحديات في مجالات الأمن والمرونة في التعامل مع المخاطر، وتعزيز التعاون والابتكار».
تركز الجلسات في اليوم الأول من القمة، على الحوكمة المرنة المدعومة بالتكنولوجيا والتأهب الوطني لحالات الطوارئ، حيث تستكشف سبل دمج التقنيات المتقدمة وتحليلات البيانات والمنصات الرقمية لتعزيز عمليات اتخاذ القرار والحد من المخاطر وتعزيز القدرة على مواجهة الأزمات.
وتضمن جلسات اليوم الثاني ورش عمل تتناول مستقبل العمل الأمني وثقة المجتمع، حيث تركز النقاشات على استخدام التقنيات الشرطية المبتكرة وتقاطعها مع استراتيجيات التفاعل المجتمعي والاعتبارات الأخلاقية، ما يسهم في ترسيخ مبادئ الثقة والعدالة والشمولية في ممارسات إنفاذ القانون.
ويسلط برنامج القمة الضوء في اليوم الثالث والختامي على موضوع الابتكار في بناء قدرات أنظمة الطوارئ، فيتناول تحديث أطر التعامل مع حالات الطوارئ والأزمات، وتدريب فرق الاستجابة الأولية باستخدام أدوات متقدمة، ودمج التقنيات الناشئة لتوزيع أفضل للموارد والتكيف مع التحديات العالمية المتغيرة.
