Upcoming MEFMA White Paper maps the growth and transformation of Saudi Arabia’s FM industry
Dubai, UAE – 18 August 2025: The Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA), in collaboration with global research and consulting firm Frost & Sullivan, is set to unveil a new comprehensive white paper that offers deep insight into the current and future outlook of Saudi Arabia’s Facility Management (FM) sector. The launch comes as the Kingdom accelerates its Vision 2030 transformation, highlighting FM’s growing role in shaping sustainable, world-class infrastructure and services.
The white paper will launch during an exclusive online webinar on August 20, and will offer policymakers, developers, and FM professionals early insight into the trends, innovations, and disruptions shaping the future of the industry across Saudi Arabia. Highlights include:
- Saudi FM market expected to grow to USD 52.5 billion by 2029 from USD 39.4 billion in 2024 at a CAGR of 5.9%
- USD 54 billion allocated for education in 2025 to improve infrastructure, develop relevant curriculums training teachers, and support for research and innovation

قطاع إدارة المرافق في السعودية يتجه نحو 52.5 مليار دولار بحلول عام 2029
تقرير مرتقب من "ميفما" يرسم ملامح النمو والتحول في صناعة إدارة المرافق بالمملكة
دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 18 أغسطس 2025: تستعد جمعية الشرق الأوسط لإدارة المرافق (ميفما)، بالتعاون مع شركة الأبحاث والاستشارات العالمية "فروست آند سوليفان"، لإصدار ورقة بحثية شاملة تسلط الضوء على المشهد الحالي والمستقبلي لقطاع إدارة المرافق في المملكة العربية السعودية. يأتي ذلك في وقت تواصل فيه المملكة تسريع خطواتها نحو تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية 2030، ما يبرز الدور المتنامي لإدارة المرافق في بناء بنية تحتية مستدامة وخدمات عالمية المستوى.
وسيتم إطلاق الورقة البحثية خلال ندوة إلكترونية حصرية في 20 أغسطس، لتزويد صناع القرار والمطورين والمتخصصين في إدارة المرافق برؤى وتحليلات دقيقة حول أبرز الاتجاهات والابتكارات والتغيرات التي ستشكل مستقبل القطاع في المملكة. أبرز ما تتضمنه الورقة:
- من المتوقع أن ينمو سوق إدارة المرافق في السعودية من 39.4 مليار دولار في عام 2024 إلى 52.5 مليار دولار بحلول عام 2029، بمعدل نمو سنوي مركب يبلغ 5.9%.
- تخصيص 54 مليار دولار لقطاع التعليم في عام 2025 لتطوير البنية التحتية والمناهج وتدريب المعلمين وتعزيز البحث والابتكار.
- مشاريع بناء كبرى بقيمة 2.1 تريليون دولار تشمل نيوم، البحر الأحمر، القدية، العلا، بوابة الدرعية، أمالا، مشروع الوديان، وجبل عمر، والتي ستسهم في إحداث تحول في قطاعات السياحة والضيافة والسكن والتجارة والترفيه والمرافق والخدمات وفق رؤية 2030.
- من المتوقع أن يعزز إكسبو 2030 الطلب على خدمات إدارة المرافق بشكل كبير.
- إطلاق مطار الملك سلمان الدولي في 2030، المستهدف لخدمة ما يصل إلى 120 مليون مسافر سنويًا، سيعزز الطلب على عقود التشغيل والصيانة والخدمات المتخصصة في المملكة.
- قطاعا التعليم والرعاية الصحية يشكلان ما يقارب 60% من الطلب على خدمات التعاقد الخارجي لإدارة المرافق.
- ازدهار قطاع الرعاية الصحية مدفوعًا بزيادة احتياجات البنية التحتية للمستشفيات، مع توقع خلق أكثر من 44,000 وظيفة صناعية جديدة وآلاف أسرة المستشفيات بحلول عام 2035.
- ارتفاع نسبة الاعتماد على خدمات التعاقد الخارجي في إدارة المرافق إلى 37% في عام 2024 بقيمة تقديرية تبلغ 14.3 مليار دولار.
