Salesforce reveals the winners of its Middle East Partner Awards
at ceremony held at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai
Dubai, UAE. June 02, 2025: Salesforce, a global leader in AI CRM, has revealed that its partner ecosystem in the Middle East has grown 23% year-on-year in the fiscal year (FY) 2025, reaching a cumulative total of 275 partners. Furthermore, these partners have expanded their expertise through a 24% increase in certifications in the same timeframe, giving a cumulative total of more than 5,800 certifications.
Meanwhile, Salesforce Certified Individuals increased by 9% year-on-year in FY 2025 giving a total of 1,403 Salesforce Certified Individuals in the region. In addition, Agentforce Specialist Certifications – an entirely new category of certification – reached 194.
Salesforce shone a spotlight on its top-performing partners last Wednesday at the Middle East Partner Awards, held at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai as part of the Agentforce World Tour Dubai, which gathered more than 2,000 attendees across Salesforce’s regional ecosystem.
This year saw the introduction of two new award categories to recognise the importance of Agentforce and AI-powered digital labour as a catalyst for transformation: The Agentforce Readiness Partner award and the Agentforce Live Use Case Partner award underscored Salesforce’s commitment to empowering its partners to help drive AI transformation in the region.

The winners of the 2025 Awards were as follows:
- Customer Success Partner (Implementation – CSAT) – recognises partners who share Salesforce’s commitment to customer success through the development of product, industry, and service expertise, as demonstrated by Salesforce specialisations. Building a strong track record of successful implementations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Winner: EI Technologies MENA
- Outstanding Knowledge Partner (Innovation – Credentials) – recognises partners who have a laser focus on expanding their Salesforce Practice. By utilising all available enablement tools, they have increased their total number of certifications, certified individuals, and use of partner learning camps. Winner: Publicis Sapient
- Sales Excellence Partner (Engagement – ACV) – this award celebrates partners who are committed to growing the Salesforce footprint across the commercial and enterprise markets. They have demonstrated this through increased sales and marketing engagement reflected in being the Top Influenced Annual Contract Value (ACV) contributor. Winner: Arcsen
- Community Impact Partner – recognises partners who have dedicated their time, money and resources to have a positive impact on the local community. This is measured through their enrolment in Salesforce’s Talent Alliance, Pledge 1%, Pro-Bono work and sustainability programs and their demonstrated corporate responsibility. Winner: Cloud 11
- Digital Partner of the Year– recognises a partner that has excelled in the digital sphere, working with customers to raise the bar in digital services and solutions, helping ensure a seamless end-user journey across any combination of digital platforms. Winner: ConX Digital
- Outstanding New Logo Partner – This award celebrates the partner who positioned Salesforce to help solve unique and complex business challenges for new customers across the Middle East. Winner: Globant
- Data and AI Partner of the Year – this category recognises partner excellence for their ability to implement Data and AI solutions as a driver of digital transformation and end-user customer satisfaction. Winner: PwC
- One A&C Partner of the Year – this category recognises partners across the One A&C cloud solutions, which includes Mulesoft, Tableau and Slack. The partner must demonstrate great product knowledge which helps to address customer challenges. Winner: Leadex
- Rising Star Partner – celebrates the partner who is new to the regional ecosystem, and worked extensively to deliver innovation and customer success for local customers. Winner: T1A - Databorn
- Agentforce Readiness Partner – This category recognises a partner that is leading in driving readiness for Agentforce. This new category highlights the important groundwork that prepares organisations to deploy Agentforce, including competency in gathering and organising the data needed to power AI. Winner: Deloitte
- Agentforce Live Use Case Partner: This new category puts the spotlight on Agentforce implementation by celebrating a partner that has led a customer to go live with Agentforce, demonstrating the solution’s transformational power. Winner: Horizontal
- Overall Partner of the Year – recognises a partner that has gone above and beyond in their commitment to building a world class Salesforce practice. They have excelled across all of the consulting program pillars, built a strong alignment with Salesforce’s sales team and dedicated marketing to ensure pipeline creation and progression.
