Value of global chatbot market stands at more than USD 2.7 billion says global company

According to a poll commissioned by ValueFirst, the present value of the chatbot market is more than USD 2.7 billion, with the industry expected to reach USD 9.4 billion by 2024. According to the same analysis, the chatbot market will develop even faster from 2016 to 2023, with 80% of organizations planning to adopt chatbots this year.
According to a PwC Middle East analysis, the region's yearly growth in AI contribution is predicted to be between 20 and 34%, with the UAE leading the way, followed by Saudi Arabia.
An artificially intelligent mode of communication mimics human reactions using digital and telecommunication channels, satisfying both customer and organizational needs.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 16 مايو 2023: صرّحت شركة عالمية، متخصصة في مجال تطوير حلول الدردشة الالكترونية لقائمة واسعة من المؤسسات في العالم، أن دبي تأتي في صدارة الأسواق العالمية في توفير تقنيات "شات بوت" الخاصة بالتفاعل بين الإنسان والروبوت من خلال حلول معالجة اللغة الطبيعية وتقنيات التعلم الآلي.
أتى هذا التصريح في سياق إعلان شركة "فاليو فيرست"، التي يقع مقرها الإقليمي في دبي، عن مكاملة أنظمة محادثتها مع تقنية ChatGPT القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي. وقالت الشركة بأن هذه الخطوة سوف تساهم في ترقية محادثات "شات بوت" بشكل كبير عبر منصات OTT بما فيها تطبيق الواتساب للمؤسسات الكبيرة في الشرق الأوسط.
ويعتبر "شات بوت" برنامج محادثةٍ متخصص يعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي في التفاعل مع المستخدم البشري عبر مجموعةٍ من المواقع الإلكترونية وتطبيقات الهواتف الذكية. وستتمكن خدمات "فاليو فيرست" للمحادثة القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي من فهم استفسارات المستخدمين والرد عليها بشكل أكثر دقة وكفاءة، بفضل دمج تقنيات "شات بوت" بتقنيات ChatGPT المتطورة.
بدوره، قال "أرفيند كالا"، المدير الاقليمي لشركة "فاليو فيرست" في الشرق الأوسط: "إننا سعداء بدمج ChatGPT في حزمة حلولنا المتعلقة في الذكاء الاصطناعي للمحادثات الرقمية. ويأتي هذا في وقت أصبحت فيه الدردشة القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي تمثل خطوة ضرورية تعزز تجربة المتعاملين وتستمر في اكتساب قوة جذب للمؤسسات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وفي العالم".
وبحسب استطلاع حديث لشركة "فاليو فيرست"، تبلغ القيمة الحالية لسوق "شات بوت" أكثر من 2.7 مليار دولار أمريكي، ومن المتوقع أن تصل قيمة القطاع إلى 9.4 مليار دولار أمريكي بحلول العام 2024. وسيتطور سوق شات بوت بشكل متسارع في وقت تخطط 80% من المؤسسات الى اعتماده بدءاً من هذا العام.
وفقاً لتحليل صادر عن "برايس ووتر هاوس كوبرز" الشرق الأوسط، أنه من المتوقع أن يتراوح النمو السنوي لمساهمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في قطاع المحادثات بين 20% الى 34%، حيث تتقدم دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وتليها المملكة العربية السعودية التراتبية من حيث نسبة المساهمة.
