ABIMDE (Brazilian Association of Defense and Security Materials Industries) presents the technologies and capabilities of Brazil's Defense and Security Industrial Base at Idex 2023 (International Defense Exhibition & Conference), in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Fifteen Brazilian companies are present at the event, considered the largest in the Defense segment in the Middle East.
The Brazil Pavilion, coordinated by ABIMDE in partnership with ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) , is installed at stand 09-A18. The space houses the companies Akaer, Atech, Avionics Services, CSD, Gespi, Imbel, Kryptus, M&K Logistics, Mac Jee, Ocellott and Siatt. The companies CBC, Condor, Embraer and Taurus have their own stands.

The Industrial Base for Defense and Security in Brazil is made up of more than 1,100 companies and has the support of the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services, ApexBrasil, in addition to partnerships with research institutions and other associations that support Brazilian industry.
