St. George’s University School of Medicine to Attend UniFair Education Exhibition in Egypt

Egypt, October 5, 2022 - St. George’s University (SGU) School of Medicine, Grenada, West Indies in the Caribbean, will be attending the UniFair, powered by UniPal in Egypt, on 9 October, at The Hyatt Regency in 6th of October City.

Founded as a school of medicine in 1976, SGU has evolved into a center of international medical education. At the UniFair, students can learn more about becoming a doctor in the US or UK with SGU. Students can also find out more about The Caribbean as a study destination, admission requirements, career outcomes, and the different pathways SGU provides.

Established in 2018, UniPal is a student recruitment agency with relationships with English speaking institutions across the world. They support students looking to study abroad and their counsellors are on hand to provide information and guidance on international higher education options for families in Egypt. The UniFair event is the first hosted by Unipal and brings together university representatives from around the world to engage with attendees.

“The presence of SGU at such events allows us to empower the future generation of doctors. Aspiring medical students in Egypt will hear about SGU’s opportunity to gain experience in Grenada, the US and UK, with an option to start immediately after graduating from high school. At the UniFair, we aim to connect with Egyptian students who are keen to study medicine abroad and follow in the footsteps of our Egyptian alumni practicing medicine in the US and around the world.” says David Anthonisz, Director, International Student Recruitment.
