Leading real estate developer SODIC announced the signing of a collaboration protocol with the Commercial International Bank (CIB), to provide mortgage finance solutions to SODIC customers.
The protocol entails providing diverse payment plans for delivered units in accordance with Egypt’s mortgage finance laws and regulations. SODIC customers will have the opportunity to buy ready for delivery units offered for sale in the company’s different projects on a payment plan up to 20 years.
SODIC’s existing customers can also benefit from this protocol when listing their homes for sale, capitalizing on SODIC’s resale platform that will avail the same extended payment plan for their buyers.
The signing ceremony was attended by Magued Sherif, SODIC’s Managing Director; Amr El-Ganainy, CEO Institutional Banking & Ahmed Issa CEO of Retail Banking at CIB, and senior members of both entities.
Commenting on the agreement, Magued Sherif, SODIC’s Managing Director said: “We are excited to collaborate with our long standing partner CIB with its strong and proven track record in the banking sector. This protocol comes in line with our customer-focused approach to offer new financial solutions that facilitate the home-buying decision for our existing and potential customers.”
Commenting on the agreement, Amr El-Ganainy, CIB’s Chief Executive Officer Institutional Banking said: “It is always a pleasure to join forces with SODIC one of our most reputable clients. This mortgage protocol marks another successful milestone in CIB & SODIC strong relationship. This protocol would offer a payment scheme up 20 years as an alternative financing solutions for unit buyers which comes in line with the bank’s strategy to support the real estate market in specific and the CBE directives in this sector at large.”

سوديك والبنك التجاري الدولي يوقّعان بروتوكول تعاون للتمويل العقاري

أعلنت سوديك، الشركة الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري، عن توقيعها على بروتوكول تعاون مع البنك التجاري الدولي، لتقديم برامج للتمويل العقاري لعملاء سوديك. يتضمن البروتوكول تقديم نظم سداد متنوعة للوحدات التي تم تسليمها طبقًا لأحكام وقواعد قانون التمويل العقاري المصري، حيث ستتاح لعملاء سوديك فرصة شراء الوحدات الجاهزة للتسليم والمتاحة للبيع في مشروعات سوديك المختلفة على مدة سداد تصل إلى 20 عامًا. يمكن أيضًا لعملاء سوديك الحاليين الاستفادة من هذا البروتوكول عند عرض منازلهم للبيع، عن طريق منصة سوديك لإعادة بيع الوحدات والتي ستتيح نظم سداد ممتدة لمشتري وحدات العملاء الحاليين.
حضر مراسم التوقيع على بروتوكول التعاون كل من ماجد شريف، العضو المنتدب لشركة سوديك، وعمرو الجنايني، الرئيس التنفيذي للقطاع المؤسسي بالبنك التجاري الدولي، وأحمد عيسى، الرئيس التنفيذي لقطاع خدمات التجزئة المصرفية بالبنك التجاري الدولي وأعضاء الإدارة التنفيذية في الشركة والبنك.
وتعليقًا على بروتوكول التعاون الأخير، يقول ماجد شريف، العضو المنتدب لشركة سوديك: "يسعدنا التعاون مع البنك التجاري الدولي، شريكنا الاستراتيجي الذي تجمعنا به علاقة ممتدة ويمتلك سجلًا حافلًا من النجاح والإنجازات في القطاع المصرفي. إنّ هذا البروتوكول يأتي ضمن جهود سوديك لتلبية احتياجات العملاء المختلفة، ومنها تقديم حلول تمويلية جديدة ومبتكرة تسهّل على عملاء الشركة الحاليين والجدد اتخاذ قرار شراء وحداتهم".
يضيف عمرو الجنايني، الرئيس التنفيذي للقطاع المؤسسي بالبنك التجاري الدولي معلقًا على البروتوكول بقوله: "يسعدنا دائمًا التعاون مع سوديك التي تُعد واحدة من أهم عملاء البنك. إنّ بروتوكول التمويل العقاري الذي وقعناه اليوم يمثل إنجازًا جديدًا في مسيرة التعاون والعلاقات القوية التي تجمع بين سوديك والبنك التجاري الدولي. وسيتيح هذا البروتوكول للمشترين نظم سداد تصل إلى 20 عامًا كبديل للحلول التمويلية المتاحة أمامهم في السوق، وهو ما يتوافق مع إستراتيجية البنك الهادفة لدعم السوق العقاري بشكل خاص، وتنفيذ توجيهات البنك المركزي المصري للمساهمة في تطوير هذا القطاع بشكل عام."
