The improvement of the epidemiological situation in Spain and the developing progress in the vaccination roll-out, both in Spain and in many countries around the world, make it possible to ease the measures for entry into Spain for tourist purposes. The new regulations, described in this document, will come into force on 7 June.
If you are travelling to Spain for tourism purposes from a country that does not belong to the European Union or the European Economic Area, what are the entry requirements
1. If you are travelling from a country or territory included in the list of countries with low incidence, excluded from the risk zone, you will be able to travel without the need for a diagnostic test or a certificate of vaccination or immunity. At the moment the countries included in this list are:
1. Australia
2. Israel
3. Japan
4. New Zealand
5. Rwanda
6. Singapore
7. South Korea
8. Thailand
9. United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
10. China and the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao (subject to reciprocity)
2. If you are travelling from a country or territory that is not included in the list of exempted countries, from 7 June tourists will be allowed to enter if they have a certificate of vaccination issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin from 14 days after the date of administration of the last dose of the complete vaccination schedule. The vaccines accepted shall be those authorised by the European Medicines Agency or those that have completed the World Health Organisation’s emergency use process. Currently, these vaccines are those produced by Pfizer-Biontech, Moderna, Astra-Zeneca, Jansen/Johnson&Johnson, Sinovac and Sinopharm.
The certificate of vaccination shall include at least the following information:
1. Name and surname of the holder
2. Date of vaccination, stating the date of the last dose administered
3. Type of vaccine administered
4. Number of doses administered/complete schedule
5. Issuing country
6. Identification of the institution issuing the certificate of vaccination
GENERAL FAQs
A. What documentation/form does one have to fill in?
Regardless of your country of origin, all passengers arriving in Spain by air or sea, including those in transit and children under 6 years of age, must complete a health control form before their departure using the website www.spth.gob.es or the Spain Travel Health app.
By filling in the form, a QR code is generated, which the traveller must show to the transport company before boarding, as well as at the health control checks at the point of entry into Spain.
B. What are the health checks on arrival?
They will include at least temperature taking by non-contact thermometers or thermographic cameras; documentation check and a visual check on the passenger’s condition. Passengers with an EU COVID Digital Certificate and those coming from countries not considered at risk (both European and third countries) will obtain a FAST CONTROL QR code that gives access to faster health checks, as they will not have to show the certificate either at boarding or at the health check on arrival.
Upon confirmation or suspicion that a passenger may be suffering from COVID-19, the existing communication protocols with the health services of the Autonomous Regions will be activated for referral and follow-up.
C. What if one enters Spain as a passenger on an international cruise?
Passengers on international cruise ships sailing in territorial waters will not have to use the Spain Travel Health application, but their information will be collected through the EU Digital Passenger Locator Form application, available through the following link https://www.healthygateways.eu/.

قائمة المتطلبات الصحية الجديدة للدخول إلى إسبانيا ابتداءً من 7 يونيو

بعد تحسن الوضع الوبائي في إسبانيا والانتشار المتسارع للتطعيمات في إسبانيا ودول عديدة حول العالم، أصبح بالإمكان تسهيل الدخول إلى إسبانيا للأغراض السياحية. وستدخل اللوائح الجديدة المذكورة في هذا المنشور حيز التنفيذ ابتداءً من يوم اللإثنين 7 يونيو 2021.
ما هي متطلبات الدخول إن كنت مسافرًا إلى إسبانيا لأغراض السياحة من بلد لا ينتمي إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي أو المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية:
- 1. إذا كنت مسافرًا من بلد أو إقليم مدرج في قائمة البلدان ذات معدل الإصابة المنخفض والمستثنى من منطقة الخطر، فستتمكن من السفر دون الحاجة إلى اختبار تشخيصي أو شهادة تطعيم أو مناعة. في الوقت الحالي، البلدان المدرجة في هذه القائمة هي:
• أستراليا
• إسرائيل
• اليابان
• نيوزيلاندا
• رواندا
• سنغافورة
• كوريا الجنوبية
• تايلاند
• المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وأيرلندا الشمالية
• الصين والمناطق الإدارية الخاصة لهونغ كونغ وماكاو (تخضع للمعاملة بالمثل)
- 2. إذا كنت مسافرًا من بلد أو إقليم غير مدرج في قائمة البلدان المعفاة، فسيُسمح للسائحين بالدخول اعتبارًا من 7 يونيو إذا كانت لديهم شهادة تطعيم صادرة عن السلطات المختصة في بلد المنشأ من 14 أيام بعد تاريخ إعطاء آخر جرعة من جدول التطعيم الكامل. يجب أن تكون اللقاحات المقبولة هي تلك المرخصة من قبل وكالة الأدوية الأوروبية أو تلك التي أكملت عملية الاستخدام الطارئ لمنظمة الصحة العالمية. حاليًا، هذه اللقاحات هي تلك التي تنتجها شركة Pfizer-Biontech و Moderna و Astra-Zeneca و Jansen / Johnson & Johnson و Sinovac و Sinopharm.
يجب أن تتضمن شهادة التطعيم المعلومات التالية على الأقل:

- 1. ما هي الوثائق التي يجب ملؤها من قبل المسافر؟
بغض النظر عن البلد الأصلي، يجب على جميع الركاب الذين يصلون إلى إسبانيا عن طريق الجو أو البحر، بمن في ذلك أصحاب تأشيرات العبور والأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 6 سنوات، إكمال نموذج المراقبة الصحية قبل مغادرتهم، عبر الموقع www.spth.gob.es أو تطبيق Spain Travel Health.
بعد ملء النموذج، يتم إنشاء رمز الاستجابة السريعة والذي يجب على المسافر إظهاره لشركة النقل قبل الصعود إلى الطائرة، وكذلك في فحوصات المراقبة الصحية عند نقطة الدخول إلى إسبانيا.
- 2. ما هي الفحوصات الصحية عند الوصول إلى إسبانيا؟
ستشمل الفحوصات على الأقل قياس درجة الحرارة بواسطة مقاييس الحرارة غير التلامسية أو الكاميرات الحرارية، وفحص الوثائق وفحص بصري على حالة الراكب. سيحصل المسافرون الحاصلون على شهادة كوفيد الرقمية من الاتحاد الأوروبي وأولئك القادمين من دول لا تعتبر معرضة للخطر (كل من أوروبا والدول الثالثة) على رمز الاستجابة السريعة الذي يتيح الوصول إلى فحوصات صحية أسرع، حيث لن يتعين عليهم إظهار الشهادة سواء عند الصعود إلى الطائرة أو عند الفحص الصحي عند الوصول. وعند التأكيد أو الشك في أن أحد الركاب قد يكون مصابًا بـ كوفيد-19، سيتم تفعيل بروتوكولات الاتصال الحالية مع الخدمات الصحية للمناطق المستقلة للإحالة والمتابعة.
- 3. ماذا لو دخل المرء إسبانيا كمسافر في رحلة بحرية دولية؟
لن يضطر المسافرون على متن السفن السياحية الدولية التي تبحر في المياه الإقليمية إلى استخدام تطبيق Spain Travel Health، ولكن سيتم جمع معلوماتهم من خلال تطبيق نموذج تحديد موقع الركاب الرقمي بالاتحاد الأوروبي، والمتاح من خلال الرابط التالي https://www.healthygateways.eu
