: “AKAM” Developments announced the launch of the 3rd phase of its compound Scenario, located in the new administrative capital under the name “CLUBVIEW”. The announcement was made during AKAM Sohour party celebrating and honoring its real estate partners and brokers of year 2018/2019.
The event was held with the attendance of several AKAM executives including Essam Mansour, CEO of AKAM Developments, Edrees Mohamed CCO of AKAM Developments, and Mohamed Amer, Sales Director of AKAM Developments, as well as several high-profile businessmen, real estate brokers, and media representatives.

We are also currently working on expanding our market reach by opening company branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” said Edrees Mohamed, AKAM CCO.

The ceremony has witnessed AKAM honoring the best 10 partners for 2018/2019 based on sales statistics. القاهرة، 21 مايو ٢٠١٩: أعلنت شركة «آكام» للتطوير والتنمية العقارية عن إطلاق المرحلة الثالثة من مشروع سيناريو بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة تحت اسم «CLUBVIEW»، وذلك خلال حفل السحور للاحتفال وتكريم عدد كبير من شركاء النجاح من المسوقين العقاريين المتميزين الذين حققوا انجازات فريدة في عام ٢٠١٨/٢٠١٩.
وأقيم السحور بحضور عدد من قيادات الشركة يتقدمهم السيد عصام منصور رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة آكام للتطوير والتنمية العقارية، والسيد ادريس محمد العضو المنتدب والمدير التجاري للشركة، والسيد محمد عامر مدير المبيعات بالشركة، بالإضافة إلى عدد كبير من المنتمين لمجتمع الاعمال وكبار مسوقي القطاع العقاري والصحفيين المهتمين بالنشاط العقاري في مصر.

ويقدر حجم استثمارات مشروع سيناريو العاصمة الإدارية بحوالي 5 مليار جنيه، والذي يمتد على مساحة ٣٩ فدانا، حيث صمم كل مبنى كجزء فندقي قائم بذاته يضمن تكامل الخدمات لكل على حدة لتوفر خدمات حياتية غير مسبوقة تتمثل في النادي والبحيرات الرئيسية، والمطبخ المركزي، ومنطقة الخدمة المركزية، وحمامات السباحة، والمسرح، ومنطقة خاصة للاسترخاء، والمركز التجاري، وخدمات الأمن والرعاية الصحية القائمة على مدار الساعة ليمثل كل ذلك نقلة نوعية في مفاهيم المجتمعات السكنية."
