Abu Dhabi, 06 February 2019: Etisalat today announced that it has renamed Smile Lifestyle to Unlimited Buy 1 Get 1 on the ‘Smiles’ app, offering a wider range of amazing deals and rewards every day for AED20 a month.
On the ‘Smiles’ app, users can subscribe to Unlimited Buy 1 Get 1 which enables them to download numerous vouchers and discount coupons at no extra cost, ranging from cinema to shopping, dining, wellness and travel with thousands of partners’ outlets across the UAE.
Khaled Elkhouly, Chief Consumer Officer, Etisalat, said: “The Smiles programme is intended to have a deeper engagement with our customers and to increase our customers’ happiness. With the enhanced Unlimited Buy 1 Get 1 subscription model, our valued customers can benefit from a wide-range of deals, discounts and rewards that are seamlessly accessible through the Smiles app and website.”
Through the Smiles app, customers can get e-vouchers for instantaneous redemption. Over the past one year, the number of offers available on Smiles Unlimited Buy 1 Get 1 has more than doubled, expanding the portfolio from 180 to 400 offers, providing benefits at more than 1500 partner locations. Starting 1st March 2019, the subscription charge for the Unlimited Buy 1 Get 1 Free will be AED 20 from AED 10 per month.
Once subscribed, the service is auto renewed on a monthly basis and customers can continue to enjoy all the benefits. One can unsubscribe at any point of time through the ‘Smiles’ app or the website by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ tab within the Unlimited Buy 1 Get 1 subscription section.
Introduced in March 2017, the ‘Smiles’ app can be downloaded from iOS App store or Android Play store. Users could instantly start enjoying through a welcome gift on successful on boarding as well as start availing all the rewards ranging from Etisalat service bundles to 50 percent discount off on cinema tickets and special discounts from thousands of partner outlets.
