Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Etihad Aviation Group showcases career opportunities and UAE National employment programmes at the region’s leading Emiratisation exhibition, Tawdheef 2019. On the opening day of the event, the Etihad team proudly welcomed His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, Minister of Tolerance to the stand. The exhibition, which takes place from 28 to 30 January at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, will see Etihad launch its 2019 recruitment drive.
The exhibition focuses on recruitment and career development for UAE Nationals and offers the perfect platform for Etihad to exhibit its wide range of employment and training opportunities. As well as meeting prospective employers, candidates will have the opportunity to attend many free seminars and workshops at Tawdheef.

The recruitment drive is focused on cadet pilots and aircraft mechanics as well as seeking talented candidates for its renowned graduate and foundation programmes. Etihad’s cadet pilot programme opens in 2019, seeking Emirati candidates with high school diplomas for one of the most exciting careers in aviation. The two-year training programme is delivered by Etihad Aviation Training, one of the world’s leading flight training schools. Graduates of the programme will join Etihad’s pilot ranks.
Aspiring job seekers may also be attracted to opportunities in Aircraft Mechanic programmes at Etihad which prepares UAE Nationals with high school diplomas to become aircraft mechanics and follow a career path to become Aircraft Technicians. The two-year programme features workshop rotations, heavy maintenance and the opportunity to focus on a particular mechanical engineering specialism.
Visitors to the exhibition will have the chance to learn more about the Foundation programme which consists of a combination of classroom training and experiential learning over an 18-month period, as well as the Graduate Officer scheme, a 12-month programme developing specific skills in various roles across the Etihad Aviation Group.
The four programmes are designed to address Etihad’s various business needs while at the same time prepare a cadre of talented UAE Nationals for future careers in the aviation industry.

أكثر من 3000 متدرب إماراتي التحقوا ببرنامج الاتحاد للطيران الشهير منذ انطلاقه في 2007، فيما تشكّل الكوادر الوطنية حوالي 11.5% من حجم القوى العاملة في المجموعة

أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة- تعرض مجموعة الاتحاد للطيران فرص عمل وبرامج توظيف خاصة بالإماراتيين خلال معرض توظيف 2019، الذي يعتبر أكبر معرض للتوطين في المنطقة. خلال الافتتاح، استقبل فريق عمل الاتحاد بحفاوة سمو الشيخ نهيان بن مبارك آل نهيان، وزير التسامح. وسيشهد المعرض الذي سيقام من 28 إلى 30 يناير في مركز أبوظبي الوطني للمعارض، اطلاق حملة للاتحاد للتوظيف لعام 2019.
يركز المعرض على فرص توظيف الإماراتيين وبرامج تطوير مهارات الكوادر الوطنية وسيكون المنصة المثلى للاتحاد لعرض مجموعة واسعة من فرص العمل والتدريب. وإلى جانب مقابلة العديد من الموظفين المحتملين، سيسنح للزوار حضور الكثير من الدورات وورش العمل المجانية في معرض توظيف.
وتتطلع الاتحاد، وهي جهة توظيف تحظى بقدرٍ عالٍ من الاحترام في المنطقة، إلى استقطاب أهم المواهب الوطنية لفرص عمل مختلفة في كافة قطاعات المجموعة. وترتكز حملة التوظيف على الطيارين الجدد والمرشحين المهتمين بميكانيكية الطائرات، إلى جانب مواهب وطنية للانضمام إلى البرنامج التأسيسي و برنامج الخريجين المتدربين الذائعي الصيت. وسيتمكن الموظفون الإماراتيون من الحصول على خبرة دولية فريدة مع تعزيز صورة أبوظبي كمركز الضيافة الذي يربط الشرق بالغرب.
في هذه المناسبة، قال ابراهيم ناصر، الرئيس التنفيذي لشؤون الموارد البشرية والتطوير التنظيمي في مجموعة الاتحاد للطيران "ترتكز استراتيجية تطوير الكوادر الوطنية في الاتحاد للطيران على الدراسة وتنمية القدرات، وتهدف إلى توفير فرص نشطة ستطّور المواهب الوطنية في الشركة. تفتخر الاتحاد بدعم رؤية أبوظبي في أن تكون مركزًأ عالمياً للطيران من خلال إعداد الجيل الجديد بالمواهب والخبرة اللازمة للمستقبل."
يقدّم قطاع الطيران فرص عمل مثيرة حول العالم، إضافة إلى فتح الباب أمام الموظفين للسفر إلى مختلف بقاع الأرض، والعمل في بيئة حيوية.
ينطلق برنامج الاتحاد للطيارين الجدد في 2019، ويبحث عن طلاب إماراتيين من حاملي الشهادات الثانوية للانضمام إلى أكثر الوظائف تشويقاً في عالم الطيران. يقدّم برنامج التدريب الممتد على سنتين، في أكاديمية التدريب التابعة للاتحاد للطيران وهي واحدة من مدارس التدريب على الطيران الرائدة في العالم. وبعد الانتهاء من البرنامج، سينضم الخريجون إلى طاقم طياري الاتحاد للطيران.
وقد يهتم الباحثون عن العمل بالانضمام إلى برنامج فنيي الطائرات في الاتحاد والذي يهيء الطلاب الإماراتيين من حاملي الشهادة الثانوية للعمل في قطاع الهندسة الميكانيكية لصيانة الطائرات قبل الحصول على وظيفة فني طائرات. يقدّم البرنامج الذي يستمر لسنتين دورات في ورش الهندسة والصيانة مع فرصة اختيار العمل في مجال واحد من التخصص.
وسيطلّع زوار المعرض على برنامج التأسيس الذي يمزج بين التدريب الدراسي والتطبيق العملي على فترة 18 شهراً، إلى جانب برنامج الخريج المتدرب، الممتد على 12 شهراُ والمرتكز على تطوير مهارات محددة في مختلف إدارات مجموعة الاتحاد للطيران.
صمّمت البرامج الأربعة لملاقاة مختلف حاجات الاتحاد للطيران العملية، ولتأهيل الكوادر الوطنية الموهوبة للعمل في قطاع الطيران.
ضمّ برنامج تدريب الكوادر الوطنية التابع لمجموعة الاتحاد للطيران أكثر من 3000 متدرّباً منذ انطلاقه في 2007.
