GEZE closed the gaps in the building automation by introducing GEZE Cockpit, the first building automation system for smart door, window and safety technology at ZAK World of Facades, Kuwait 2018.
Over 500 delegates including architects, designers, consultants, façade builders, contractors, authorities, facades experts, building material brands’ representatives participated at the event in Kuwait on 30th of October 2018.

The GEZE Cockpit building automation system: smart, secure and efficient control of building technology
With this innovative control unit, automated system components from the fields of door, window and safety technology from GEZE and other manufacturers can be networked, monitored centrally and controlled – even via smartphone or tablet. Via the IO 420 interface module, GEZE products can be integrated into network solutions with BACnet, and be networked with each other via BACnet MS/TP.
A unique complete solution is a multifunctional, centrally controlled swing door system with an automated and a manual door leaf. With the ‘robust’, award-winning Powerturn drive and tried-and-trusted GEZE door closer technology, the door system combines accessible door control, emergency exit protection, fire protection, increased burglar resistance, complete protection when passing the door and remote monitoring. The universal drive design across both door leaves is a visual highlight.

وأغلقت "جيزي" الفجوة في مجال أتمتة الأبنية من خلال إطلاق "جيزي كوكبيت"، وهو أولّ نظام ذكي من نوعه لأتمتة الأبنية للأبواب والنوافذ والسلامة، في مؤتمر "عالم زاك لواجهات الأبنية"، الذي انعقد في الكويت عام 2018.
وشارك في الحدث الذي أقيم في الكويت بتاريخ 30 أكتوبر 2018 أكثر من 500 مندوب من بينهم معماريون ومصممون ومستشارون ومتخصّصون في بناء الواجهات ومقاولون وهيئات وخبراء في مجال الواجهات وممثلون عن العلامات التجارية الخاصة بمواد البناء.
ووفقا لخبراء البناء الإقليميين، "يقدّر صندوق النقد الدولي بأن ينمو اقتصاد الكويت بنسبة 2.33 في المائة عام 2018 و4.06 في المائة في عام 2019 وذلك بفضل زيادة الإنفاق الحكومي والارتفاع المتوقع في إنتاج النفط. وتفي حكومة الكويت بالتزاماتها في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني، وتنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية بالتوافق مع رؤية ’الكويت الجديدة‘. وتثبت خطة ’الكويت الجديدة‘ التنموية بأنها خطة واعدة تركز على زيادة مشاركة القطاع الخاص في سوق البناء بهدف بناء اقتصاد أكثر تنوعاً. ومن المتوقع أن تترجم ’رؤية الكويت 2035‘ إلى فرص جديدة ومربحة لقطاع البناء".
نظام "جيزي كوكبيت" لأتمتة الأبنية: تحكم ذكي وآمن وفعال بتكنولوجيا الأبنية
يُمكن من خلال وحدة التحكم المبتكرة هذه ربط مكونات النظام المؤتمتة ابتداءً من تقنيات الأبواب والنوافذ والسلامة من "جيزي" ومن غيرها من المصنعين، إضافةً إلى مراقبتها مركزياً والتحكم بها، حتى عبر استخدام الهواتف الذكية أو الأجهزة اللوحية. ومن خلال وحدة التفاعل "آي أو 420"، يمكن دمج منتجات "جيزي" في حلول الشبكات مع "بي إيه سي نت"، وربطها مع بعضها البعض عبر برتوكول "إم إس /تي بيه" من "بي إيه سي نت".
ويُعتبر الحل الكامل والمميز نظام أبواب مفصلية متعدد الوظائف ويُدار مركزياً مع مصراع آلي ويدوي. وبفضل تقنية وحدة دفع الباب "باورتورن" من "جيزي" المختبرة والموثوق بها الفعّالة والحائزة على جوائز، يجمع نظام الباب بين وحدة تحكّم بالأبواب يمكن الوصول إليها، وحماية لمخارج الطوارئ، وحماية من الحرائق، وتعزيز مقاومة السرقة، وحماية كاملة عند المرور عبر الباب والمراقبة عن بعد. ويُشكل التصميم الشامل لوحدة دفع الباب عبر مصراعي الباب عاملاً بصرياً.
