A ceremony was organised in Riyadh to launch this high-profile development and partnership with Italy’s topmost luxury fashion brand. The event was attended by Yousef Bin Abdullah Al Shelash, Chairman of Dar Al Arkan, Gian Giacomo Ferraris, CEO of Roberto Cavalli Group, who flew in to Riyadh especially for the occasion, in addition to a number of government officials, diplomats, dignitaries and investors.

(الرياض/فلورنسا – 14 مايو 2018) –أعلنت "دار الأركان"، أكبر مطوّر عقاري مدرج في البورصة في المملكة العربية السعودية، اليوم عن إطلاقها مشروع "ميرابيليا" الذي يضم مجموعة من الفلل الفاخرة وتتّسم بتصاميم داخلية إيطالية من إبداع دار أزياء "روبرتو كافالي"، وذلك بتكلفة تبلغ 600 مليون ريال، في مشروع "شمس الرياض" الذي تبلغ قيمته 10 مليارات ريال سعودي.
وأقامت دار الأركان حفل إطلاق هذا المشروع التطويري الرائع وإعلان الشراكة مع إحدى أبرز علامات الموضة الراقية في إيطاليا في العاصمة السعودية الرياض بحضور الأستاذ يوسف بن عبدالله الشلاش، رئيس مجلس إدارة دار الأركان، وجيان جياكومو فيراريس، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ"مجموعة روبرتو كافالي" الذي جاء خصيصًا إلى الرياض لهذه المناسبة، فضلًا عن عدد من المسئولين الحكوميين وأعضاء السلك الدبلوماسي ورجال الأعمال والمستثمرين.

المرافق مشيد على مساحة 1.8 مليون متر مربع. وقد انتقل العديد من عائلات منسوبي "سابك" للعيش في هذه الوحدات السكنية منذ عام 2017م.
