November 28, 2017-(AETOS Wire)- Caparol Paints, a global leader in the paints industry, are showcasing their new unique fire resistant and super-efficient non-combustible External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS) technology. The system boasts innovation, durability and longevity. The new ETICS technology was launched at the ongoing Big 5 exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Center.
ETICS technology by Caparol Paints has been designed to save energy and improve the climate inside the buildings. It substantially reduces heating and air conditioning costs by maintaining temperatures. ETICS is a highly efficient system that ensures an improvement in energy efficiency of both old and new buildings once the technology is installed.
Caparol has been at the forefront of researching and adopting new technologies that ensure sustainability. Through research and development along with testing the technology Caparol Paints has been able to improve ETICS. The technology creates a more sustainable environment inside structures by trapping the heat outside while maintaining the cool temperatures inside.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ، 28 نوفمبر 2017-("ايتوس واير")- تشارك "كابارول للدهانات"Paints Caparol، الشركة الألمانية الرائدة في صناعة الدهانات ومقرها دبي، في معرض الخمسة الكبار، الذي يعقد حالياً في دبي، لاستعراض أحدث مجموعتها من منتجات الدهانات وأنظمة العزل الحراري للمباني. وتسلط الشركة الضوء على تقنيتها الجديدة للعزل الحراري الخارجي المقاومة للحرائق (ETICS )، والتي يتم إطلاقها لأول مرة في المعرض. وتم تصميم تكنولوجيا ETICS لتوفير استهلاك الطاقة وخلق المناخ اللطيف داخل الأبنية. كما تعمل على خفض الحرارة وتكاليف التكييف، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز كفاءة استهلاك الطاقة في المباني القديمة والجديدة التي يتم تركيب النظام بها.

وأضاف: "تستهدف شركة كابارول الاستحواذ على حصة تقدر بـ 15 % من سوق الدهانات في الإمارات خلال العام 2018، حيث نتوقع أن يستمر الزخم في السوق العقاري بالدولة على مدار السنوات العشر المقبلة. كما أن ضريبة القيمة المضافة لن يكون لها أي تأثير على قطاع التصنيع المحلي نظراً لأن نسبة الضريبة المفروضة 5 % تعتبر مقبولة جداً ومنخفضة إذا ما قارناها مع أوروبا أو أمريكا على سبيل المثال، كما أن معظم الصفقات تتم في دولة الإمارات عن طريق الدفع بالأقساط مما يجعل نسبة الضريبة ضئيلة للغاية بحيث لا يكاد يشعر بها المستثمر".
وأشار "بليش" إلى أن حجم الانتاج الكلي لكابارول في الإمارات يبلغ 70 ألف طن من الدهانات ومنتجات العزل الحراري للأبنية، يتم استهلاك 65 % منها محلياً وتصدير 35 % للخارج. وحققت الشركة نمواً بنسبة 15 % خلال العام الجاري. وأوضح أن سوق الدهانات في الإمارات يتوقع أن ينمو بنسبة 5 % خلال العام 2018 مع اقتراب موعد انعقاد معرض اكسبو الدولي.
