Unified system for
booking of trade names & economic licenses part of e-integration with
Ministry of Economy

To significantly boost the promotion of the competitiveness and attractiveness
of the local business and investment sectors, the Department of Economic
Development - Ajman recently adopted the ‘Trade Names Booking’ system. The
unified and integrated platform for regulating the booking of trade names,
economic records and economic licenses is fully integrated with existing trade
naming and economic licensing procedures. This initiative is part of Ajman
DED’s commitment to ongoing service enhancements in line with e-transformation
needs and the goal of building a diversified and competitive economy for
Ajman’s sustainable development.
The Trade Names Booking
system will help improve competitiveness among similar departments, leading to
higher efficiencies within Ajman DED’s Economic Licenses section. The
innovative system serves as a solid foundation for further developing the
section’s ability to meet ongoing technological advancements and rapid economic
development. It will support decision-making, future planning, and the reduction
of administrative costs, while improving performance levels to deliver the best
services to a wider range of investors and businessmen.
H.E. Ali Eissa Al Nuaimi,
Director General of Ajman’s Department of Economic Development, said: “The
Trade Names Booking system is a major step towards adopting knowledge-based
tools and facilitating best business practices, which are among Ajman DED’s top
strategic priorities. The system will regulate the automated trade naming
process and transfer jurisdiction over trade naming and economic recording from
the Ajman Chamber to the DED system as part of an integrated framework. This in
line with ongoing efforts to provide stronger business support and attract more
foreign direct investments to achieve DED’s vision of establishing a prosperous
economy for the welfare of the emirate’s peoples.”

trade name bookings and issuance of economic record certifications, which supports
our aspiration to provide customers with easier and seamless services. We are

transparency, efficiency and wise governance to promote Ajman’s position as a

The Trade Names Booking
system’s wide range of features and functions includes trade name querying, and
issuance through e-services, Ajman DED customer service center or Tasheel service
centers located in Ajman.

تتبنّى "نظام إدارة الأسماء التجارية" لتعزيز الجذب الاقتصادي
والاستثماري
الإمارات ، 8 مايو 2017 - في خطوة متقدمة لتعزيز تنافسية وجاذبية قطاع الأعمال والاستثمار، أطلقت "دائرة التنمية
الاقتصادية في إمارة عجمان" مؤخراً "نظام إدارة الأسماء التجارية"، الذي يوفر منظومة موحدة
ومتكاملة لتنظيم عمليات حجز الأسماء التجارية والسجل الاقتصادي والتراخيص
الاقتصادية، مع الربط الكامل بين إجراءات الأسماء التجارية وإجراءات التراخيص
الاقتصادية. ويأتي تبني النظام الجديد انطلاقاً من التزام الدائرة بدفع عجلة التحسين الدائم للخدمات المقدّمة بما يتماشى مع متطلبات التحول
الإلكتروني، سعياً وراء بناء اقتصاد تنافسي متنوع لاستدامة التنمية في إمارة
عجمان.
ويكتسب "نظام إدارة الأسماء
التجارية" أهمية استراتيجية بالنظر إلى دوره المرتقب في تحسين عمل التنافسية
بين الدوائر المماثلة، بما يضمن تعزيز الجذب الاقتصادي والارتقاء بكفاءة قسم
التراخيص الاقتصادية في "دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في إمارة عجمان".
ويضع النظام المبتكر دعامة متينة لتطوير آلية عمل إدارة التسجيل والتراخيص
الاقتصادية، بما يواكب التطور التكنولوجي المتواصل والتنمية الاقتصادية المتسارعة،
فضلاً عن دعم عملية صنع القرار والتخطيط المستقبلي وتخفيض التكاليف الإدارية، مع
تحسين مستوى الأداء لتقديم أفضل الخدمات لشريحة أوسع من المستثمرين ورجال الأعمال.
وأوضح سعادة علي عيسى النعيمي، مدير عام
"دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في عجمان"، بأنّ "نظام إدارة الأسماء
التجارية" يمثل نقلة نوعية على صعيد تبنّي تطبيقات الاقتصاد المعرفي وتحسين
سهولة ممارسة الأعمال، التي تأتي في مقدمة الأولويات الاستراتيجية للدائرة، لافتاً
إلى أنه يستهدف تنظيم عمليات تسجيل الأسماء التجارية بصورة إلكترونية ونقل اختصاص
حجز الاسماء التجارية والسجل الاقتصادي إلى نظام "دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية"
في إطار متكامل، انسجاماً مع المساعي الدؤوبة لتوفير المقومات الداعمة للأعمال
والجاذبة للاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، وتحقيقاً لرؤية الدائرة في إرساء دعائم
متينة لإيجاد اقتصاد مزدهر لرفاهية سكان عجمان.
وأضاف سعادته: "يمهد النظام الجديد
الطريق أمامنا لإنجاز الربط الإلكتروني مع وزارة الاقتصاد فيما يتعلق بحجز اﻷسماء
التجارية وإصدار شهادة السجل التجاري، انسجاماً مع تطلعاتنا في التسهيل على
العملاء. وكلنا ثقة بأن النظام الجديد سيدعم جهودنا لإدارة مواردنا بكفاءة
واقتدار، وبالتالي رفد مجتمع الأعمال بأفضل الخدمات المتوائمة مع أعلى معايير
الشفافية والكفاءة والحوكمة الرشيدة، بما يعزز ريادة عجمان كواحدة من الوجهات
الاكثر جاذبية للاستثمار محلياً وإقليمياً."
ويجدر الذكر بأنّ "نظام إدارة الاسماء
التجارية" يستند إلى مجموعة من الخصائص والوظائف الأساسية، التي تشمل
الاستعلام عن إسم تجاري، إلى جانب عملية الإصدار التي تتم عبر الخدمات الالكترونية
أو مراكز خدمة المتعاملين التابعة للدائرة، أو من خلال مراكز تسهيل المتواجدة في
الإمارة.
