RadNet to Showcase Services and Technology at Arab Health

Dubai, UAE- 30 January, 2017: At Arab Health 2017, held in Dubai from January 30 to February 2, RadNet, Inc., will showcase the breast and bowel cancer screening program it helped pioneer in the State of Qatar, known as Screen for Life, as well as its multi-language software solutions, including RIS and PACS (with support for Arabic).
RadNet is the largest owner-operated network of imaging centers in the United States, with more than 300 sites. It extends its leadership role in the industry through teleradiology services, clinical research, healthcare partnerships, and its IT division, eRAD.
That portfolio is part of the reason why the company was selected to join a public-private partnership as part of Qatar’s National Health Strategy. In collaboration with the Primary Health Care Corporation, which operates nearly two dozen primary health centers in Qatar, RadNet helped establish an organized, population-based, cancer screening program.
RadNet provides screening services and has developed a campaign to improve cancer awareness and early detection across the country. The program is a success: after only one year, over  5500 women have been screened for breast cancer, and  nearly 3000 men and women have been screened for bowel cancer.
RadNet’s commercial software division, eRAD, provides web-based radiology workflow solutions, including RIS, PACS, Native Speech Recognition, Patient and Physician Portals, a secure healthcare communications platform, and other technology.
More than 500 worldwide customers rely on eRAD to streamline their clinical and business workflows.

Attendees at Arab Health 2017 will be able to learn more about RadNet’s success in the Middle East, its multi-language software solutions and its 32-year track record in leading the imaging industry.
