His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi; Ruler of Ajman and member of the UAE Supreme Council, recently bestowed the Sweet Homes Group, one of the UAE’s leading master property developers, with a ’12 Years of Excellence’ award—in recognition of the company’s continued efforts and commitment to help drive in more growth and development for Ajman. The award was presented by H.H Sheikh Al Nuaimi during his visit to the USD 750 million Ajman Uptown project where he also handed over the keys to the owners of the villas as part of the completion of the first phase of the project.
The award was received by Fahad Sattar Dero, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Sweet Homes Group in the presence of His Excellency Moazzam Ahmad Khan, Ambassador of Pakistan to the UAE; H.E. Sardar Fateh Muhammad Muhammad Hassani, Pakistani Senator and Chairman of the Pakistan Standing Committee on Ports and Shipping along with Sweet Homes Group officials their excellences Abdul Sattar Dero, Chairman and Fawad Sattar Dero, Director.

حميد بن راشد النعيمي يمنح درع "12 عاماً من التميز " إلى سويت هومز

منح صاحب السمو الشيخ حميد بن راشد النعيمي، عضو المجلس الأعلى للاتحاد، حاكم إمارة عجمان، مجموعة "سويت هومز"، شركة التطوير العقارية الرائدة في الإمارات، درع "12 عاماً من التميّز"- تكريماً لجهودها الحثيثة وتقديراً لالتزامها بدفع عجلة النمو والتطور في عجمان. وقد قدمّ سمو الشيخ النعيمي هذا الدرع خلال زيارته إلى مشروع "عجمان أبتاون" البالغة كلفته 750 مليون دولار أمريكي، حيث سلّم المفاتيح إلى مالكي الفيلات كجزء من إجراءات إنجاز المرحلة الأولى من ذلك المشروع.
وقد تسلّم الدرع فهد ستار ديرو، المدير التنفيذي والمدير المنتدب لشركة "سويت هومز القابضة"، بحضور سعادة معظم أحمد خان، سفير باكستان لدى دولة الإمارات وسعادة سردار فاتح محمد محمد حسني، عضو مجلس النواب الباكستاني ورئيس اللجنة الدائمة للموانئ والنقل البحري في باكستان، إلى جانب كل من عبد ستار ديرو، رئيس مجلس الإدارة، وفواد ستار ديرو، عضو مجلس الإدارة في مجموعة سويت هومز.
وقال فهد ستار ديرو: "نود أن نتقدم بالشكر الجزيل لصاحب السمو الشيخ حميد بن راشد النعيمي على هذا الدرع الذي يعكس بشكل رئيسي التزامنا المستمر تجاه إمارة عجمان وسعينا الدؤوب إلى الارتقاء بمكانتها كوجهةٍ استثماريةٍ وسكنيةٍ وسياحيةٍ مثاليةٍ في دولة الإمارات ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والشرق الأوسط." وأضاف ديرو: "نهدي هذه الجائزة إلى موظفي مجموعة سويت هومز الذين كرسوا جل وقتهم وجهدهم لضمان وفائنا بالتزاماتنا المتمثلة بتوفير أفضل الحلول والخدمات العقارية لعملائنا. ونحن نؤكد مرة أخرى أن هذه الجائزة ستكون بمثابة مصدر إلهام تساعدنا على المساهمة في تنمية اقتصاد إمارة عجمان".
