Cayan sets foot in hospitality and tourism sector
(Dubai, 21stNovember, 2016) -- Cayan Group, the leading property developer in the Middle East is to hold a press conference on the development and launch of a Hotel Apartments Tower at Cayan Cantara. The Hotel Apartments Tower, will be managed & operated by a well-renowned hospitality giant in the Middle East and beyond.
“The unbridled success of the first Cayan Cantara tower prompted us to carry on with our master plan for the Cayan development on the strategic Umm Suqiem Road. Entering the hospitality and tourism sector through the development of a hotel apartment tower at Cayan Cantara is of strategic importance to the growth of Cayan both in terms of physical growth and brand equity, and Dubai which is a tourist magnet is a good place to put our hospitality strategic plans in motion,’’ said Ahmed Alhatti, Chairman of Cayan Group.
The iconic Cayan Cantara project was launched recently, and since then the branded residences tower has received tremendous response from the public and already achieved 60% in sales. Further, for investors in the project, approximate appreciation in value is above 20%. Now along with the hotel apartment tower, there will be more than 700 units in the form of studios, apartments ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom, and penthouses for a convenient and luxurious living complete with retail spaces, restaurants, meeting rooms, gym, spa, and lounge. The development of the project is managed through a AED 1billion real estate development fund set up between Cayan Group and the investment firm SHUAA Capital.
At the upcoming press conference, more details about the hotel apartment tower including the hotel operator, construction updates, and official launch date of sales of the tower will be announced. The press conference is to be held in Dubai, on 28thNovember 2016.

(دبي، 21 نوفمبر 2016) - مجموعة "كيان"، الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري في الشرق الأوسط، ستعقد مؤتمرا صحفيا تعلن فيه عن طرح برج الشقق الفندقية في مشروع "كيان كنتارا" في دبي، الذي سيتم ادارته وتشغيله من قبل احدى اكبر شركات ادارة الفنادق ذات الخبرة الواسعة في هذا المجال في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
و أشار رئيس مجلس ادارة مجموعة "كيان" احمد الحاطي "إن النجاح الكبير الذي حققه البرج الأول من مشروع "كيان كنتارا" دفعنا إلى المضي قدما في خطتنا الرئيسية التي نسعى فيها الى تطوير هذا المشروع القائم على طريق "أم سقيم" الاستراتيجي في دبي. أضيف ان توسعنا في مجال السياحة والضيافة من خلال انشاء برج للشقق الفندقية في مشروع "كيان كنتارا" هو احدى استراتيجياتنا الهامة لتنمية و تطوير المجموعة وعلامتنا التجارية، وخاصة في دبي التي تعد وجهة سياحية عالمية ومدينة هامة لوضع خطط النمو الاستراتيجية في قطاع الفنادق".
وكانت قد اطلقت المجموعة برج الشقق السكنية المميز ، والذي لقي اقبالا كبيرا من قبل المشترين و المستثمرين حيث وصلت نسبة مبيعاته الى 60%. بالاضافة الى زيادة في قيمة الأصول بنسبة تصل الى أكثر من 20% من تاريخ اطلاق البرج السكني. اما بعد اطلاق برج الشقق الفندقية سيكون هناك أكثر من 700 وحدة سكنية مختلفة على شكل استوديوهات و شقق تتراوح مساحاتها بين غرفة نوم واحدة وغرفتين وثلاثة غرف، اضافة الى شقق "البنتهاوس" الفاخرة ومساحات تجارية ومطاعم وقاعات للاجتماعات وصالة رياضية ومنتجع صحي.
وتتم إدارة تطويرالمشروع من خلال اتفاقية تمت بين مجموعة "كيان" وشركة "شعاع كابيتال" للاستثمار لتنمية الصندوق العقاري، وتبلغ كلفة المشروع مليار درهم اماراتي.
في المؤتمر الصحفي القادم، سيتم الإعلان عن المزيد من التفاصيل حول برج الشقق الفندقية بما في ذلك المشغل الرئيسي للفندق و وتاريخ الإطلاق الرسمي لمبيعات البرج و اخر مستجدات البناء. وسيعقد المؤتمر يوم 28 نوفمبر الجاري في دبي.
