RAK developer unveils new community with the handover of sustainable Bayti homes; development to target families looking to enjoy Northern Emirates relaxed and diverse lifestyle with homes starting from just AED 1.55 million
Ras Al Khaimah’s largest real estate developer, Al Hamra Real Estate Development (AHRED), has announced the completion of the Bayti community of upmarket townhouses and properties. A total of 118 townhouses have been built with phase one currently being handed over.
Prices for a spacious three-bedroom townhouse start from AED 1.55 million (AED 556 per square foot) and AED 3.5 million for a six-bedroom detached villas.
All properties are set around three recreational parks and swimming pools, with the championship golf course, 1.5 kilometre private beach and a 200-berth marina a short stroll away.
Bayti, which translates from Arabic as ‘my home’, is inspired by Mediterranean architecture, with a focus on high quality design and interiors, with all residences designed and built according to LEED criteria and incorporating cutting-edge sustainable technology such as LED lighting, solar water heaters and district cooling.

الحمرا للتطوير العقاري تعلن بدء تسليم المرحلة الأولى لمشروع "بيتي" في رأس الخيمة

أعلنت شركة الحمرا للتطوير العقاري، التي تعد أكبر مطور عقاري في إمارة رأس الخيمة، عن بدء تسليم مجموعة من الوحدات السكنية ضمن المرحلة الأولى لمشروع بيتي السكني للمنازل الفاخرة عن والتي تضم 118 منزلاً. وتطل كافة الوحدات السكنية في هذا المشروع على ثلاثة متنزهات ترفيهية وبرك سباحة، بالإضافة إلى ملعب عالمي للجولف وشاطئ خاص بطول 1.5 كيلو متر وعلى مقربة من المرسى الذي يتسع لـ 200 قارب.

ويستلهم مشروع "بيتي" تصاميمه من أسلوب العمارة المتوسطية مع تركيز على التصميم والديكورات عالية الجودة، وتم تصميم وبناء جميع الوحدات السكنية لتلبي معايير ليد (LEED) البيئية من خلال اعتماد أحدث التقنيات المستدامة والمتطورة مثل إنارة أضواء LED، وسخانات الماء الشمسية ونظام تبريد المناطق.
