‘General Manager of the Year’ by Millennium & Copthorne Hotels
Mr Glenn Nobbs, General Manager of Copthorne Hotel Dubai was recognized as the ‘General Manager of the Year’ for 2015 by Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, Middle East and Africa.
Presenting the award Mr David Todd, Regional Vice President Operations of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, Middle East and Africa, said, “Mr Glenn Nobbs and his team have been doing a fabulous job at Copthorne Hotel Dubai. Our awards programme not only outlines the principles of quality management but provides a comprehensive framework for assessing a hotel’s progress and key objectives. Mr Nobbs is a hospitality professional with over 21 years’ experience within the industry having worked with leading brands such as Marriott Hotels, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Emirates Hotels and Resorts. He has been with Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, Middle East and Africa for the last four years and was previously the hotel manager for Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai.

منح جائزة "مدير عام السنة" من قبل فنادق ميلينيوم و كوبثورن
تم تكريم السيد جلين نوبس المدير العام لفندق كوبثورن دبي بمنحه جائزة "مدير عام السنة" لعام 2015 من قبل فنادق ميلينيوم و كوبثورن الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.
قدم الجائزة السيد ديفيد تود نائب الرئيس الإقليمي لعمليات فنادق ميلينيوم و كوبثورن في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، وقال: "السيد جلين نوبس وفريقه يقومون بعمل رائع في فندق كوبثورن دبي. برنامجنا للجوائز لا يحدد فقط مبادئ إدارة الجودة ولكنه يوفر إطاراً شاملاً لتقييم التقدم المحرز في الفندق وأهدافه الرئيسية، يتم الحكم على أداء الفندق على أساس مجموعة من المعايير تضم النتائج المالية والمعايير التشغيلية، والدراسات الاستقصائية حول رضاء النزلاء، والاتساق في مجال التسويق، وتدريب و تطوير الموظفين وإدارة الجودة والخدمات ".

السيد نوبس يحمل خبرة أكثر من 21 عاماً في صناعة الضيافة، حيث عمل مع علامات تجارية رائدة مثل فنادق ماريوت، و فنادق ومنتجعات شانغريلا، وفنادق ومنتجعات الإمارات. و انضم لفنادق ميلينيوم و كوبثورن في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا منذ أربع سنوات، حيث كان سابقاً مدير فندق ميلينيوم المطار دبي.
