Domus derives its roots from one of history’s earliest innovations in design and space efficiency. A ‘Domus’ was one or the earliest types of houses to include multiple rooms on different floors, with an inner courtyard. The Domus was built as a safe secure structure providing self-contained services and facilities to its occupiers.
Domus Staff Housing provides dedicated furnished, serviced and managed modular staff housing solutions for the region. Using inventive interior design to ensure privacy, safety and operational ease, Domus Staff Housing provides a well-timed solution in the run up to EXPO 2020. Specifically focused on the management, hospitality and upper labour sections of the market, Domus Staff Housing delivers fully functioning staff accommodation within six (6) months.
Located in Dubai, Mammut Technocrete (MTC), is a subsidiary of the Mammut Group, and is one of the largest precast factories in the world with a capacity to produce over 2 ½ million square meters of pre-cast panels per year. The factory is currently capable of producing up to 20 modules per day, fully fitted and ready for operation and delivery to site, with expansion plans to the factory already underway. Set-up in 2005, the factory’s 200,000 sqm facility is equipped with fully-automated production machinery, including a shutter robot, computerized mould plotters, welding machines, concrete distributors and curing chambers.
IFA Hotel Investments (IFA HI) forms part of IFA Hotels & Resorts (IFA HR), a worldwide leader in the development of hotel and residential resort projects. Stemming from its own staff housing requirements, IFAHI currently manages almost 2,000 staff in Dubai, and has developed a purpose built housing solution to include all soft services such as catering, transport, cleaning and facility management. نموذج "دوماس" المبتكر يلبي أعلى معايير ومتطلبات سكن الموظفين والعاملين في الشرق الأوسط
دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 30 مارس 2016: ضمن تحالف مشترك اعلنت كل من شركة ايفا للاستثمارات الفندقية ومجموعة ماموت عن اطلاق مشروع "دوماس لسكن العاملين"، بهدف تقديم الحلول السكنية والمتخصصة لسكن الموظفين والعاملين في منطقة الشرق الاوسط. ومع ارتفاع المعايير وازدياد الطلب على سكن العاملين عالي الجودة والادارة، يعتبر مشروع دوماس مثاليا لتقديم نموذج مبتكر في هذا القطاع.
يوفر مشروع دوماس لسكن العاملين نموذجا للوحدات السكنية المفروشة والمدارة في المنطقة. وباستخدام التصميم الداخلي المبتكر لضمان الخصوصية والامان وسهولة التشغيل، يقدم المشروع حلولا سكنية في فترة مناسبة سابقة لمعرض اكسبو دبي 2020. كما يركز بشكل خاص على الادارة والضيافة لسكن الطبقة الاعلى للعاملين في السوق عبر توفير سكن متكامل للعاملين في غضون ستة اشهر.
ويستمد نموذج دوماس جذوره من واحدة من اقدم الابتكارات في التاريخ في مجال التصميم وكفاءة المساحات. حيث كان نموذج دوماس واحد من اقدم انواع المنازل التي تضم عدة غرف في طوابق مختلفة مع فناء داخلي. ويتم بناء دوماس كهيكل آمن يقدم الخدمات والمرافق لساكنيه.
ماموت تكنوكريت، ومقرها دبي، هي شركة تابعة لمجموعة ماموت احدى اكبر المجموعات في العالم المتخصصة في انتاج الالواح والقوالب الجاهزة للابنية، بقدرة انتاج تصل الى 2.5 مليون متر مربع من الالواح الجاهزة في السنة. وللمصنع حاليا قدرة على انتاج ما يعادل 20 وحدة في اليوم الواحد، جاهزة للتركيب والتسليم للموقع والتشغيل مع خطط للتوسع تجري حاليا.
المصنع الذي تم انشاؤه في 2005 على مساحة 200,000 متر مربع، مجهز بمكائن انتاج عالية الجودة بما فيها روبوت ونماذج مصنعة بالكمبيوتر وألات لحام وموزع كونكريت وغرف للمعالجة.
تشكل ايفا للاستثمارات الفندقية جزء من شركة ايفا للفنادق والمنتجعات، الشركة الرائدة عالميا في مجال تطوير الفنادق والمنتجعات والمشاريع السكنية. وانطلاقا من المتطلبات السكنية لموظفيها، تدير ايفا للاستثمارات حاليا ما يقارب من 2,000 سكن لموظفيها، كما طورت خدماتها لتشمل خدمات النقل والتنظيف وادارة المرافق. ومن خلال التصميم المبتكر والمتكامل يقدم مشروع دوماس نموذجا جديدا لقطاع سكن العاملين.
وتعمل دوماس على نطاق واسع مع حكومة دبي لتوفير خارطة طريق للتخطيط لاحتياجاتها اللازمة في قطاع سكن العاملين، وتقود مبادرة لدمج هذه المتطلبات في مشاريعها.
وقد اعرب جو سيتا، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة ايفا للاستثمارات الفندقية، عن سعادته بالشراكة مع ماموت، الشركة الرائدة في السوق والمعروفة بتصنيع القوالب والالواح الجاهزة للبناء، وقال: "الجمع بين تكنولوجيا ماموت وخبرتنا في ادارة وتشغيل سكن العاملين سيقدم حلولا عملية قوية لقطاع سكن العاملين والذي يفتقر لهذه الحلول".
