UAE, March 9, 2016 - Major-General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of the RAK Police, and Jamal Ahmad Al Teir, Chairman of Authority of Public Resources at Ras Al Khaimah, have recently attended the signing ceremony for the agreement between the ‘Authority of Public Resources at RAK’ and ‘Emirates Auction’ at Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Under the terms of the agreement, ‘Emirates Auction’ will organize public auctions to sell distinct plate numbers on behalf of the ‘Authority of Public Resources at RAK’.
The MoU was signed by Eng. Yahya Jaber Al Shamsi, Acting Director General of the Authority of Public Resources at Ras Al Khaimah, and H.E. Abdullah Matar Al Mannaei, Managing Director of Emirates Auction.
Eng. Al Shamsi said the agreement is part of the Authority’s efforts to provide outstanding services to the public in accordance with the highest international standards and offer equal opportunities for all individuals, especially for those interested in buying distinct plate numbers for their vehicles. He said that the Authority of Public Resources at Ras Al Khaimah partnered with Emirates Auction, the UAE’s largest and most prestigious auction company, to sell distinct plate numbers for its proven track of auctioning off the same with remarkable results in addition to its renowned reputation as a leading local auctioneer.
Eng. Al Shamsi added that the agreement is aligned with the Authority’s policy and strategy to form local and international partnerships to achieve its goals and plans. The MoU outlines the scope of the agreement as partners in strategic objectives, partners in operations and services, and partners in exchange of experiences and knowledge. The collaboration forms part of the Authority of Public Resources’ objectives this year in line with its mission to uphold public interest.
For his part, H.E. Abdullah Al Mannaei said the agreement will mutually benefit both parties especially in terms of achieving their set targets. All distinct plate numbers will be sold via online and physical auctions to enable bidders from the UAE and the rest of the world to easily join in the auction at their own convenience. Emirates Auction is renowned in the UAE for successfully auctioning off distinct plate numbers on behalf of various government entities in the country.
With over 12 years of experience, Emirates Auction is the first company in the world to organize electronic auctions to sell distinct car plate numbers.
هيئة الموارد العامة برأس الخيمة توقع مذكرة تفاهم مع الإمارات للمزادات
الإمارات، 9 مارس، 2016 - حضر سعادة اللواء علي عبدالله بن علوان النعيمي، قائد عام شرطة رأس الخيمة وسعادة جمال أحمد الطير، رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة الموارد العامة برأس الخيمة صباح اليوم في فندق والدورف استوريا، حفل توقيع مذكرة التفاهم بين هيئة الموارد العامة وشركة الإمارات للمزادات وذلك بشأن تنظيم مزادات علنية لبيع الأرقام المميزة للمركبات.
وقع الاتفاقية من جانب هيئة الموارد العامة سعادة المهندس يحيى جابر الشامسي، المدير العام بالإنابة ومن جانب شركة الإمارات سعادة عبدالله مطر المناعي، المدير التنفيذي لشركة الإمارات للمزادات.
وقال يحيى الشامسي أن هذه الاتفاقية تأتي في إطار سعي هيئة الموارد العامة برأس الخيمة إلى تقديم أفضل الخدمات للجمهور وفق أفضل المعايير العالمية وإتاحة الفرص المتساوية للجميع وخاصة من الراغبين في شراء واقتناء الأرقام المميزة لمركباتهم لذا تم الاستعانة بأكبر وأعرق شركات المزادات في الدولة وهي شركة الإمارات للمزادات لما تمتاز به من خبرة عريقة في مجال بيع الأرقام المميزة وكذلك لكونها شركة رائدة ومتخصصة في هذا المجال على مستوى الدولة لذا تم منحها امتياز بيع جميع الأرقام المميزة بمختلف فئاتها.
وأشار مدير عام الهيئة بالإنابة الى أن الاتفاقية تأتي وفق سياسة وإستراتيجية الهيئة الرامية لبناء شراكات داخلية وخارجية لتحقيق الأهداف وفق خططها الموضوعة.. كما أنها تعتمد منهجية موثقة ومقننة لإدارة العلاقة مع الشركاء وتم تصنيف هذه المنهجية إلى ثلاث فئات هي .. شركاء في الأهداف الإستراتيجية وشركاء في العمليات والخدمات وشركاء في تبادل الخبرات والمعرفة.. وهذا ما تسعى الهيئة العامة للموارد لتحقيقه خلال هذا العام وستستمر في تطبيقه لما فيه تحقيقا للمصلحة العامة.
من جانبه أوضح سعادة عبدالله مطر المناعي، المدير التنفيذي لشركة الإمارات للمزادات أن توقيع هذه المذكرة يصب في مصلحة الجميع ويحقق الأهداف المرجوة من ورائها حيث سيتم بيع جميع الأرقام المميزة للمركبات عبر المزادات العلنية المباشرة و المزادات الالكترونية والذكية ليستطيع الجميع من مختلف أنحاء الدولة وخارجها من المشاركة في المزايدة بكل يسر وسهولة.. لافتا الى ان شركة الإمارات للمزادات حققت انتشارا واسعا على مستوى الدولة وهي تدير العديد من المزادات للأرقام المميزة للكثير من الجهات والهيئات والدوائر الحكومية في الدولة.
