Cairo, January 5, 2016 -- Organizational Consultants (OC), a leading communications firm in Egypt and Dubai, has announced the appointment of Salah El Din Aloui as its new General Manager. Aloui will be responsible for fully managing and supervising Egypt’s office, its accounts and the overall business.

Aloui has 14 years of solid and deep communications and public relations experience, gathered from working as the Media Relations Manager at an international public relations firm for more than 7 years, and at Qalaa Holdings (previously known as Citadel Capital), which is the leading investment company in Africa and the Middle East. At Qalaa Holdings, Aloui oversaw all the major communication functions across its 15-country footprint, through 19 sectors and 118 companies. In his leading the financial communications for the firm’s public listing on the EGX in 2009, Aloui called on his 4 year track record in strategic business planning, marketing and communications, crisis management and public affairs.

Prior to joining the OC team, Aloui was also the Deputy General Manager at one of Egypt’s top PR agencies for the last 2 years, where he was responsible for business development, managing day to day work of the PR teams and training them, and additionally playing a crucial senior and strategic role in supporting the Managing Director and CEO, to overall positioning and guidance of the company. As part of his position, Aloui was responsible for directly handling a group of strategic clients in important sectors including Energy, Oil & Gas, FMCG and Automotive.
