Completion of the commercial development set to attract countries participating in EXPO 2020
Schön Properties, one of the leading property developers in Dubai with a current property portfolio of AED 7 Billion, has proudly delivered its newly completed project, Schön Business Park. The company held a ceremonial ribbon cutting for the new development yesterday (December 16, 2015) and was attended by leading dignitaries and guests.
Schön Business Park was developed with a concept that aims to meet the demand for a flexible, open-planned, cost effective office and retail space in Dubai. The park features facilities that offer occupants and users an innovative and profitable experience, such as two basement levels with 1,300 car parks; a ground floor exhibiting over 72 retail outlets catering to the food & service industry and three floors of 304 sizable offices. The business park, which comprises over 1.6 million square feet, has been strategically positioned as an ideal venue for countries that will be participating in Expo 2020. The Park is located approximately five kilometres from the recently opened 160 million passenger Al Maktoum International Airport (AMIA) and Jebel Ali Port. These key locations coupled with the access of three main highways (Sheikh Zayed Road, Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road), are expected to help drive in more interest to the newly opened business facility.

Additionally, Schön Business Park exhibits a contemporary approach in the characteristic build-up of the project. The new facility comes equipped with 14 elevators and an efficient district cooling system, which consists of 175 fan coil units exclusively serving the 600 units and common areas to ensure optimum comfort for the occupants. A total of 4,581,750 kilograms of steel and 30,000 cubic meters of concrete were utilized in creating the building. Moreover, the project incorporates over four open skylight areas and corridors that stretch to a substantial length of 1.8 kilometres per floor.

أعلنت "شون العقارية"، إحدى الشركات الإقليمية الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري في دبي والتي تبلغ قيمة محفظة أعمالها الحالية 7 مليارات درهم، عن تسليم مشروعها العقاري المنجز حديثاً " شون بيزنس بارك". وأقامت الشركة حفل افتتاح هذا المشروع الجديد يوم أمس الأربعاء (16 ديسمبر/كانون الأول 2015) بحضور مجموعة من كبار الشخصيات والضيوف.
وتم تطوير " شون بيزنس بارك" وفق تصور يلبي الطلب المتنامي على مساحات التجزئة والمكاتب ذات التصميم المتميز في دبي. ويتميز هذا المشروع بمرافقه التي توفر للمستخدمين تجربة مبتكرة ومربحة، حيث يحتوي على طابقين سفليين بسعة 1.300 موقف للسيارات وطابق أرضي يحتوي على أكثر من 72 منفذ تجاري لقطاع الأغذية والخدمات، بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة طوابق مخصصة لـ 304 مكتب من الحجم الكبير. ويتميز المشروع، الممتد على مساحة تقدر بـ 1.6 مليون قدم مربع، بموقعه الاستراتيجي الذي يجعل منه مكاناً مثالياً للدول المشاركة في معرض "إكسبو 2020". ويبعد المجمع حوالي 5 كلم عن مطار آل مكتوم الدولي الذي افتتح مؤخراً ويخدم 160 مليون راكب وميناء جبل علي. ومن المتوقع أن يسهم قرب المشروع من هذه الأماكن الرئيسية، بالإضافة إلى قربه من ثلاثة طرق سريعة رئيسية هي؛ شارع الشيخ زايد وشارع محمد بن زايد وشارع الخيل، في زيادة الاهتمام بهذا المرفق الجديد.
وقال أورخان سلاموف، نائب رئيس قسم الاتصال المؤسسي لدى "شون العقارية": "يمثل اكتمال العمل في هذا المشروع بداية الرحلة نحو استضافة "إكسبو 2020"، ونحن سعداء بافتتاح بهذا التدشين، الذي يقدم مجموعة كبيرة من المكاتب المؤسسية والعلامات التجارية رفيعة المستوى في مجال المطاعم والبيع بالتجزئة. ويسهم "إكسبو 2020" في زيادة الطلب على المرافق التجارية، حيث سيستقطب أكثر من 25 مليون زائر ويخلق 290.000 فرصة عمل خلال السنوات الأربعة المقبلة. ومع اكتمال العمل في هذا المشروع، ما جعله ميزة المبادر الأول في السوق لتلبية احتياجات معرض "إكسبو 2020". ونود أن نتقدم بالشكر من مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري ودائرة الأراضي والأملاك ومستثمرينا وموظفينا لمساهمتهم في إنجاز هذا المشروع المهم".
ويرسي " شون بيزنس بارك" نهجاً معاصراً فيما يتعلق بالخصائص الإنشائية للمشروع، حيث تم تزويده بـ 14 مصعداً ونظام فعال لتبريد المناطق والذي يتألف من 175 وحدة تبريد مزودة بمراوح لتبريد 600 مكتب ومنطقة عامة بهدف ضمان أقصى درجات الراحة لشاغلي هذه المكاتب. وتم استخدام ما مجموعه 4.581.750 كغ من الحديد و30.000 متر مكعب من الخرسانة في إنشاء هذا المجمع، الذي يشتمل على أكثر من أربعة فناءات وممرات بمناور مفتوحة تمتد على طول 1.8 كم لكل طابق.
