Company to provide doors & windows for premium beachfront development for Profils Systemes
December 9, 2015 - National Aluminium Products Company SAOG (NAPCO), one of the leading extruders of aluminium profiles in the GCC, has entered into a partnership with Profils Systemes Gulf FZCO, a leading French aluminium system designer and supplier based in Dubai, for Saraya Bandar Jissah, a premium mixed-used development in the Sultanate of Oman. Under the terms of the agreement, NAPCO will be the official aluminium extruder for doors and windows for the luxury beachfront project for Profils Systemes.
Saraya Bandar Jissah is located on the natural Bandar Jissah beach and offers resort-style living that integrates contemporary architectural features with the complex mountainous terrain. The project features upscale villas, world-class hotels, an indulgent spa, a heritage village built around an archaeological site, a recreational centre with restaurants and retail outlets, a social club, and sports amenities.

Going ahead with our plans, we have introduced new products and services which will help to widen our reach to other markets.”
NAPCO has been part of several landmark projects in Oman and the rest of the region. Its current portfolio in Dubai includes Citywalk, an upcoming retail destination on the junction of Al Wasl and Safa Roads; Onyx Tower, a 3-tower commercial project close to Emaar Business Park on Sheikh Zayed Road; and Dubai Design District (d3), an ambitious and innovative purpose-built destination for creatives. In addition, it is working on Abu Dhabi Plaza, a mixed-use development underway in Astana, Kazakhstan. NAPCO’s long list of developments comprise the Supreme Court in Muscat, Salalah Airport, the Dubai International Airport Expansion (UAE), the Burj Khalifa (UAE), and the Al Rayyan Complex (UAE), to name a few.

9 ديسمبر 2015 - وقعت الشركة الوطنية لمنتجات الألمنيوم "نابكو" (NAPCO)، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال صناعة مقاطع الألمنيوم في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، إتفاقية شراكة مع "بروفيلز سيستمز غلف" (Profils Systemes Gulf FZCO)، إحدى الشركات الفرنسية الرائدة في مجال تصميم وتوريد أنظمة الألمنيوم ومقرها دبي، لتوريد مقاطع الألمنيوم لصالح مشروع "سرايا بندر الجصة" (Saraya Bandar Jissah)، وهو مشروع تطوير عقاري متعدد الاستخدامات في سلطنة عُمان. وبموجب أحكام العقد، ستكون "نابكو" شركة الألمنيوم الرسمية لتوريد الأبواب والنوافذ لمشروع الواجهة البحرية الفاخر ولصالح شركة "بروفيلز سيستمز".
ويقع مشروع "سرايا بندر الجصة" على شاطئ بندر الجصة الطبيعي، حيث يوفر نمط حياة شبيه بحياة المنتجعات ويدمج المعالم المعمارية العصرية مع التضاريس الجبلية. ويتميز المشروع بفلله الراقية وفنادقه رفيعة المستوى، بالإضافة إلى منتجع علاجي متميز وقرية تراثية مبنية حول موقع أثري ومركز ترفيهي مع مطاعم ومتاجر فضلاً عن نادي إجتماعي ومرافق رياضية.

وتقوم الشركة الوطنية لمنتجات الألمنيوم "نابكو" بتنفيذ العديد من المشاريع البارزة في سلطنة عُمان وبقيّة أنحاء المنطقة، حيث تشتمل محفظة مشاريعها الحالية في دبي على مشروع "سيتي ووك" (Citywalk)، وهو عبارة عن وجهة ترفيهية وتسويقية على تقاطع شارعي الوصل والصفا؛ ومشروع "أونيكس تاور" (Onyx Tower)، وهو مشروع تجاري مؤلف من ثلاثة أبراج بالقرب من مجمع إعمار للإعمال على شارع الشيخ زايد؛ وحي دبي للتصميم (d3)، المشروع الطموح الذي يضم مرافق متخصصة للمبدعين والمصممين من قطاعات متعددة. كما تعمل الشركة على مشروع "أبوظبي بلازا" (Abu Dhabi Plaza)، وهو مشروع متعدد الاستخدامات في العاصمة الكازخستانية أستانا. وتشتمل القائمة الطويلة لمشاريع "نابكو"، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، المحكمة العليا في مسقط ومطار صلالة وتوسعة مطار دبي الدولي وبرج خليفة ومجمع الريان في الإمارات.
