Jordanian delegation visits DSG’s headquarters and are briefed on DSG and Dubai Land services



UAE, December 27, 2015 - A government delegation from Jordan's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Department of Lands & Survey recently visited the headquarters of Dubai Smart Government Establishment (DSG), where it was briefed on the experiences of both DSG and Dubai Land Department and the latest smart government services innovated by DSG to all categories of the society for Dubai to become the smartest city in the world.
The delegation was received by H.E. Wesam Al Abbas Lootah, CEO of DSG, and Khalifa Al Suwaidi, CEO of Emirates for Real Estate Solutions of Dubai Land Department. The delegates exchanged views on their experience with transformation into smart government. Mr. Lootah discussed with them the challenges and future plans, wishing them all success and assuring them that DSG would provide them with the necessary support for them to get familiar with and benefit from Dubai Government's successful experiences.
Underlining the importance of smart government services provided by DSG, Lootah said: "We strive to provide the best government services that would meet the needs of customers, who top our priorities as per DSG's strategy, in consolidation of the approach of the connected and integrated government that brings satisfaction and happiness to the public."
He added: "We are always pleased to respond to the invitations coming from the brotherly Arab countries to convey the smart transformation experiences that we gained from keeping pace with the world's best practices and to provide all government services on customers' smart devices with the aim of supporting our Arab brothers in their processes of development and enabling them to surmount the challenges that they might face while implementing strategic plans and projects."
The delegation was given a presentation on DSG's strategic plan 2014-2017, which was formulated in line with the initiative of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, with the aim of ensuring the efficiency of smart transformation, applying the best practices and providing the government entities with modern smart enablers to reflect the mechanism of work as a connected and collaborative government for meeting the needs and happiness of customers.  
This was followed by DSG’s capabilities in shared services, including the government resources planning systems, for all government entities to do their back-office operations in the financial and logistic fields and those related to human resources, payroll, job, asset management, suppliers and self-services of employees, in line with Dubai Government-approved financial policies and systems and HR management laws.

Later, the delegation members were briefed on Dubai Now app, the latest unified hub for smart and innovative services, which includes more than 53 smart services provided by 22 government entities so far participating in it; and many other services that enhance transformation into smart government and make customers happier.
Meanwhile, Dubai Land Department's representative presented the department's tasks and the innovative and modern methods that the department follows for managing and registering real estate and regulating the relationship between the parties concerned. A number of smart apps provided by the department to customers for their transactions to be finalized through their smart devices were also highlighted. 

وفد أردني يطّلع على خدمات "حكومة دبي الذكية"


الامارات، 27 ديسمبر 2015 - زار وفد حكومي من وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ودائرة الأراضي والمساحة الأردنية مقر مؤسسة حكومة دبي الذكية، واطلع على تجربتي مؤسسة حكومة دبي الذكية ودائرة الأراضي والأملاك بدبي وأحدث ما ابتكرته المؤسسة من خدمات حكومية ذكية إبداعية لجميع فئات المجتمع وصولاً إلى المدينة الأذكى عالمياً.

واستقبل سعادة وسام العباس لوتاه المدير التنفيذي للمؤسسة وخليفة السويدي المدير التنفيذي للإمارات للحلول العقارية التابعة لدائرة الأراضي والأملاك الوفد الأردني وتبادل سعادته معهم الحديث حول تجربتهم في مراحل التحول نحو الحكومة الذكية وناقش معهم التحديات والخطط المستقبلية، متمنياً لهم كل التوفيق والنجاح وتقديم الدعم اللازم للاطلاع على التجارب الناجحة في حكومة دبي والاستفادة منها.

واطلع الوفد الزائر من خلال عرض تقديمي على الخطة الاستراتيجية لحكومة دبي الذكية (2014-2017) والتي تتكون من 4 محاور رئيسة و21 هدفاً استراتيجياً تمت صياغتها تماشياً مع مبادرة صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، رعاه الله، وتنفيذاً لتوجيهات سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم ولي عهد دبي رئيس المجلس التنفيذي في دبي ضماناً لكفاءة التحول الذكي، وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات وتوفير الممكنات الذكية الحديثة للجهات الحكومية، ما يعكس العمل كحكومة مترابطة ومتضافرة لتلبية احتياجات المتعاملين وإسعادهم.

واستمع الوفد الزائر أيضاً إلى شرح مُفصل لعدد من الخدمات المشتركة التي تقدمها حكومة دبي الذكية مثل "نظم تخطيط الموارد الحكومية" التي تعد حلولاً تقنية مركزية مشتركة لجميع الجهات الحكومية في دبي لتُشغّل من خلالها كافة عملياتها الداخلية الأساسية اليومية، في المجالات المالية واللوجستية والموارد البشرية والرواتب والتوظيف وإدارة الأصول والموردين والخدمات الذاتية للموظفين؛ بما يتوافق مع السياسات والأنظمة المالية وقوانين إدارة الموارد البشرية المعتمدة لدى حكومة دبي، ما يسهل على الجهات العليا ومتخذي القرار عمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي والمؤسسي في إمارة دبي، حيث  يتم إدارة 95% من موازنة الحكومة عبر هذه النظم.

ثم تعرف الوفد على تطبيق دبي الآن وهو أحدث منصة موحدة للخدمات الذكية والمبتكرة حيث يشمل أكثر من 53 خدمة ذكية  تقدمها 22 جهة حكومية مشتركة فيه حتى الآن، وتطبيق "دبي للتوظيف" الذي يتيح للباحثين عن فرص عمل الدخول وتقديم سيرتهم الذاتية لأكثر من 20 جهة حكومية من مكان واحد، بالإضافة إلى العديد من الخدمات التي تعزز مسيرة التحول للحكومة الذكية وتحقق المزيد من السعادة للمتعاملين.

ومن جانبه قدم ممثل دائرة الأملاك والأراضي بدبي شرحاً مفصلاً للوفد الزائر عن مهام دائرة الأرضي والأملاك والطرق المبتكرة والحديثة التي تنتهجها نحو إدارة وتسجيل العقارات وتنظيم العلاقة بين أصحاب العلاقة، واستعرض ممكنات الدائرة نحو أتمتة كافة الأنظمة وتكاملها بما يمكن ويسهل عمليات إنجاز المعاملات بسرعة ودقة، كما تم استعراض مجموعة التطبيقات الذكية التي تقدمها الدائرة للمتعاملين لإنجاز معاملاتهم من خلال الأجهزة الذكية.



وأعرب سعادة وسام العباس لوتاه عن أهمية الخدمات الحكومية الذكية التي تقدمها مؤسسة حكومة دبي الذكية قائلاً: "إننا نسعى جاهدين لتقديم أفضل الخدمات الحكومية التي من شأنها أن تلبي متطلبات المتعاملين الذين هم على رأس أولوياتنا في استراتيجيتنا المتبعة في المؤسسة، ترسيخاً لنهج الحكومة المترابطة المتكاملة التي تحقق الرضا والسعادة للجمهور".

وأضاف سعادته: "يسعدنا دائماً تلبية دعوات الزيارة من الدول العربية الشقيقة، ونقل تجاربنا التي حققناها في مجال التحول الذكي، من خلال مواكبة أفضل الممارسات الدولية في هذا الإطار لتوفير كافة الخدمات الحكومية على الأجهزة الذكية للمتعاملين، وذلك لدعم أشقاءنا في عمليات التطوير وتمكينهم من تجاوز التحديات التي قد تواجههم أثناء تنفيذ الخطط والمشروعات الاستراتيجية.
